The procedure and costs were all carefully explained to me and a stand by prescription for antibiotics given which gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this practice!

She has done a great job sorting out my teeth over the last two years. Technically really good and explains what she is doing. So pleased I went with Bupa and got such a good dentist.

She performed the procedure professionally and provided me with post-extraction care by applying a dressing and securing it with antibiotics. The post-extraction wound healed very nicely. Fantastic experience: Considering I haven't been to a dentist in 13 years + because there one of my main fears, I saw Melissa and I can honestly say she was great. She put me at ease straight away and though I had to have a few fillings split over 3 months and each time I got there I wanted to walk out with nerves as soon as I got into the chair Melissa would talk me through everything and explain and answer any of my questions I don't fear the dentist now as much as I did before. Thank you Melissa for helping me along my way and sorting my teeth for me

Fantastic experience: Went in for an extraction. Dr Mellissa and Aleks were very professional and courteous. They kept me informed of what was happening and repeatedly enquired as to my comfort. The aftercare advice was comprehensive and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Positive experience: I’m surprised to find Dr Jonathan Jones working here, following the disappointing treatment I had from him, over a period of more than 13 years, following his rapid disappearance from Portishead, allegedly bankrupt, his ex-Partner took over my treatment, resulting in over 3 k of remedial work. I have now after 3 years of Legal work, successfully received a settlement from his insurers for his negligence, my view is that he should be struck off, so please be warned.

Fantastic experience: My husband 'n I have been patients of Melissa Ayres for over 10 years. I have recently under gone Invisalign treatment for my over bite, gappy teeth... Even though I also suffer from gum disease Melissa agreed to take me on moving slowly through the aligners. It's taken 2 years which sound a bit daunting but have flown by!! The whole team at Bupa have been very supportive of my decision and slightly amazed by the transformation. Many thanks again Melissa for my super new smile Lynda Hill

Fantastic experience: Having Invisalign treatment with Melissa was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Apart from when I had my wisdom teeth removed, the whole process was easy. Mellisa couldn’t have been more helpful and professional with explaining the process and the treatment which I received throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

She was so kind and knowledgeable of Invisalign which gave me great confidence with going with Bupa, the journey was great fun and the results were incredible. Melissa took her time with me and explained everything and at no point did I feel rushed and the aftercare was amazing; which is really important when you are trying to get the perfect results. Fantastic experience: Just joined Bupa Trowbridge and had my first appointment with Dr Jaini Shah and had a great experience. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I felt like I was in safe hands. Good communication and was sent a invoice really quickly afterwards when I forgot to ask for one!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service. Phoned at 8.15 in agonising pain and spoke to Margaret who was really lovely and sympathetic. Appointment made for 2pm the same day. I was greeted very promptly by Victoria and Dr Jaini was amazing. Prescribed antibiotics for 7days as i had a nasty infection, and given details of pricing and told to come back for tooth extraction. I am now signing up for the Smile Plan and won't get into this situation again! Everyone at Bupa Trowbridge has been super nice, and I would recommend Dr Jaini to anyone who may be feeling nervous about going to the dentist.

The actual extraction was professionally and caringly done. I'm so grateful for her professionalism in all aspects and to the caring dental nurse, too. Thank you, to you both.
