Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished my Invisalign and whitening treatment with Adam at Bupa Dental Care West Bridgford and I’m really happy with the results! I spent quite a bit of time researching who to go with beforehand and Adam kept coming up, so I decided to book in with him and I’m really glad I did. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I also found his Instagram page really helpful in understanding what the different treatments would involve and what kind of results to expect. I felt my best interests and dental health were at the centre of everything we discussed. Couldn’t recommend Adam enough. Thanks so much!

Just had a filling done, like most people I am not a big fan of the dentist but Preeya put me at ease straight away and is always explaining every procedure if there was going to be any noise, vibration or water. Asking all the time if I am alright with everything. Preeya and Abham were both very professional and Preeya went that extra mile to ensure I was happy with my filling, checking my bite time and again until she was happy with it. Fantastic experience: I've been here a couple of times at this point and it's always been a smooth experience and everybody's been beyond kind every time be it for a check-up, a cleaning, a filling or an extraction. The receptionists get you in and through to the waiting area without any hassle and I enjoy the time I can spend downstairs to take a breath before going up to see the dentist or the hygenist. My dentist has been Preeya and I always aim to get an appointment with her specifically as she's extremely understanding and patient with me. Each step is explained before it occurs, each noise is pre-warned and it makes the experience a little easier to cope with as I'm not great with medical procedures in general. I've had a bit of a snag with my wisdom tooth where there was an issue with the root and she'd been meticulous to make sure that future issues were minimised as much as possible, leading to a very easy recovery period. Most of all, I appreciate her continued understanding in my quirks to try and keep myself at ease and her for taking occasional breaks here and there because I have no clue I need them until I'm actually given them. The dental nurses are also highly recommended - just recently I've had a filling done through Preeya with Adham assisting and he helped to smooth the process a lot. There wasn't too many requests for adjustments and he was very quick for the curing process on the filling which I think helped in getting me out sooner and as much as I appreciate the work they do, I did enjoy the fact I got out fairly quick :) Not only that, he'd been very perceptive when there was some water spray and dried it off, which definitely made me feel and be more comfortable, as it definitely would've been distracting otherwise. If there's a need to cancel the appointment for unforseen issues, the staff are very good at giving the heads up and if there's issues with payments or assistance required, they've been very helpful in this area as well. The treatment plans are always broken down and you have a good forecast of what might happen in the future. I feel quite safe and secure in their hands regarding any work that will inevitably need to be done in the future and am continously grateful for the fact everybody I've met has been beyond accomodating to me, would definitely recommend them as a place for any of your dental needs :)

Fantastic experience: I saw Adam Larke and his assistant Naf for my Invisalign treatment and a tricky tooth extraction. They were both fantastic especially during the 30min extraction, talking me through each step with reassurance and always making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Thankfully it came out without further complications and has healed well. I was also very pleased with the Invisalign process, Adam using a very impressive mouth scanner that was done in minuets, I was fully expecting to have moulds taken which I was slightly dreading. Again the whole process was great and I'm currently on the 2nd aligner with no issues thus far and have liaised with Adam to discuss how its going. A++

Fantastic experience: I've just completed Invisalign treatment with Dentist Sonal Arora and dental nurse Kamila mainly to fix a twist on my lower teeth. It has gone so smoothly. Thank you! They explained everything clearly and in easy to understand terms. The customer service here is wonderful too. The week before the appointment to remove the attachments they rang to say my night retainers had arrived early and did I want to come in sooner. I'm pleased with the result and can't believe the difference from just 4 months ago.

Fantastic experience: Had to replace a tooth after it snapped. Mina and Nic did a great job replacing it with a bridge. The process was almost painless, colour matching is excellent and after a couple of days the bite feels no different than before. Mena has a lovely way at putting patients at ease and talks you carefully through each stage. The only downside was the amount of time it took from initial apppintment to completion, but that was largley as result of needing to let the gum settle (min 3mths, maybe upto 6) after removing what remained of the broken tooth.

Fantastic experience: I started here after having some issues with my old nhs dentist, and bupa insurance is surprisingly affordable, so I gave it a go. You get 2 hygienists and checkups annually for free, and discounts on other services. Sonal and Kamila are always kind and helpful at my appointments, and I decided to do teeth whitening with them. I was originally worried that I would get sensitive teeth or that it wouldn't work, but my tooth sensitivity is unchanged and my teeth look way better, helping my confidence. That's why I decided to leave a review:)

Fantastic experience: Sonal and Bayleigh were incredible during my tooth extraction. They were patient, attentive, and friendly throughout the appointment, taking care to explain everything as they went, and being sure I was happy with the pain treatment before I left. Fantastic experience: Recently joined this practice for dental and had a few problems that needed some treatment. Jakub and his assistant Adam have been my main providers of care. They’ve been absolutely excellent and I can’t recommend them enough! I’m quite nervous with dental work and these fellas have been great. They drew up a clear plan and when we could do the work, working around my day. Dental work isn’t cheap anywhere so you might as well go somewhere with excellent professionals doing the work.

Fantastic experience: I went here for my first dentist appointment in about 2 and a half years and it's absolutely fantastic. Cannot speak higher of this dentist. Sonal and Bayleigh were really friendly, professional and I didn't get any of that snootiness you get from some dentists. Facilities were clean, comfortable and overall nice looking. Dawn on reception was really helpful as well and she was brilliant too. They really put you at ease as a nervous patient. I went private and they got me in same day. Bit pricey but it's private health care. It's going to be. And you get in same day. I really rate this dentist and will make sure I go here from now on

Fantastic experience: Wouldn’t go to the dentist for 10 years. Since having to see Preeya and Naf , as an emergency .due to a broken tooth two. years ago. They are the only people I trust. I have a 60 miles round trip to see them. They are polite gentle and do a fantastic job.and give plenty of anaesthetic so even when a bad tooth has to be pulled out in 3 bits I really didn’t feel anything.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this dental clinic when I had to quickly fix an old filling that fell out. Had a first check up appointment with Dr. Sonal and her assistant Nurse Kamila, who walked me through all of the issues that I had and a fixing plan. Everything went smoothly afterwards and was able to solve all of my problems, including the missing filling, in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Sonal.

Fantastic experience: Of all the dentists I've had, Adam at Bupa West Bridgford has been by far the best. My check-up and subsequent procedure was complex and took a while, but Adam was professional, adaptable and walked me through every stage of the process, explaining it thoroughly and in a way that was understandable. He gave me full information about the choices available to me, and carried out the procedure with no pain or unpleasant effects. He and his team are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
