Fantastic experience: I decided to go with Hamilton Dental Centre for an implant and veneers and I cant recommend this dentist enough, from my initial consultation over a year ago to finishing my treatment on Thursday the service has been amazing. I have had a lot of issues with my teeth over the years, and Hamilton Dental Centre is the only place I have felt comfortable, understood and really cared for. I would like to give a special thanks to Jack, Audrey, Gerry and Lauren they have went above and beyond to help me achieve the best results possible throughout my smile makeover journey, I am truly grateful for everything they have done for me. Claire and Caroline on front desk are so welcoming and friendly, I always enjoy our chats. Thank you so much for helping me gain back my confidence with my new smile.

Fantastic experience: Put off having an extraction & fillings since I was young as I’m quite phobic of the dentist & came across Hamilton dental centre, Lauren has been so helpful & so lovely with all my consultations, I had jasmine for my first appointment and she was amazing made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment, my second appointment I had Megan and she was so amazing and patient with me:) I would’ve probably never have done this hadn’t I came across their team, couldn’t recommend anymore thank you all:)

Fantastic experience: An amazing experience from start to finish The staff are absolutely lovely and so welcoming answering all questions throughly and making everyone feel so at home . A special thanks to Lauren and Jack Muirhead the lovely dentist there who is amazing at what he does . He carried out cosmetic work for me ( composite bonding ) and to say he has transformed my smile is an understatement! I am completely delighted with the results and can’t recommend him enough . A huge thanks to Hamilton Dental Centre for making my dental journey completely pain free, and so easy . Wish I’d done it years ago !!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank the entire team for the incredible care I've received. Reception/admin were great. I was always met in a kind manner by them and if there were any issues or queries regarding an appointment they were quick at phoning me as well as providing information upon request. The initial consultation with Jack and Audrey was great. I was met again in a kind and non-judgemental manner, when I explained the background information regarding my teeth problems. The treatment plan was explained to me in great detail. Treatment provided by Jack and Audrey was pain-free, and I've had no follow-up issues. They always acted in a professional manner. Having a wisdom tooth surgery extracted is never going to be a pleasant experience, but Megan and the nurses (sorry, I can't remember their names) did their very best to ensure that it was done in a pain-free manner. Megan before, during and after the procedure kept me informed on what was happening and what to expect from it ;as well as providing an environment that allowed me to ask questions regarding it. Through discussion, aftercare was explained to me in great detail. Jasmine was great and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Jasmine was very informative and explained in great detail the aftercare for my teeth.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous terrified patient who really doesn't like dentist..I have got to say absolutely fantastic service from walking in the door an being greeted with Claire the receptionist a nice friendly face who put me at ease...then being treated by Megan the dentist who was very professional an took into consideration how nervous an terrified I was an explained everything an made sure I was comfortable..I also spoke to Lauren about the financial cost of all the treatments an there was no pressure she was very courteous to my situation definitely helped put me at ease Would highly recommend the practice

Fantastic experience: I've genuinely never been a big fan of the dentist because of a traumatic experience when I was young, since using Hamilton Dental group my opinion has changed. When i walk in im greeted with the lovely receptionists they have who greet me by name & immediately that kind of familiarity puts you at ease, im never sat waiting long & Megan always comes out & greets people with a smile & "how's your day/week been?" & I believe she asks about it because she is genuinely interested in her patients. Again my fear played a big part in not seeing a dentist for a number of years which left my teeth in a bit of a state but there was no judgement which solidified the fact that I was in the right place, all my work has been pain free & the after hours & weekend accommodation has been a godsend as im self employed. Every single staff member is friendly & professional, the practise is immaculately clean everytime without fail & i would 100% recommend the practise to anyone & have done. I'm happy to say I have my forever dentist & won't ever be switching. If your looking for the nicest staff & pain free dentistry work then this is the place u want to visit without a doubt.

Fantastic experience: I cannot fault my experience at Hamilton Dental Centre. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile from the ladies at reception, Caroline and Claire. They are very warm and welcoming. I saw the dentist Megan along with her nurse Danielle, who were both just lovely. Megan was very gentle and reassuring which really put me at ease, and my treatment with Megan was definitely pain free! I will absolutely be recommending Megan and her team to all my friends and family.

Negative experience: Was promised from laura very first appt I'd need no fixodent or very very tiny amounts and on second appt with jack was promised exactly the same my husband was to. Paid nearly 13k for new set for me and my husband paid in advance to please don't do that with this dentist. In the end was left with two set of useless teeth my husband went to new dentist and had pay again for new set after waiting weeks to get just half back. Now mines are useless 4.5k for teeth that unless you use half tube fixodent just fall straight out. And when you complain all Lisa the manager tells you is the dentists are self employed I complained gave Lisa report from a new dentist which she has totally ignored just keeps saying sorry you feel need complain and that we never gave them chance fix problems lol there's issues and then there's just useless no care what so ever measuring. And you won't get your money back as dentists are self employed basically upto them what they do!!! Even tho your contract is with the surgery and not the actual dentist do t get told that before they take all your money lol good luck using this place I'd avoid at all costs and I can assure you its been a hell of alot in the end went to them in January still not got set wearable teeth absolutely disgusting treatment and my husband non disclosure you made him sign for half his .money back lol that's in bin you can stick it where sun don't shine you will just have to sue him but gon a scream from rooftop about this shocking practice i think the practice manager and Jack are a disgrace practice manager lied blatant in initial consultation was told lies i am now taking the matter to the dentist board

Fantastic experience: Have recently switched to this practice and I can’t fault it. All the staff have been so lovely and welcoming. I did need an emergency appointment recently and I was seen asap and was made to feel at ease throughout. I was made aware at the very beginning of the potential process that could follow due to what is going on with my mouth. Both Dentists, Jack and Megan have been so great at reassuring me and letting me know my options. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

From the staff running the practice and handling client contact to the excellent dentists and hygenists especially Jack and Jasmine who have seen me in those capacities most recently. Very friendly yet professional and reassuring. Everyone makes sure the process is as clear as possible. Having regular hygienist appointments has been a game changer and my teeth have never been so white or my gums so healthy.

Fantastic experience: From being a little nervous of the dentist but really wanting to keep my teeth the best they can be I done some research and found Hamilton Dental Centre. From the very beginning meeting Claire who welcomed me warmly. Lauren who assured me of pain free dentistry and came up with a suited tailored plan just for me and affordable payment plan. From then I saw the hygienist jasmine who spent the best part of an hour freshening and cleaning my mouth and giving me instant confidence as well as some greater knowledge and answered all of my question with a lovely smile and gave me some goodies to take home and use. I then was seen by Jack who was great made me feel at ease in the chair especially since I was a little nervous from the drills and stuff Jack made me feel calm, I was comforted by the back massager while Jack sorted 2 fillings that were bothering me and letting me have a little break when needs I felt like he was truly listening to me. Spoke and explained the whole way through what he was doing next etc as the sounds startle me a little. It was truly pain free and extremely comfortable I could have closed my eyes and went to sleep. Jack and his assistant truly made me feel at ease and I’m just so thankful I chose this clinic. A special thanks to Claire and Caroline at reception who were just the loveliest sweetest ladies and truly made me feel welcomed and provided a really warm atmosphere for all clients. I cannot wait to continue my treatment and spread the word. Well done team :)

Fantastic experience: What a lovely experience at Hamilton Dental centre! From the moment you walk in the door to the smiling faces of Caroline & Claire warmly welcoming you to the waiting room, where a hot or cold drink is offered. To the very professional dentists & nurses who provide a comfort menu while you’re in the chair, which ranges from a back massager, noise cancelling headphones phones to listen to your favourite music or even 3D glasses that let you watch one of your favourite shows! Never did I think a dental visit could be such an experience but here we are. And it was absolutely 100% pain free! I’m now looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Have had a terrible phobia of the dentist for years (attending once for an emergency every 8 years or so) so finding a practice that could accommodate my needs was essential. From the outset, everyone involved made me feel at ease and that my fears were both valid and could be dealt with, without judgement. Treatment and payment options were clearly explained as well as potential next steps. Megan and her team were amazing, explaining the process for each appointment, offering a 'comfort menu' of nice distractions and checking in every few minutes during treatment to ensure I was okay. I am now much more confident with my smile and my mouth feels healthier than it has in decades. I'm still not happy about going to the dentist, however, I'm no longer trembling with panic attacks at the thought of it and can safely drive myself to appointments and back which is something I never thought I would achieve. Cannot recommend the practice enough.

Fantastic experience: Calling all dental-phobes! Make an appointment now! I took me 2 months to actually pick up the phone to speak to someone, that's how fearful I am. Having moved from London to Scotland I was desperate to build a new relationship with a dentist I could trust, especially after bad experiences in the past. I cannot recommend Jack and his team highly enough. From my initial check-up and my chat with Lauren the smile advisor to extractions (2 within seconds!) and after-care, everything has been fantastic. They say pain free and they mean pain free. My treatment was carried out over a few months ( had to do Saturday’s due to work ) it was like I was in last week not a month ago, my dentist Megan was pleasant and reassuring (loved the music too we have similar taste), the treatment I had was first class and carried out as painless as possible, thank you you’ve definitely improved my smile not that I do that much .

Negative experience: I’d give it less stars if I was able! Paid nearly 13k for me and my husbands dentures, they are so shocking and miles to big in the end I had to go to another dentist who confirmed the dentures are no good at all!! And now I’m struggling for a refund. Pain free I’d have to argue I’ve been left with infections new dentist had give me antibiotics for and now I’ve got trauma damage to bottom lower left jaw due to wearing these so called dentures and now left without because I can’t get full refund the practice manager you can’t complain to she just shuts you down regardless and as for the area manager she was looking at the case two days ago as a matter of urgency still nothing hoping dental board can do more if not I will be seeking legal advice

Fantastic experience: Kelly, Audrey, and Kirsty were amazing. I was super nervous about my cleaning, as I expected to have some sort of pain due to the buildup of plaque, but I was pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no pain at all. They made me feel really calm and at ease. I was also there two weeks before for my first-ever extraction, so I was super anxious, but Jack put me at ease and made sure I was calm and comfortable the whole time. I can’t fault any of the staff; I am very happy I switched from NHS. It’s definitely worth the extra you pay.

Negative experience: Patient here for decade sadly since they went private snd charge 65 quid for check ups is a robbery. You pay that and then slap more costs on things 95 to glue it back in. Idk how they justify spending 5 minutes of their time costing that. I'm aware its startdard only needed quick crown placement and was willing to pay that without this extra charge to just see me. Got a star added that the work I got done was good, but sadly, the greed I can't go higher. Guess we have done our business now. Thanks for all you did Emily you did good work on me

I cannot put into words how amazing Kirsty (nurse) was at keeping me calm during my extraction (I suffer from panic attacks) different breathing exercises, distraction techniques and just her general tone of voice was outstanding. Jack is so calm and patient and happy to explain anything you would like even down to showing me my x-rays and going through everything I was worried about. This was definitely a pain free service. I am booked to start my treatment on fillings etc and just have to say a massive thanks to everyone there as I never thought would be able to get through the fears and fix my teeth after 10years of worrying and putting off !!

Fantastic experience: I am currently receiving treatment at this dentist and I can honestly say my experience so far has been excellent, firstly the receptionist Claire is lovely, makes you feel welcome and will sit and chat with you while you wait. Had my consultation with Lauren who went through everything with me and created my treatment plan. Megan who is my dentist has been a total Gem. Makes each visit easier as she interacts with me; explaining everything , making me feel so comfortable.
