Fantastic experience: From initial consultation to finish I cannot recommend Dr Kish enough . I had extensive 3 week enlighten whitening and 2 hygenist appointments followed by composite bonding to top front 6 teeth and the results are truly amazing . Throughout the whole process I was contacted regularly to see how the whitening was going and how I was after the hygenist appointments. Every one there is very professional from reception through to the nurses and Dr Kish himself . Very very pleased with the whole experience that is also in a very relaxed stylish old building in Newnham Cambridge .

Negative experience: Unprofessional Front Desk & Poor Patient Experience I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic — particularly with the receptionist. I called twice in advance and booked an appointment with Samantha. I even traveled over an hour and paid for parking nearby (£5), only to be met with rudeness when I called to confirm I was walking up to the location. The receptionist abruptly told me I didn’t have an appointment with Samantha and showed no interest in helping resolve the issue. When I asked to rebook, the focus was entirely on deposits and payment — not on supporting or caring for the patient. I understand policies are important, but so is professionalism and kindness, especially in healthcare. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. The lack of empathy at the front desk completely overshadowed any confidence I had in their service.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental implant and a new tooth placed, and I was treated wonderfully! On the day of the procedure, the dentist Sheylla Britto explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. I was guided through every step of the process with great care. Today, the result is perfect — the tooth looks completely natural, you can’t tell at all. I’m truly happy with the outcome! Thank you again Doc Sheylla Britto!

Fantastic experience: A really positive experience for what I saw as a daunting procedure, both wisdom teeth to be extracted during two seprate visits. I was referred to this surgery as my dentist was unable to take on the complex procedure. I found them to have incredible communication and impeccable follow up customer care. I would highly recommend this company. Big thank you to Dr Brito and the team.

Negative experience: [Update after your response] I’m giving you feedback because I believe you have a systemic time management problem at least with this doctor. Which led to me losing several months on waiting in good faith. Instead I should have found a different clinic. I first scheduled time with you for February. You then rescheduled me for March because that doctor left for mat leave which I respect. Then you rescheduled me again with Dr. Kish for April. I arrived to my appointment in time after several months of waiting and being rescheduled twice. There is no excuse for me to not be seen in my allotted time after you rescheduled my appointment so many times. There is also no excuse for Dr. Kish to not show up in 40 minutes without a warning. I understand being 10 min late. But if it’s more than 10 minutes, call me. You can certainly respect your customers’ time when you have clinic managers and receptionists to help manage the schedule. I manage a bigger team with millions of customers. If I can show up in time and manage my schedule conflicts proactively, so can Dr. Kish who has an entire team to do just that. ***** I do not recommend this clinic for aesthetics procedures because they’re understaffed and can’t attend to their commitments. I was waiting for my appointment for multiple months to eventually not be seen during the scheduled time. The clinic rescheduled me twice: I was initially scheduled for February and they couldn’t see me until April. After months of waiting I planned my day around this appointment. I came in time, yet they were taking their sweet time. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer was the wait because I had to go back to work. And only then they let me know that the doctor would see me but unclear when. Apparently they had known there was a delay even before I arrived but didn’t care to check whether I could stay for so long. I’m paying out of pocket and yet they treated me as if I was supposed to wait for unlimited time and had no other responsibilities. I basically spent half of the work day on this visit after months of waiting and they couldn’t even apologise sincerely or offer alternatives genuinely. They only threw it at me that if I couldn’t wait longer after keeping me for 40 minutes, the doctor can see me only in yet another month. ‍♀️ The team is also responding only to positive reviews and is ignoring negative reviews which is very telling.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown and implant done at Cambridge Dental by Dr. Sheylla Brito, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Brito was exceptional—skilled, gentle, and truly caring throughout the entire process. Everything was done with great precision, and I experienced no pain and a smooth recovery. It was clear that she had my best interests at heart at every step. I’m very grateful for her excellent care and highly recommend both Dr. Brito and the team at Cambridge Dental.

Negative experience: I will be cancelling my appointments with you because of how you treated my wife yesterday. She waited months for this appointment, and you didn’t even have the courtesy to see her at her scheduled time. This level of disorganization and disrespect is unacceptable. If this is how you treat your patients, I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible customer service. I came to my appointment only to learn that they will not deliver the treatment because of the technical problems on their side. They have asked me to reschedule and come again. When I was not able to come to the rescheduled appointment because of the last minute flat tire they demanded a payment for rescheduling to a different day! So, last minute emergencies are forgiven if it's your fault, and not forgiven for clients? Demonstrates complete lack of respect for their customers. When I asked for explanations from the manager they just mumbled some incomprehensible nonsense. Please do not support this type of predatory businesses and choose other providers. Personally, I am not coming back after such poor experience.

Fantastic experience: I really, really dislike going to the dentist as I find it super unpleasant and pretty anxiety provoking. So, naturally I am super picky when it comes to dental practices and who cleans my teeth. I have had my teeth cleaned several times by Katie at Cambridge Dental, who has done a great job. Everyone in the practice is super friendly and they are quick and efficient. Bedside manners goes a long way in dental practices, and this Cambridge Dental excels in this regard. Additionally, the practice is aesthetically pleasing and their equipment looks clean and hygienic, unlike some of the other practices I have been to around Cambridge which I find both bothersome and concerning. I can't say I enjoy going to the dentist now, but Cambridge Dental has made the whole experience a lot less unpleasant for me, which I really appreciate.

Negative experience: I have waited for a couple of months to be able to give a fair review. I am not happy with the crowns and veneers done in this clinic. My main concern hasn't been addressed, the color. I was assured at the first consultation that we will try many times untill I am happy with my new teeth. After I engaged, every procedure was rushed, at the last testing the doctor almost forgot to discuss the color, I had to mention it. The teeth are not how I wanted them, and the gums did not fill the voids how the doctor promised. Another concern is that doctors are not at all flexible in terms of time, my doctor wouldn't see me after 3pm, claiming they need authorization from the management to have a later appointment. If you are hoping to receive treatment outside standard office hours, it will be very difficult to find a slot. Lastly, my before/after was posted on their Instagram account, the description of the procedure and the duration of the work is very misleading and inaccurate. I regret choosing to spend £5k+ in this place.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommended dr kish Patel enough, I had such an amazing experience from the beginning to the end, I felt so comfortable from the start, dr kish was a perfectionist, I had teeth whitening and 2 veneers fitted the difference in my teeth is absolutely amazing and I can now smile with confidence! I had been waiting for a long time to get my teeth done until I had found the right person I used to scroll through Instagram pictures and see everyone’s amazing teeth that they had done and I just had to begin my journey and I cannot be any happier that I did that! Fantastic experience: I switched dentist from Cambridge Dental Hub to Cambridge Dental (it's confusing I know - the former is near Grafton, the latter is in Newnham). The reason I switched was because my dentist longer practiced there. In Newnham I asked for Dr Geeta Bellis specifically, because of a Google review that I read about her. In fact, the reason I chose this Newnham practice was because of the comments that the customers wrote on Google Map, in comparison with other dental practices in Cambridge (I compared around 5 or 6 practices). My experience with Dr Geeta has been excellent. She cares for her patients, quite methodical and thorough when doing check up (particularly the first one, which was quite lengthy), and always be patient when explaining things to her patients. She made sure that we the non medic understood the issue, as well as the potential solutions. She explained the reasons why a particular solution was more suitable than the other, again very patiently. Some dentists are brilliant medically but insensitive about the financials of the treatment plans. Not here in this practice. Both the dentist and the reception are aware of the impact of the costs to the patients. I would recommend this dental practice whole heartedly. They are good. Hence the 5 stars.

I was first seen by Dr Geeta Bellis and later Dr Shellya Brito. They were both very friendly, professional, and were excellent in explaining and carrying out the treatment that was in my best interest. I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatment thanks to them!

Chose this place because they let me book online easily as a new patient, without having to call them or fill in a lot of forms; it all went smoothly. Fanciest dentist's surgery I've been in! I needed an emergency dental appointment for my son, they saw him the same day and offered an honest, expert service. Dr Geeta Belis was friendly and made us both feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I first booked an appointment with Cambridge Dental as an emergency because my previous practice had left me in severe pain after a poorly executed extraction. Dr Shreena Bhatt was extremely welcoming and took the time to really listen to my concerns as well as thoroughly assess and treat my initial problems. I ended up having a correction surgery with Dr Sheylla Brito who was amazing- she is extremely professional and great at what she does. She made me feel supported and at-ease which was hugely appreciated after the poor experience I had had at my previous practice. She made a tricky extraction look so easy and quick. I am now pain-free thanks to her work which is a huge relief after months of constant pain and I would really like to thank Dr Brito and Dr Bhatt for all their support and kindness through my treatment. The way in which they treated me with respect and kindness, in addition to their highly skilled work, really made a huge difference to my experience. The ladies at reception are also very welcoming and friendly and the practice itself is beautiful. I feel reassured that at this practice my dental care is in good hands and I would really recommend Cambridge Dental.

My cosmetic dentistry with Cambridge Dental has been with Dr Geeta Bellis and words are not enough to express how happy and grateful I am to have found her! Communication has been thorough from the start, she treats you as if your her only patient of the day and her eye to every detail is exceptional. I was recommended this place through a friend and with no hesitation I would recommend this place and of course Dr Geeta Bellis to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I've been to Cambridge dental many times over the last year or so, and waited long enough to write a fair review. I feel it's one of the best dental offices here. Molly, at reception, is always friendly and efficient. Appointments are communicated well and she follows up with email reminders, calls and texts - I never had to wait long. Dr. Geeta is fantastic. Getting Invisalign treatment is a challenging and lengthy process that involves shifting teeth gradually into a desired position (in my case the best possible position). It is crucial to have a dentist who is experienced and supportive throughout this process. Dr. Geeta is exactly that kind of dentist! Knowledge , experience and understanding combined! She took the time to explain everything she was doing and to answer any questions I had. She checked in with me regularly to ensure that the treatment was progressing as expected. Due to the pre-made nature of the invisible sets, there is not much flexibility to adjust if things change unexpectedly, but she was always available to address any issues along the way. The support I received was excellent and I was checking regularly, so I felt like I was getting the best support there could be! It was easy for me to get an appointment as soon as needed with not much waiting. As well as her technical expertise, and experience with the process, she also listens to what you need and want. She ensured that I was happy with the treatment while also helping me to set reasonable expectations for the treatment. As for the office, it was clean, bright, and well-organized, and I appreciated the attention to detail and help that the team - Mary and Annabelle - had clearly put into the process. Thank you, all!

Fantastic experience: Extremely positive experience! I was looking for a new dentist in the area and I am so glad I chose this practice. Jack was so kind, welcoming and thorough with his assessment, I was nervous being in a new setting but he made an effort to make me feel comfortable. All staff are lovely and so welcoming as soon as you step through the door. The building has the most amazing interior design, it feels almost like a hotel, striking, yet welcoming. This business is a credit to it's owners.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Cambridge Dental too highly. I was referred to them by my dentist at Littleport Dental Practice for a number of implants. I was apprehensive at first as I had not been through this process before but I needn't have worried as Dr Katherine Chui explained each of the procedures fully before carrying out the work. All the staff at Cambridge Dental have been friendly, helpful and efficient and I am delighted with the results of their work. They will continue to monitor the implants over the coming months and years which, in itself, is reassuring.

Fantastic experience: Really recommend. I have always be fearful of dentists! But not anymore. From the dental hygiene, dental nurses, dental assistants and the receptionists, fantastic service all round. I’ve now had a lot of work done due to being so scared of going to the dentist. But they are all so professional and good at what they do, I don’t have to worry anymore. I’m so happy with coming from where I was to where I am now. This will be my dentist from now on. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I recently had treatment with Dr Sheylla Brito who is amazing, her extensive knowledge about facial aesthetics and professionalism quickly put me at ease. Dr Brito took her time explaining everything to me about Botox, as well as following up with me after treatment, just to see how I am and if I have any further questions. I highly recommend seeing Dr Brito!

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 appointments with Jack Slaymaker in the past couple of weeks after registering earlier this month. When I first walked in, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the practice looked really clean and beautifully decorated. I was offered a bottle of water as soon as I sat down in the waiting room/library, which was a nice touch. Jack was brilliant, he's so professional, calm and friendly. He kept me at ease through both appointments and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain when replacing my filling. He explained all his findings in great detail and was spot on about my "tooth history" after examining them for the first time! This dentist is miles better than my old one and I am so glad I found it - thank you to the whole team at Cambridge Dental, I have already recommended you to my colleagues.

I would highly recommend him as a dentist as he was very Professional, thorough with his checks and gave helpful advice for maintaining good dental hygiene. Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I have ever had with Dr Jack Slaymaker. As someone who generally doesn’t like the dentist, he didn’t rush, answered all of my questions and was gentle with his handling compared to my experience with other dentists. He took time to explain my x-rays and we discussed all of the treatment options. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and was able to book a follow-up in good time. Very pleased with the results and feel overall, the time Dr Slaymaker spent with me and his expertise was very good value for money too! Highly recommend.

She did a perfect implant for me, and apart from the technical side of things she is very caring and calm, and explains everything she does every step of the way. She completely took my fear away and I am more than happy with the result. The other staff members I met, reception staff and dental assistants were very friendly and helpful too. Fantastic experience: During a visit to Cambridge from USA, I chipped a tooth. I called Cambridge Dental and told them about my situation. They quickly accommodated me with an emergency appointment. Dr. Shreena Bhatt gave me a clear assessment with options and did a fabulous job repairing my tooth the next day. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Great service and quality care.

Fantastic experience: I had the first phase of my implant surgery this morning at Cambridge Dental and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was a very good experience. I felt no pain. It is quite a long procedure but there was no hesitation in topping up the local anaesthetic as required. Sheylla and her team were very efficient and explained exactly what they were doing. Very good communication. Altogether a very positive experience and I am confident that my implant and bone graft will heal very well.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shreena really caters to the details and explains everything clearly. She helped me with some cavity fillings and a thorough cleanup. I had some stains that my previous dentists couldn’t remove but now it’s all good! The staff is nice and professional too. Such a great experience with Cambridge Dental therefore I highly recommend!
