Negative experience: Do not go here!! the older lady was sooo rude we waited an extra 1 hour for her no sorry. She then was rude to my son and to me he was so upset so was I she said was I too busy with myself that I couldn't have the the time for the dentist and then my son jumped out the chair upset don't go

Negative experience: Usually a good practice, but dental hygienist this time was so bad. Didn't clean my teeth properly. Need to get them redone elsewhere. Waste of £60.

Negative experience: Dont pay for anything upfront until you actually get treated,you wont ever see that money again if you cancel an appointment!

Negative experience: Dr KT was very pushy in booking a follow up appointment to the point I felt uncomfortable. Didn’t give mouthwash after the treatment to rinse, next day I got stomach upset. Never again.

Negative experience: Absolutely outrageous dental practice! They discriminate to NHS patients, lose important forms, Particularly DR K THILLAINATHAN & DR JASMIN RAHMAN on the ground floor surgery room. I was asked before treatment whether I pay for my dental care when I responded I was NHS patient they told me I had to go home and take ibuprofen. I then went back the next morning where they let 3 people infront of me because they lost my paperwork although I had only been there less than 24 hours prior! When they finally saw me and I explained the agony I was in AGAIN they refused me an xray and antibiotics despite there being a clear infection and puss coming out of my mouth! I begged and pleaded & they finally gave me a prescription. Long story short if you have toothache punch your own tooth out & see a pharmacist - I fully expect a rude response to this review as I did in the practice and as I can see below they have done on other negative reviews! AVOID !!

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a dentist!!! They like to waste your time mess you about haven't a clue what they are supposed to be doing. Give me bare minimum care and treatment as I'm NHS. How they got any stars above 1 is baffling! Do not use them if you can help it they do not care.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Wallington Dental Practice for a number of years. I have just finished my latest course of treatment with Dr KT which, as usual, has been excellent.

Negative experience: Rubbish! I moved here as it was my closest dentist that accepted NHS patients and after waiting for 45 mins after my appointment time, I was told “we’re not a specialist dentist, we are a general dentist” and advised me to go back to my old dentist despite me saying I had moved house. Facilities are also run down as it’s basically a house that’s converted into a dental practice. Not a great experience and I won’t be going back.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown fitted and a filling done today by Dr KT, and I can honestly say she is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been treated by. I’ve seen several dentists over the years, but none have come close to her level of expertise, precision, and the way she treats her patients – at least in my case. I used to be quite anxious about dental visits due to previous negative experiences, but Dr KT completely changed that with her skill, calm presence, and genuine kindness. She made me feel safe, listened to, and well cared for throughout the entire process. The entire team at the practice is also incredibly friendly, supportive, and professional. I truly cannot recommend Dr KT highly enough – both her work and her manner are absolutely outstanding.

Negative experience: The worst. Was told Dr Katie couldn't do the work I needed as i needed a longer appointment and that I either come for an appointment during the day or she wld see me as a private patient. Madness seeing as she had done the treatment plan, so knew how long wld be needed. She then reminded me that I had already paid for the treatment on my last visit. Think I should be entitled to a refund seeing as I have paid for treatment which she couldn't or would not do.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were in a bad state when I first came to Wallington Dental Surgery; decay, plaque etc. I found a very kind and judgement-free, empathetic dentist in Dr Avi Chowdhury and he practically transformed my mouth over the course of several appointments. When I had too much sensitivity in one tooth to even successfully attempt a root canal surgery, he kindly offered to give it another attempt a couple of months later, with more anaesthetic, which gladly was successful. Today, that tooth was crowned and saved from extraction. Dr Avi noticed that one of the teeth that was giving me trouble was badly decayed and required extraction, for which he referred me, free-of-charge, to the Morden Dentist, which was later successfully extracted and led to me today being pain-free. The two hygienists I have seen, Karthik and Namra were also very thorough and educational! I could not be more grateful for the top quality service and care provided to me by Avi and the team at Wallington Dental Surgery. Cheers!

Negative experience: Disgusting receptionists no manners the same Disgusting person they've had for too long. Is totally incompetent an absolute disgrace of a human The saddest thing is the surgery owner calls you directly yo ask you for a good review. Stay well clear from here

Negative experience: The worst dentist I have ever come across.

Negative experience: Really had bad experience with them. They are after money . Went for the urgent treatment, they booked me under private even though I registered with them. They said they pulled me out of NHS.Did the temporary filling which lasted for an hour .Booked for filling and hygiene cleaning,which was not needed. The hygienist was so rude , felt like she is going to pull my teeth out instead of cleaning. Waiting time was 20 mins and the hygiene cleaning was 15 mins. They charged me £60. Felt like my treatment would not be safe with them. I spent £125 , but actual filling was not.Cancelled my appointments. Not happy with the service. I want to give zero stars to them.

Negative experience: Worst dentist - horrible woman - awful bedside manner… Long waiting time - last minute cancellations. Terrible treatment all round. DO NOT use this dentist if you can possibly avoid it.

Fantastic experience: Abi, muy dentist here, was initially umming and ahhing about whether to take me on as an NHS patient. I booked in for a routine inspection and a expected my teeth needed a lot of attention after 4 years plus of professional neglect for reasons. Abi said he had to do 14 things to my teeth that he could manage to do over 2 appointments. What's more he could do it on NHS. This was a huge relief to me as I was out of work and desperate to get my teeth sorted as they were starting to give me day to day problems. Abi was able to fix my problems in the tube stipulated. It did not cost me much as it was on NHS. The real thing though that has pushed me to give a review was the quality. I was able to eat an ice cream for the first time in ages. Abi es attentive and caring about the pain I had on my sensitive teeth and took big steps to do what he could to reduce that. This was a few months ago now and to my surprise the fillings I had done have held and have done their job despite paying a lot more previously at other dentists. Whether NHS or not, clearly Abi is a dentist above and beyond many others out there. I promised him I would do this review. Not because he asked me but because he is a damn good dentist and deserves the credit.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Avi, at Wallington Dental Surgery, enough. I needed a filling which actually ended up requiring a complex root canal. I was in horrendous pain, he did everything he could over the course of a few visits (all booked in, in very quick succession), and saved my tooth. A couple of months later, and the tooth is still doing really well and I remain a very happy patient at Wallington Dental Surgery. A little bit about joining them, myself and my Husband were looking for a Dentist for months, no one would accept NHS patients. We were told about this surgery by a Family member, we called straight away and were able to book appointments there and then. We were told to bring ID etc with us, to register whilst there and that was it, we now go every 6 months. We never have difficulty getting an appointment, they are friendly, have a hygenist onsite as well and genuinly want to help. Super happy with these guys :)

Dr KT is an excellent dentist as she not only provides me with enough detail to allow me to maintain a healthy dental care plan but also gives me the options. Negative experience: The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional my bag got stolen with my prescription note inside so I called up reception and asked for a replacement she refused to give me a replacement and was very rude on the phone kept dismissing me and hanging up the phone she told me to call my gp for antibiotics knowing that they don’t deal with dental treatment I called back she then hung up and was told to call 111 and she then put the phone down on me again I got bad swelling on my neck and throat and painful earache I can’t even sleep I think it’s disgusting them knowing this and refuse to do anything about it very bad how they have handled this and I’ll be putting through a complaint

Negative experience: I went to the Wallington Dental Surgery for a replacement filling in a wisdom tooth, I had zero pain. The dentist found two small holes in other teeth. After leaving the dentist I had pain in one of the small holes as filling had fallen out. Now in pain. I returned to have it fixed and was treated like a bit of a nuisance after saying that the second filling felt lumpy. Once again the filling has fallen out and I am back in pain again. Considering I went there with no pain but now have a chipped tooth with pain I will not be returning. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Yazhini, the receptionist was very friendly and professional. She found me an appointment on the same day. I was so relieved because my crown had fallen out. The dentist, Dr Ari, was excellent. He gave me advice that meant that I saved money and was very gentle with me (I get very anxious, especially as I have sensitive teeth) and provided swift and painless treatment at half the cost of other dentists that I have visited. Dr Ari also gave me advice about how best to treat my sensitive teeth, which was very helpful. I am very impressed and will be back for treatment as and when needed. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at this clinic. I have visited three times in the last two weeks. I found the receptionists, Yazhim and Nima, to be excellent staff members who were very polite and considerate. They answered all my questions and followed up with me with phone calls. Dr. KT was very competent, skilled, and professional and had a lot of patience with me because my treatment was quite complex. I am so satisfied with this practice that I plan to register the rest of my family here.

I have recently had some treatment done and my treatment plan was fully discussed with both NHS & Private options explained to me beforehand. I have been registered with the practice for over 10 years and am no longer local but travel back an hour as the surgery has my full trust. I am always able to get an appointment and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I visited this dentist for a series of treatment over last summer, the place is very old, you fall down the back of the sofa in the waiting room. The dentist herself is experienced but just seemed everything was rushed, I had a dentil plan from my work yet she kept trying to push private treatment on me. Just observing on the numerous visits I had that that there patients were not the first priority. The dentist missed her vocation in life she should have been a car dealer, she would have cleaned up

Negative experience: So angry woman there talk to me so rude and disgusting because my baby is sick I had to cancel she talk down to me and told me go find different dentist oh because my daughter was sick how dare she talk to me like a piece of rubbish very angry

Negative experience: My daughter left here in tears tonight, as she was insulted by the dentist about her weight. Plus even after asking at the time of making appointment if they were taking new NHS patients and being told yes. To be told rudely by the dentist that the surgery was only taking private patients.
