Fantastic experience: Hygiene appointment with Amar and Jess. Very satisfied with my visit. Both Amar and Jess were very friendly and set my slight nerves to rest. Everything that was done was explained clearly and I liked having the option to raise my hand if I wanted a break. Fantastic experience: I am updating a review I left a couple of years ago. The composite filling I have had following a cracked tooth looks excellent and I received good advice on how to look after this following the treatment. A lot of time was taken to ensure the filling was just right. The dentist was David who explained everything very well and made sure I was ok, helped by Julia who also made sure I was comfortable. Both very friendly. Alice was friendly on reception too. If you don't like going to the dentist but need to go, please go as they look after you well.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the building, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming reception team. Louise and Alice were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease right away. It’s not often that you encounter such attentive and kind staff. Once I was taken in for my appointment, the dental team continued the trend of excellent service. David and Julia are very approachable, David, as always, explained everything in a friendly manner and took the time to address my concerns. Fantastic experience: The girls on reception Louise, Alice and Nicola were helpful, friendly and reassuring. Appointment was on time without any sitting and waiting, and treatment was 5 star! Perfect, fully explained and without any pain (thankfully). Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Bupa Dental care Bishop Auckland. I attended an appointment Nov 7th for an extraction, and to say I was nervous is an understatement. I felt physically sick nerves, which the lovely girls on reception Alice and Louise picked up on. They were very reassuring and kind and even got some giggles out of me, and assured me I was in good hands with dentist Andrew and his hygienist Jess. Andrew talked me through everything. He was patient, understanding, kind, made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was happening and when it came to the removal of my tooth, it was done in seconds! Talk about pleasantly surprised. Andrew and Jess were just fantastic. Talked me through aftercare and any issues or concerns I had, and it made the whole nervy experience into a calm, reassuring one. I have an upcoming appointment with them soon and I don't feel a fraction of the fear I did previously. As a whole they are an amazing team, I am so grateful to them all.

Fantastic experience: I'm scared of going to the dentist but when u get such a lovely welcome it's made easier. Starting from Louise and Alice on the reception who were lovely and helpful and then danielle and elise who had a calming manner and explained everything they were doing. Fantastic experience: Great dental surgery, very professional, from reception desk, dentist to hygienist, Big Shout out to Mr Burgess (dentist) and Lucinder(hygienist) and Tracy (dental nurse) Lucinder gets a special mention for having the most beautiful smile on her face while causing you pain( scale and polish) but they're not the easiest things and she does a fantastic job so is forgiven for the discomfort well done to the whole team, would definitely recommend!
