Fantastic experience: Can’t actually explain how much I love this place… I phoned up in tears as my front tooth fell out after not being there in a while they were SO helpful and caring and told me to come in straight away Yanisha worked her magic and fixed the problem she is honestly incredible… to anyone who has ever had bad experiences with a dentist this place will completely change your view of dentists. Fantastic experience: I moved over to Diamond Dental recently, having limited experience with dentists over the years, I didn't know what to expect. I booked in for a hygienist clean with Louise and was quite nervous given I haven't had a clean in YEARS (shocking, I know). Straight away, she put me at ease and was very warm and welcoming - talking through what she was doing during the treatment and why (which I found very helpful). I've already booked my next clean with Louise as now it doesn't feel like theres much to be worried about anymore! As a slight aside, the reception stuff are a great help and are happy to take the time to talk through any queries you may have!

Fantastic experience: Lovely practice and friendly/professional staff - Hassan in particular was very good and reassuring when discussing treatment options. I loved the mock up he did for me for my composite bonding and I can’t wait for my final result. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Since having an accident last year, resulting in loosing six teeth, the staff here have been amazing, full of patience, empathy and a genuine care for their patients. Fantastic experience: I havent been dentist for a long while so was really scared about going. I was looking for a dentist in my area and Diamond dental had really good reviews, so i plucked up the courage and called to see if they where taking on Nhs patients, i was told no but I could be put on a waiting list , 3 days later i got a call as they had a cancellation , I filled out all my details on there portal which saved time doing when I arrived. I was nervous about going but from walking in the reception staff where friendly and the dentist made me feel at ease. The premises are clean and bright. So overall had a good experience. Thanks for making me less nervous

Fantastic experience: Dentist channel done my tooth filling, had smooth recovery, felt some swelling she checked again gave me antibiotics, didn’t charge due to continuing of care which I think nice gesture and appropriate. Fantastic experience: My name is jenny I had the misfortune of having a nasty fall , to which I knocked out and damaged my front teeth I immediately phoned Diamond Dentist To which they were very understanding and took care of me from the very start They made an excellent job of repairing broken teeth ,, and a denture for the missing ones I am very happy with the service I received All the staff here are very understanding and helpful The dentists are equally very professional and excellent at their job

Fantastic experience: From the moment you step through the door you feel at ease.Now that's big coming from someone who has a Dental phobia. All precautionary measures are taken against the virus. The staff are lovely and very welcoming, My dentist John and his assistant are just as soothing and professional. Really would recommend this practice and have done to family members.I am currently having private dentures at a very reasonable price Hasn't quite gone according to plan but it's not the dentists fault.The lab made them wrong to my dentists annoyance. So set back 1 week but nothing tragic is it.All in all a lovely practice

Fantastic experience: As a paramedic, I’m used to being the one people turn to in an emergency. But after coming off a night shift with severe dental pain and a cracked tooth, I found myself in urgent need of help! I was exhausted, in pain, and frankly, desperate. That’s when I quite literally accosted Georgina, the Front of House Manager at Diamond Dental Care in Grays. And I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked through the door, Georgina went above and beyond. She didn’t just book me in, she listened, reassured me, and treated me like a human being who mattered. Despite my unannounced arrival and the pressure of a busy morning, she moved mountains to get me seen. What struck me most was her calm, compassionate nature and her ability to inject just enough humour to take the edge off what was a deeply stressful moment. I haven’t been to a dentist in years due to a longstanding fear rooted in childhood, but Georgina, along with Kristina on reception and Cresta, the Practice Manager, immediately put me at ease. They didn’t dismiss my anxiety or rush me through the process. Instead, they treated me with patience, warmth, and genuine kindness. They even made me laugh! Something I didn’t think possible that morning. When I was seen by Dr. Kemi, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and care. Working alongside dental nurse Tiana, Dr. Kemi took the time to explain everything clearly and allowed me to be part of the decision-making. Their teamwork, clinical skill, and ability to balance efficiency with empathy was nothing short of exemplary. The issue was not only resolved, but I left with a clear plan, full confidence in the care I’d received, and most remarkably. without that familiar fear that has haunted me for so long. All of this, from start to finish, was pain free! Diamond Dental Care isn’t just a dental practice, it’s a team of compassionate professionals who treat people, not just teeth. It’s rare to find a place where every member of staff genuinely cares, but this is it. I’ve been so impressed that I’ve formally commended the team to the General Dental Council and the Care Quality Commission. To anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist or who is looking for a team that delivers outstanding care with empathy and professionalism, I cannot recommend Diamond Dental Care highly enough. Thank you, Georgina, Kristina, Cresta, Dr. Kemi, and Tiana you’ve genuinely changed how I feel about dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I normally see the Dentist for six-monthly check-ups, and likewise the Hygienist. Unfortunately for me on Monday whilst eating a meal, part of one of my back teeth (that already had a large filling) broke. I called the surgery (Diamond Dental Care) on Tuesday morning and was given an emergency appointment for Thursday 24th July with Yanisha Cuppoor. This was my first meeting with Yanisha, who I can only say has a nice and friendly manner, and put me at ease from the moment I stepped into her treatment room. Having looked at the broken tooth and taking an x-ray, Yanisha outlined the options for me, and I opted to go for a composite filling. Once the treatment was completed, I was thoroughly pleased with the finished work. Finally, I can highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Great Dentist surgery. We’ve been on their books for years and I can’t fault their service. Georgina and the rest of the reception team can’t do enough for their clients. They are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Neel and Kemi are very good dentists and are happy to talk through any concerns with their patients. Kayleigh was really kind when treating my son who is a nervous patient. Laura the hygienist is amazing. She is gentle and sensitive to any nervous patients, even though she loves getting every last bit of plaque out!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Diamond Dental Care for the first time as I was losing faith in my previous dentist. I wish I had moved sooner. The appointment was booked promptly and upon arrival it was easy to park. I was greeted warmly and the nurse (Georgina) and dentist (Kemi) were ready and waiting for me. Both Georgina and Kemi were incredibly polite and welcoming and immediately put me at ease. Everything was completed as expected and the aftercare has been great. I am 100% changing to Diamond Dental Centre as my regular dentist now, despite it being a fair distance from where I live it is well worth the travel. Very happy client over here. Thanks again to Georgina and Kemi, see you for my check up in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: Laura at the diamond dental group is hands down the best hygienist in all of Essex. I have personally used most of the local dentists at least in Grays and there is nobody better. Her level of care and attention, advice and support has been beyond excellent over the years. All the staff at the practice are fantastic. They really do "care" for their patients and have been incredibly accommodating. Highly recommended would be an understatement.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with the service and treatment I’ve received. After a bad experience at another practice I’d been putting off going to the dentist for such a long time. After my treatment was finished I honestly wish I’d gone there sooner. All treatment options were explained along with prices. I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure with regular checks to see if I was okay to carry on. I spoke to a lady called Cresta on the phone to change an appointment at short notice who couldn’t of been nicer about it, she even came to check on me on my treatment day as I’d explained how anxious I was.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend diamond dental care, staff are friendly and welcoming. I bought both my mum and my daughter who have a fear of dentist but both left happy after having done what was needed due to the staff being so patient. Fantastic experience: Signed up as a new NHS patient earlier this year and the experience has been great so far. I got my first appointment booked in very quickly and the dentist, nurse and reception staff were all brilliant, especially Georgina, the manager and the dentist Chanel. They explained everything thoroughly and they were very friendly. Wait times were minimal and all treatment options were given and I was not pressured into anything. Overall, a lovely place with great staff, made having to go to the dentist easy and not a task!

Fantastic experience: It's our first time at diamond dental for myself and 4 children. The front of house Georgina, cresta and another lady (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name!) they were all very accommodating and helpful, I was seen by Kemi salawu and her dental nurse (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name either!) but both were very accommodating also and really helped with my 4 children putting their minds at ease. All transparent and straight forward and they're all very very lovely. I'm glad I've chosen this dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Diamond dental care was able to fit me in for a same day emergency appointment despite me not being registered with them which I am extremely grateful for as I was in a lot of pain and nowhere else could help me. Reception staff and dentist was lovely. I was seen as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Would definitely recommend this surgery

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dental practice for years. They are patient, polite, very good at explaining things, don't rush you out the door and the receptionists are nice too. They even go the extra mile if they have time and can do more than you expected them to, for example I thought I was just gonna have a check up, but they kindly done two fillings for me as well, and I was on NHS so it's not like they were getting paid extra for that. I have been recommending them for years and I still recommended them now. I'm very happy with them and grateful. :)

Fantastic experience: Always very pleasant and helpful reception staff. And the premises are spotless but also comfortable too Mahbub is meticulous in his hygienist processes and always tells me what he finds as he works and how I should best improve my oral health. He is very careful too to make sure I am comfortable during all the processes especially where some of my teeth and gums are a little sensitive.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 visits in the last 2 weeks. firstly to rectify a filing which had come out & secondly for the same as the filing came out again. It now seems that the new filing has taken. I am an NHS patient. Reception staff & the dentist I saw on both occasions were friendly & professional, & gave me a range of options for treatment. I was not charged for the filing replacement. It is good to see the same dentist & which must be for about the last 5 or 6 visits. Overall I am very happy to use Diamond Dental Care.

Negative experience: I have twice had hygienist treatment and both times my teeth were bleeding for days after. Obviously the fact that I take blood thinners contributed to this but worse than I'd expect

I am sorry to hear that you have had some bleeding after cleaning.
As I’m sure you’re aware; we follow guidelines on treating patients on taking blood thinners; and the contra indications that may follow.
Bleeding post treatment of gums can be normal if there is inflammation, however continued bleeding should always be investigated further.
After looking into your records I can see that all the correct steps were followed, and appropriate advice was followed, however we are more than willing to work with you to make your next visit more comfortable.
We would like to work with you and your GP to establish the best dose for you prior to, during and after future dental treatment, to avoid any further issues.
I’ll arrange for our clinician to contact you to discuss further.

I am deeply saddened that you felt it necessary to leave us a 1 star review.
I am sorry that you felt disappointed and disheartened after your recent experience with us.
I can understand your frustrations regarding the limited access to NHS Dentistry.
Unfortunately we have a very small NHS contract, therefore we are greatly restricted and have to manage our capacity very carefully.
We believe in offering fair and even access to all patients in need of dental care, and so in line with NHS guidelines, de- active irregular attendees.
The responsibility to maintain regular attendance is the patient’s and any reminders sent are simply a gesture of goodwill.
There is no such thing as NHS registration, it ceased to exist in 2006. A patient is only ‘registered’ for the duration of an open and active course of NHS treatment .
However, we do have an NHS waiting list that we are more than happy to add you to, as soon as we are in a position to offer you an appointment, we will contact you.
Please do let us know if you would like to reconsider that option, and our front of house manager will arrange to contact you.
We also have a practice membership plan, that guarantees access to dental services and spreads the cost, making dental treatment more accessible and affordable.
We are more than happy to discuss those options with you.
