Fantastic experience: I've just been seen by Nadine a dentist at The Dental Sanctuary who did a temporary replacement crown for me. I can quite honestly say it's so much better than the original. She was brilliant and so clear with her advice for how to move forward with my front tooth. I'd recommend her to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I visited here after putting off the dentist for nearly 10years after a traumatic experience with a different dentist. I was so worried to go in but I was instantly put at ease. The environment is so calm and relaxing and everyone in there is just truly amazing. I was seen at the front desk by a lady I think was called Cassie who was amazing and really helpful. And I was treated by Priya and Mira who were the loveliest people. So knowledgeable and understanding. Thank you all I am no longer traumatised ahaha!!

From the moment I called to book my appointment two days earlier, I was impressed the staff were so friendly, cheerful, and made the whole process easy and welcoming. When I arrived, the atmosphere at the clinic was calm and relaxing. The receptionist was extremely kind and polite, setting the tone for a great visit. Dr. Harriet was both professional and approachable, she really listened to me, gave me excellent advice, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Her assistant, nurse Emily, was equally lovely. Dr. Kiran Ullah and her assistant (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) were both very kind and professional. The examination and X-ray were done smoothly, and everything was explained really clearly. Overall, everything went quickly and easily – I’d 100% recommend this place.

Harriet and the team were professional, calming and reassuring - perfect for me as I was worried and quite nervous. Harriet was very thorough and explained everything really clearly so I knew exactly what to expect as she checked a tooth I’ve been having problems with. She gave me great advice on care so I can avoid any further issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, definitely the best dentists I’ve been to. Easy to park just outside as well.

I was nervous about the hygienic clean because I didn’t know what to expect but the dentist and dental nurse went through everything with me and made sure I was super comfortable. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency tooth extraction at the Dental Sanctuary and everyone there made me feel really comfortable. Priya Mehta was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. During my consultation, Priya went in depth over what options I had and the cost for each and took I believe less than 20 mins total from getting in to getting my tooth removed. Definitely 5/5, everyone was really professional.

Fantastic experience: As one of those people who doesn't really like the dentist, sorry guys, I was very nervous about joining a new one and starting off lets say some long over due work, however Harriet and the team at The Dental Sanctuary have been great, they were friendly and knowledgeable at my first appointment and Harriet spent the time drawing up a number of different treatment plans for me. I had my first appointment to start all the work yesterday and both Harriet and her assistant were not just friendly but also very accommodating, they were honest and kept me up to date about any changes while the work was ongoing. Finally and most importantly im over the moon with the work completed. I would not have any problem at all in recommending The Dental Sanctuary. 10/10 on everything. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment; I was in agony. The dentist saw me the same day to sort out my pain. Three temporary fillings and X-rays cost only £50. I was very surprised at the low cost. I will definitely go back to get my permanent fillings. I would highly recommend them! They were lovely. Thank you.

Dr Harriet is clearly passionate about her work and was incredibly helpful, walked me through everything that was happening and very clearly explained what work would be recommended, next steps and also advice for care going forward. Pricing was incredibly reasonable for the service that I received. Practice is very clean and clearly well looked after, would highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Have been looking for a new dentist for 18 months and Im so glad I found this one! I love how easy it is to book online (surprisingly many other dental practices still get you to fill in a form and just wait for a call...) The prices are really good, and the space is modern and clean. Harriet was great! I'm not really a nervous patient, but as an Autistic person, I did appreciate her showing and talking me through my X-rays, which I've not had before, and also stopping to check if I was okay during the scale and polish. They sent the invoice right away so I could claim it from my health insurance. Will definitely come back for all my check ups and teeth whitening in the near future.

Negative experience: scam, ur paying for ur treatment as it is anyway, plus everytime you book the next session is £99, ridiculous i mean £99 only for booking appointment and the treatment u do and plus that! absolutely scam, how are you charging £99 for just an appointment and not included the £300 treatment i’m doing in that appointment! Scam, please do research before going to these dentists

I had left an issue untreated for a while and was terrified I might need a much bigger job doing than turned out to be the case. I enquired at several places and got a good feeling about The Dental Sanctuary. Harriet was very thorough and thoughtful and helped me make an informed decision as to the best treatment for me. It also turned out to be the cheapest option. I feel very trusting of them and will for sure use them again. Great service. I'm only sorry that the NHS doesn't make it possible for great dentists like this to provide NHS care... I know very well that they've made it completely unworkable for dentists and I do understand why dentists would go private. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: I booked in at the dental sanctuary at 4am this morning. I did this online as well as the health questionnaire. I have had 2 sleepless nights with tooth pain. My appointment was made for 10am. I arrived at my allocated time and was greeted by the friendly receptionist, all staff were very welcoming and it feels unlike a dentist, everything is very homely, clean and fresh. I was made very at ease & was not even nervous or anxious at all. I was seen quickly by the dentist/dental nurse and was given an x-ray of my tooth. My problem was located and they have now sent an urgent referral to the hospital for me. Fantastic experience: This place is AWESOME. I called here the same day at around 2pm because of an emergency tooth break to my back molar. They were able to get me in at 7pm that night. Being a single mother is tough enough as it is, and I wasn’t able to find anyone to help me watch my son while I got my tooth repaired. They allowed my 3 year old to sit with me in the room while they did their magic and repaired my painful tooth break. They were so kind and caring. £230 later (great price for emergency same day service - if you ask me!) my tooth is whole again and everyone went home happy. Thank you so much. I have a visit scheduled for my son tomorrow. I made an appointment after him for a check up and cleaning. I think we’ve found our new dentist clinic. Lemons into lemonade!
