Fantastic experience: I cannot praise and recommend Dental by Design enough. The receptionists were professional and caring as too were the administration team. Sunil is an outstanding dentist who it seems will always find a solution for whatever dental problems he is confronted with. He has such gentle hands you don't feel a thing. Even being injected with anesthetic is a painless process! Many many be put of by what initially seems to be expensive treatment compared to having treatment overseas however cheap can end up becoming expensive. The knowledge that if you have any problem you do not have to fly abroad to have it resolved and the guarantee that by just taking the bus/tube you are receiving the best treatment available, is worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I had two dental implants molars on my lower jaw and needed bone grafting. Dr Ionel Nistor is the best man for the job! He was professional and supportive throughout the whole process. As a rule I hate dentists but Ionel is the exception to the rule. Also the nurse Elisa was so fun and supportive, we had a few laughs which helped the nerves. If I ever need anymore work done I want this team to do it. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted by the reception staff with utmost respect and professionalism. Dr Y El Ali was very charming and made me feel at ease. He explained everything in depth and I was able to understand the whole pathway. Leavy, the Practice Manager was also very helpful and explained how the process works in detail. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the practice and spoke to reception I was made to feel very relaxed and at ease. I arrived early and was able to go in and start the consultation almost immediately without having to wait. The consultation process was very easy to understand and done very professionally with my welfare and interests always the priority. Just waiting now until I can find out the final cost and my appointment date to start a new chapter in my life.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Dental by Design was a spontaneous decision, prompted by my desire to get a second opinion on a tooth that an NHS dental practice had advised replacing with an implant. Unsure about that recommendation, I was introduced to Dr. Yasser, who kindly agreed to assess my teeth during this unscheduled visit. Dr. Yasser conducted a thorough examination, including 3D scans, and confirmed that the tooth in question did require some attention. However, to my surprise, he identified a far more urgent issue—one of my front incisors had a severe root infection and was at risk of falling out. I had been completely unaware of this. Dr. Yasser was incredibly kind and reassuring, explaining that the tooth could still be saved with the right treatment. I’m deeply grateful for his expertise and the care he showed. His professional and detailed approach, including asking about any past symptoms, reminded me of a gum swelling I had previously dismissed as a side effect of long-term medication. He even showed me visual examples of similar cases, which gave me full confidence in his diagnosis and treatment plan. Thanks to this experience, I immediately registered with the practice and am now under Dr. Yasser’s care for the foreseeable future. I’m truly thankful for his attentiveness and skill.

Fantastic experience: I went to The Dental by Design today for a consultation and was really impressed by the place, facilities, staff and dentist’s professionalism. I will be coming back for the treatment as I felt that it was the right place to have it done

Positive experience: I visited the clinic on September 10 and I want to talk about my experience, both positive and negative. As soon as I got there, the receptionist was very kind, she welcomed me and even offered me some water. Then I had my appointment with Dr. Yasser. In general he was patient and explained all the details. He took his time answering all the questions I had, explaining the procedure if I decide to do the surgery. He was very clear about the difficulties, like that my lower jaw is advanced, and he told me about his plan to overcome these challenges. He was always willing to explain again and answer anything. He was really patient and kind. After I finished with the doctor, I was guided to another office where a friendly lady explained the surgery plan and the financial plan and all my options. She kindly answered all my questions, and we even started chatting about other things. It was very pleasant dealing and talking with her. For the negative part, which is not easy for me to share, but I believe I should be honest and true to myself and others. When I went with Dr. Yasser to do the X-ray, he touched my hands and my face, especially my face, with a lot of unnecessary and uncomfortable contact (and he was not wearing gloves). I felt really uncomfortable, and I told him that. He said “you are right,” then he stopped touching me and just started instructing me how to place my face so he could take the X-ray. Then he said, “usually I wear my gloves but sometimes I feel lazy.” To be honest, I felt my personal boundaries were crossed by the actions in the X-ray room, and I felt there was inappropriate physical contact. I thought a lot before sharing this feedback, but I decided to share it, hoping the clinic will take these sensitive issues more seriously.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yasser Had me at Hello, a wonderful singing dentist that can’t sing with a honest and affirming nature. Offered me options other dentists hadn’t even bothered to mention to me. Just about to start treatment to fix up a little hole in my smile. Also Dr Yasser, has great stories and happily sings along to the music I asked him to put on, and if you ask he’ll tell you what he’s doing while he’s working. A true artist. I think I might send him a Karaoke set…. EDIT: 29th July. Photo with the Ozzy hat, last day with the AMAZING temporary bridge that DrYasser custom made for me with. Looking forward to the permanent front crowns to be fitted today! Will update when it’s all done. To be perfectly honest would be happy enough keeping the temporary ones. They’re better than any ‘proper’ ones I’ve had in the last ten years.

I was welcomed by the receptionist in a very polite way, there was two of them and they offered me water to make me feel comfortable as I was rushing to not be late for my appointment. The clinic is easy to find, but I was a bit lost with my phone map. They are 2 min from the station. My dentist went into details with regards to what I needed and after I had someone explaining to me methods of payment. She helped me to do the application online and I am able to pay for my treatment in 24 months interest free. If I knew it was that easy, I would visit you earlier. Thank you Dental by Design Team.

After looking at my gum and talking an OPG, he passionately searched for a solution to find the best way to take off the base of my previous implant in front of me. Fantastic experience: Incredible dental practice. I’ve been so very fearful of the dentist before, but the calm and caring manor of this practice really put me so much at ease. I had a little bit of everything! Some whitening, implants Invisalign. I will never be going to another dentist ever again!! The manager and owner especially was so considerate. Negative experience: I tried to make a free consultation appointment and the lady Fareeha ( allegedly ). Kept asking what I do for a job. She was very unforthcoming with providing information about what I needed instead kept mentioning if I need to pay in some kind of instalments which I stated I didn’t kept then kept telling me I need to pay fee before appointment when u informed her I’m at work so said “ can you pay in next 10 min “ I’ve not come across this before a consultation highly ill mannered and untrustworthy behaviour the payment link was sent by text she didn’t even ask for email how can this be trusted ? ! So disappointed

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Dental by Design was warm and welcoming. The consultation by Nasim Mechoui was thorough and comprehensive. Nasim was friendly and patient. He listened to my concerns and took them seriously. He spent a long time discussing and showing me options. Later, Livi went through the finances. She went out of her way to ensure that I understood everything involved and did her best to try and secure a credit agreement for me to be able to afford the treatment. Unfortunately, this was declined and sadly I can’t have this treatment. I travelled across London, especially, because I was expecting to get 0% credit. I think, maybe, there should be a speculative financial assessment before the consultation, to avoid disappointment. I would recommend new patients to have all their financial information with them. I was not asked to do this. I’m sure, judging by my experience, that the care and outcomes here would be first class, but I can’t afford it.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 star across the whole board: from the reception team, to Livia the business development manager and to the doctors and nurse are amazingly kind, professional, and efficient. They are really there to clarify any doubts, make your experience as positive as possible, and achieve the results you have dreamed about. Cannot recommend the team enough (and the environment is also very pleasant and calming which is definitely a plus!!) - UPDATE 9 months down the line, post Invisalign treatment and multiple services: I could only wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The services they provide are amazing, the staff is super qualified and they always go the extra mile to take care of their patients. Just today I had my hygiene with Luis and it was the most comfortable and stress free one I have ever had!

Negative experience: I started attending this company and I was happy with the service I received on first day but once they get your money the service becomes sluggish I was waiting to be seen for more than 35 minutes and no one bothered to come out and apologise for the delay . I had no choice but to complain to the receptionist who did not seem too bothered After spending more than £500 for a consultation and a clean up job I had a bad experience

Fantastic experience: I am in my late sixty’s and had no teeth on the right hand side at the back of my lower jaw. My initial consultation with Dr Simon Riahi was reassuring and professionally conducted. I was very clearly informed of the procedures, what they would entail and the cost. My treatment took 6 months from initial consultation to final completion and sign off. This practice has gone above and beyond all my expectations, and I now have a wonderful set of lower back teeth which feel like they have always been there. So even if you are just thinking about having some implants done, pop in and see the wonderful team at Dental by Design and get their expert advice.
