I used to have serious fears about dentist visits after having all my wisdom teeth removed - it was horrific…but Mauricio spent time with me, helping me through it and just being funny and awesome and great. Fantastic experience: Great experience at the dentist and hygienist today. Needed a couple of old fillings replaced. Rebecca, the dentist talked through everything she was doing and I felt really relaxed and comfortable with the work her and Chloe were doing. I saw Louise, the hygienist beforehand and she also explained things as she was going along. I wish now, I had changed from my old dentist a few years ago.

Fantastic experience: Never seen Amar before my usual dentist Catrin is on maternity leave. Had to have 2 teeth out. He was very calming and explained everything he was doing. May have to wait more time for my toothy pegs to come back but that's not his fault lol such is life.

Fantastic experience: Had to phone in last Tuesday as my dental implant felt a bit strange. Spoke to Barbara on reception and unfortunately James who deals with the implants was on holiday. She said she would speak to the dentist covering him and phone back. She phoned back shortly and said he was fully booked but another dentist, who was in at Worthing doing a procedure on a patient, would fit me in beforehand. I was seen promptly at 11.40 by Tam who was lovely, he saw the problem and rectified it swiftly, painlessly and professionally in 20 minutes. Positive experience: The appointment with Richard Beckwith was good. He was very pleasant and thorough. However I always have to wait whether it be with him or the hygienist. My appointment was due at 11.10am. I was called in almost 10 minutes later at 11.18am. If this was due to cleaning after the previous patient then this time should have be factored in when the appointment was made. 11.10am should mean 11.10am.
