Negative experience: Never had an issue with the dentist I normally see downstairs but I needed an emergency appointment due to my face being swollen and not being able to eat I had to see the man upstairs not sure of his name because my dentist wasn't in sadly I seen him he said gum disease give me mouth wash no antibiotics I could barely speak the day after I went for another emergency appointment somewhere else because my face got so swollen I couldn't open my mouth I was in agony they said that a nerve has died which is why I have an infection and needed root canal and antibiotics be the last time I go to him upstairs upstairs ill stick to the lovely woman downstairs

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this practice for a number of years now, I will be devastated if the health board have their way in the mismanagement of people attending appointments at their registered dentist, the Welsh government and health board need to get together and come up with something that is going to work, I feel this is just a way of getting rid of nhs dentists, they supposed to be improving the system not making it impossible to get an appointment, the Welsh government need to go. Feel sorry for everyone working in the dentist doing their utmost to deliver a good service.

Fantastic experience: I visited Briton Ferry Dental practice for the first time yesterday. I was extremely impressed with the wonderful customer service I experienced from all staff and the practice manager from the minute I walked in the door. This wonderful customer service continued by the dentist (Rashika) herself and her dental nurse Emili. Who explained everything to me and made me comfortable during my treatment. The practice was so clean, organised, well run and my treatment plan explained to me in great detail. I don’t normally write such long feedback but I felt so grateful I just had to. Thank you everyone and well done on such an amazing practice. Xx

Fantastic experience: Emergency appointment due to breaking a tooth. Managed to get me in the same day. I seriously don't like dentists, it brings a lot of anxiety for me but rashika has been great. She does her best to put me at ease while I am there. The ladies she has helping her are always lovely also.

Positive experience: Only reason i give 3 stars is the front desk staff are so delighful. Myself and my mum had work done couple years ago and only last couple months had work rectified as filling were not done correctly and has cost us hundreds to put right

Negative experience: Got tooth that’s sharp and cutting my lip every few days. Was told today haven’t got time to fill it so made appointment for over three months. Going to cut my lip a lot more in three months

Negative experience: Never been so disgusted in all my life with a dentist surgery. apparently I missed two appointments with out notification or any Information being sent out to me and was taken off their list asked for proof of these appointments and any letters stating I missed two appointments as I had not recieved anything from the dentist, yet can only tell me we sent out two appointments almost 1 year apart of each other with out any letter removes you from their list. The girl I spoke to give me attitude because I said this has to be a mistake such an unprofessional girl that she refused to give me her name aswell as you can complain to my manager as its out policy miss two appointments and your kicked out... then has the audacity to say we don't need to send you anything relating to you or you health... disgusting behaviour.
