Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist practice! All the staff are super welcoming and friendly that I’ve interacted with. The appointments are managed efficiently, you generally get called in at the correct time which makes a difference, especially when attending around work. Zain, my dentist, is excellent, I cannot speak more highly of him. I only wish I’d had a dentist as good as him when was younger. Thanks Jason

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. My Daughter and I have been coming here for near on 20 years now, we attended even before Bupa took over. We are very happy with the service provided by tbe Bupa dental practice. The staff here are all really friendly and welcoming and always make you feel at ease. Leslie who has worked there for as long as i can remember is especially helpful and very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does, always going that extra mile to make you feel welcome and valued. The surgery is spotless and really well organised. You are never left waiting for ages and appointments are always readily available. I am very happy with this practice and although I am moving quite far away i will continue to come her for the excellent service provided.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service at the practice on Sandringham Road. Appointment availability is great and they always text/email reminders. I had a white filling put in to replace a broken silver one and it's looking great. Wouldn't want to go to any other local practice.

Reception staff are excellent, very friendly and welcoming. My care was excellent, I am almost 70 and still have all my own teeth thanks to the service I have received. Very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Customer service excellent. Dentist was stuck in traffic but staff were apologetic and I was offered a drink. Treatment was professional and painless.

Fantastic experience: I have only been with this practice for a short while but I am more than satisfied Everyone is so nice snd chatty my dentist Zain Akter has the nicest bedside manner of any dentist i have dver been to in 64yrs he is also really gentle and always asking if I'm ok. Fantastic experience: I've been at this Dentist 20 plus years and it's fantastic The staff are very friendly and helpful I've been in to day and Lesley has a promotion to temporary Manager all I can say is it should be a permanent position as she deserves it. Fantastic experience: My partner has just had a tooth out. Emergency appointment received within a couple of hours. Dentist and everyone in room made experience as light hearted as possible. Put him at ease and made the experience much easier and lighter . Dentist was able to be amusing throughout and he felt the experience was excellent in the circumstances.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for a number of years and have always received first class service. Today however was above and beyond even that. I needed an emergency appointment so called by the practice in person to see what could be done. I was greeted by the always friendly Becky and even though the doors were not officially open was welcomed inside out of the cold! The team found an appointment for me same day! Once back for my appointment again greeted by smiles and a friendly chat as always with Elaine. My issue was sorted quickly and professionally by my usual dental practitioner Margarida who always makes me feel comfortable and at ease (full disclosure, a veneer had come away and with several important upcoming events I hit panic mode!) Highly recommended and I'd advise checking out the BUPA Smile plan.

Fantastic experience: I have only recently registered at this practice after being with my old dentist for around 40 years. When I first called in to register I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. After completing my forms I was given my first appointment the following week. When i returned once again I was welcomed by the receptionist and even the manager spoke to me. I met my dentist for the first time and what a lovely guy Dr Akter is. I am usually apprehensive but he made me feel at ease. I returned soon after for a lengthy root canal treatment which I was dreading but I genuinely didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I returned again last week to the same friendly welcome from all the staff that I encountered and my dentist prepped my tooth for a new crown. Once again great work and rapport! Would I recommend …. hell yes!! Several of my friends have now registered too on my recommendation. Keep up the great work guys!!

Fantastic experience: These guys have been my dentist for over ten years and EVERY time I go they look after me so well. I’m a 45 year old woman who is absolutely terrified of the dentist and they always, always treat me with kindness and respect. My Destist, Anka, is incredibly caring and professional, I do actually cry and have a bad time in that room and she comforts me and calms me in a way that goes above and beyond what’s required and I love her so much for that. Lesley, the practice manager always squeezes me in if and when I need and short notice appointment which is amazing for someone who hates going and a quick appointment with no waiting around for days makes a massive difference! Fantastic experience: Came with my 2 year old daughter for our new patient check ups. It also happened to be my daughter’s first ever dentist trip. Everyone was super friendly. The receptionist gave my daughter stickers, colouring while we waited and a little tube of toothpaste to take with her. Our dentist was very friendly and took extra time to make sure my daughter was happy. She’s already looking forward to her next visit, so thank you everyone!
