Fantastic experience: My son has been registered there since he was little, the dentists have been great with him. Always trying to approach a kid with kindness and making them feel at ease. We have had a wonderful experience with Kristina, she has been amazing and going above and beyond in caring for my son's tooth, since she has shown how to use the floss properly my son has been doing a good job of cleaning between his teeth. I am very happy with the practice. Oh by the way I also was to send a shout out to the receptionist who has been really approachable, friendly and helpful. Well done smile house

An amazingly helpful clerical consultant welcomed me, provided assurance that I had time to use the bathroom before my appointment, & asked me about my day. There was plenty of seating, the environment is nice & bright, the atmosphere felt both calm & happy. All so reassuring. I am grateful Thank you ☘️

The female dentist Emma was very nice to my daughter for her first dentist visit. She brought in her book and her dolly. Once her check was done she was rewarded with a sticker. Honest, truthful, offering genuine advice that would only be in my best interests, rather than trying to 'up-sell' to a more profitable option. Our new dentist Guyas is always friendly to all family members and has been so lovely since our original dentist retired. Fantastic experience: At the age of 17 (1987) I had a bad dentist experience, I avoided dentists for 20 years after, then I found Smile, It started with Nina, she made me feel welcome and knocked down the walls of fear, at first I thought it was the person that made me feel comfortable around dentist again, she eventually left and I was referred to Emma, I was a bit hesitant, but I still went for my check ups and work that needed doing, I discovered it wasn't just the person, it was the practice itself, it's training, it's focus on care and the individual, my fear had entirely gone, Emma soon moved on and now I have Dr Gayatree, she is exactly like my previous Doctors at this Dentistry Practice, just caring, gentle and amazing. I travel from Crawley (45 minutes drive) for every appointment and I will continue to do so every year whether I need to or not. Also the reception team are always so happy to see me, they know me by name, not because I'm always there and I'm a customer but because they care, thank you Smile House Dentist, you always put a smile on my face as I arrive but also when I leave..... see you in 6 months 17 years with you and will still keep coming back.
