Fantastic experience: visited Sonam at Bupa Dental today and she was incredible from start to finish. I’m genuinely terrified of needles and needed a filling, but she put me at ease straight away. She carried out her checks, took X-rays and explained clearly that we might be able to do the filling without anaesthetic, including what I might feel. We agreed to go ahead and she was so calm, gentle and reassuring throughout. Her dental nurse Emma was brilliant too. They both created such a relaxed atmosphere that I actually found myself laughing before the procedure began. During the filling, Sonam talked me through each step which made a huge difference to my nerves. She checked in with me constantly, gave me breaks when my jaw needed it and made the whole experience far easier than I ever expected. She’s honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The reviews about her are absolutely right. If you’re a nervous patient, she is the person you want to see. Or any patient for that matter! Thank you Sonam, Emma, and the reception team!

Fantastic experience: Visited this dentist as I’d been struck off my previous one and let my treatment lapse. After too many years not being seen my mouth was in a bit of a state! Sonam immediately put me at ease and explained everything. Need 4 procedures and X-rays (pricy! But my own fault- so ate humble pie and coughed up) but very relaxed over timescale to have any work done. All staff so lovely! Nurse Tilly especially, very polite and happy, Louise on reception and Sonam in particular. Great dentist and really pleasant. Makes the experience more relaxing and stress free. Thanks Girls!!

Negative experience: Contacted for an emergency appointment, no NHS appointments available as dentist on holiday for 4 weeks. Alternative 'private' appointment offered, available immediately. What a surprise!! NHS check-up appointment booked for next summer after repeated cancellations and not rebooked. Where are all the NHS appointments?

Negative experience: This used to be a great dentist until they sold out and turned into a sales room. They treated my emergency as an opportunity to sell me a scale and polish and want me to pay £70 for a check up for my child, when it should be NHS.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had several appointments with Deepaben and every visit has been spot on. She’s warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in how you’re doing, not just as a patient but as a person. She always chats about her family plans and asks about yours, which makes the whole experience more human. Her assistants (I’ve seen a few) are all upbeat, cheerful, and professional, even when you’re mid treatment and can’t reply properly. The care is thorough, everything’s explained clearly, and you can tell Deepaben and her assistants take real pride in their work. Today she also mentioned some of the extra training and courses she’s doing, so it’s obvious she’s committed to developing her skills. No complaints from me!

Fantastic experience: First Class Dentist. I attended as a new patient. Any anxiety I may have had quickly vanished when I was welcomed by a smiling Dentist Sonam. She immediately put me at ease. She was assisted by Abbie and both gave me excellent care and clear explanations of all aspects of the examination. Fantastic experience: We were recommended here as my daughter had a terrible accident at nursery and no other dentist would see her, Bupa were amazing and said they would see her straight away. Saran and Abbie were amazing with my 4 year old who had never been to the dentist before . They were so kind and reassuring it put us as parents at ease as well as my daughter who needed her two front teeth extracting. We can’t thank them enough for helping us. Fantastic experience: I had to get some dental work done. I’ve been to them a few times and all the staff have been excellent really friendly and helpful. I needed a tooth replaced and my Dentist Souman has been exceptional I feel very happy now the work is complete Souman was very friendly explained everything and did everything to the highest of levels very professional and I felt very comfortable and had no worries at all Each appointment with Sonam I did have a different assistant who worked with him and all of them were so friendly and made me feel at complete ease my recent appointment Aleeza the dental assistant was lovely and cheerful as were all the dental assistants Going to this Practice has been a great experience for me and would recommend them definitely

Fantastic experience: 5 stars we’ll for a more or less pain free tooth extraction it’s worth it I’ve had an a bit of a problem for a while so l thought l had better get this checked out turns out after an X-ray the route had become a bit loose .. so an extraction it was Move on a week and Deepa and Aleeza made me welcome told me what expect and how the procedure was going to be carried out . So the surgery was done with no real discomfort ( yeah there’s always going to be some) all the advice was great so Deepa and Aleesa thank you Great service and aftercare

From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly receptionists to the personal and professional treatment from Deepa and her assistant Georgina. Deepa's knowledge and caring, dedicated approach to her work is the best I've come across in my 70 years of receiving treatment from various practices around Derbyshire.

Negative experience: Used to be a good, not any more. Appointments used to be every 6 months, now every 2 years!! Have been waiting for appointment nearly a year, just to get phone call it is cancelled and next one available is in 2026!!!
