Fantastic experience: A really lovely practice. I am always well looked after when I visit Broadway. Reception team are always helpful and welcoming. I can be a nervous patient. George M is a excellent dentist, he and his nurse Sergio's calm and efficient manner really help keep me at ease. I broke my aligners recently and Shyam was a star. He was able to fit me in quickly and get me a new one sorted, which was such a relief! Again him and his nurse Mandy were very calm, efficient and caring. Excellent service!

Fantastic experience: My experience at the bupa broadway dental today was brilliant I was transferred over from another practice due to its service As soon as I arrived for my appointment , I was greeted professionally and friendly from the reception team George montgomery and his assistant sergio was absolutely fantastic, they reassured me through my whole entire treatment and put me at ease, George explained every single process of my dental treatment of the and i'm very , very happy with the outcome, he is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and actually , I felt like laughing with happiness whilst having the dental treatment , which I never thought I would ever in a dental appointment When I came out of my appointment , and I spoke to the reception team , they were very , very polite and kind, one of the ladies actually remembered me from a telephone in regards to transferring and remembered my situation from my previous dental practice and helped me through it all. Fantastic experience: Today I rang as I thought I had an infection where I had a tooth removed a few weeks ago. I was told my usual dentist was on annual leave but the receptionist would have a word with the other dentists to see who could fit me in & I would received a call back either this afternoon or in the morning. I received a call back within an hour asking if I could attend at 4.00pm today. Simi one of the other dentists kindly moved her other appointments around so I could be seen today. It turns out I do have an infection. Dentist Simi & her dental nurse were lovely and so helpful. I was given antibiotics and a follow up appointment in a couple of weeks. I would like to thank the receptionist, the dental nurse & Dentist Simi for fitting me her already busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme anxiety when coming to the dentist and had to have 2 teeth removed for my braces. I couldn’t have my regular dentist so had George M(not sure of last name) he was the best dentist I have ever had. He was able to talk me through the entirety of the treatment and calmed my nerves down almost immediately. He was so gentle with the treatment and booked me in for issues he could see would be an issue in the future. 10/10 treatment and service.

His high standards and meticulous care meant the outcome was exceptionally good. Negative experience: Bupa Dental Care Peterborough Broadway, repeatedly cancelling a my child's NHS dental appointments,, they are always coming up with new excuses for last minute, it's understandable to be frustrated. it usually indicates a lack of respect for our time or a pattern of avoidance.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with Tracy at Bupa Dental Care Peterborough. She showed outstanding customer care during my call to the practice, going above and beyond to help me. What could have been a long and stressful process was resolved in just five minutes thanks to her efficiency, knowledge and kindness. She saved me a huge amount of effort and I’m especially grateful as this was regarding my daughter. Tracy is a real credit to the team – thank you!

Fantastic experience: Another great experience at Broadway dental. Dr Ho and his dental nurse, Mollie, were a pleasure and a joy to see. They treat you as all patients should be treated, with care and concern. Dr Ho advised me of 2 ways to treat my dental issues and left me with the ability to think about them and come back with an answer. Dr Ho is an ethical dentist and is there looking out for the patients best interest. He is a great dentist and I often hear other patients sing his praises. Anna, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful at the end of my appointment. The team at Broadway are great ambassadors of what takes away the fear of attending a dentist and beam care for the patients best interest.

Fantastic experience: Darius has been my dentist for a long time and is always lovely. I was very nervous about the dentist when I first started seeing him and that is not the case now. Also the lady who helped me on reception on Monday morning was fabulous - very accommodating in finding appointments to fit family in.

Fantastic experience: Attended the practice today for my granddaughter Hannah to have two teeth removed in preparation for braces. First time of having any treatment so she was nervous and very anxious to say the least. Alan and his dental nurse Molly put Hannah at ease, explaining each step and what was happening. Teeth extracted and an unexpected filling done. Thank you Alan and Molly for your patience, understanding and expertise with Hannah. Thanks also to Tracy for your help and assistance. Negative experience: Ive been coming to this dentist since i was a child, ive paid for private dental for many years, i recently had a notification for a checkup, they informed me my registered dentist has since left the practice and booked me in with Shyam two days ago, i got a call today to say hes not able to do the booking and they want me to use a different dentist within the practice, which i said its okay and let them pick a date which was weeks further away, and they also asked for a £50 deposit. I said its not ideal considering ive had my appointment cancelled AND they said Shyam wont take me, so i asked if theres anything that can be done, with anyone else, or waive the deposit due to the circumstances, the reply was “im very sorry for your inconvenience”. Problem is. Nobody is ever sorry when im inconvenienced, i dont charge deposits for wasting my time, so why should i pay a deposit for having my time wasted! Moving dentists due to this, very poorly managed and run since covid.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this Dental surgery since I was little and I’m always treated with respect and kindness. I was booked in on reception by Tracy who as always when I see her is kind and always smiling, which puts me at ease. She always explains things to me clearly and relieves my nerves. I would like to point out that my dentist Fran and her nurse Sue are exceptional too, I’ve no reason to be nervous as it’s always been good and they explain any procedures that are happening and reassure me whilst doing this. Fantastic experience: I hadn't visited a dentist for over 40 years. However due to an 'issue' I needed dental treatment. I went to the Care & Quality Commission website and found that the Broadway practice received top marks from the last inspection. As indeed did several other dentists in the Peterborough area. However this one was exceptional as it hadn't changed management hands since the last inspection. I booked my treatments and received first class treatment from Simi and her support team. They were easy professionals to deal with - plus they delivered a first class service. In summary - one very happy patient - THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Was welcomed warmly to the practice by Tracy on reception, and then had a check up with Dentist George and Nurse Sergio. Both were really friendly and kind, and George really explained what he had done, what he was looking at, what he was going to keep an eye on and gave me really good advice to keep my smile tip top. The addition of my current dentist, Fran, to the team has been nothing short of transformative. Fran always takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done, providing me with a range of options alongside her professional recommendation. Her punctuality is impressive, often slightly early, which shows her dedication to her patients. Fantastic experience: I have now had my last appointment with Amir at the practice who extracted a back tooth for me, which I had been putting off for years! I have now finished by 3 appointment plan with them over a two week period and I can't fault them at all. All the staff there are just wonderful and caring, and Amir and the dental nurse (sorry forgot her name I was so nervous), were just fantastic. All booked in for my 6mth check up in Aug! :-)

Negative experience: Totally appalling service if you an nhs patient, got me booked in to hospital for teeth removal and said come back after surgery for your dentures! They have an nhs dentist still working there and told me they can’t do anything for me now unless I pay £1200 + a £50 consultation fee! And they have my records and know all I need is impressions then dentures but No they want to throw in a X-ray as well! No teeth left to X-ray! Dick Turpin had the decency to cover his face when robbing people! They should have been truthful from the start instead of giving with one hand and taking with the other.

Negative experience: I went for emergency appointment I paid 343£ dentist amir gave me 2 injections and started drilling in pain I was screaming and crying shaking because he could not wait until injections work. He gave me another one and waited until it was working. Never come back to him. Sadist dentist no patience at all.

Fantastic experience: Having moved to Peterborough I reached out to this practice for a new patient examination - and got an appointment (private) very quickly. I saw Dr Amir Simyar and the service was brilliant. After that initial examination I needed two fillings (one of which I expected), Dr Amir Simyar was able to do one of those during my appointment there and then, and squeezed me in for the other that same afternoon. So within 2 hours of walking in for the first time, I was all registered, and both fillings were done already. All the other staff were lovely too, so I'll be coming back as a regular patient from now.

Negative experience: Started out good and then after billing me nearly 9 grand they turned round and said you need to see a specialist. Nearly 2 months later I not heard anything from them or the specialist (what I see was utter lies from the dentist amir) and they basically stole £204 from me in x-rays not needed as named dentist is either a liar or unqualified to do basic fillings and a bridge avoid bupa at all costs especially this practice they a disgrace

Positive experience: Old building and dentist chair is very old and not low enough. Washing yiur mouth due the prisedite is important and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shyam Pankhania, with his nurses Mandy, Maria and Helia, have all been amazing throughout a series of complicated procedures to replace broken and missing front teeth, an issue which had really affected my physical and mental health. Shyam was very understanding and kind, helpful and flexible throughout this process, helping me navigate to find the best possible treatment in the most affordable way. After a long journey the results are absolutely incredible and I am so happy with the brilliant work he’s done. I am also get very nervous in the dentist’s chair but he is very reassuring and gentle, and made sure the experience was as painless as possible. It’s absolutely life changing the difference he has made to my dental and mental health, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Negative experience: Used to be a brilliant dentist but they have used Covid as an excuse to get rid of all their NHS long standing customers. My daughter who was at university was charged £1000 for root canal treatment and they are refusing to see me even though it’s the temporary filling that they had put in has fallen out.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amir Simyar is an absolute treasure! I explained my anxiety issues and he was so calm, understanding and patient with me. Along every step of the way he made sure I understood what he was about to do. He pulled out my broken tooth a few weeks ago like a hot knife through butter and it didn't hurt at all as he properly anaesthetised my gum beforehand. I also needed a molar and wisdom surgically extracted so he fought hard to get me further care on the NHS as I can't afford to have larger deep-rooted teeth removed. I've since been back for a check-up and a full mouth x-ray and once again he was a delight. I'll be going back in the new year for further work. And let's not forget the reception staff, all absolutely fantastic and reassuring. 5 stars for everyone. Highly recommend.
