Fantastic experience: Very professional and well run practice. I've been using for over 30 years and never had any cause for complaint. It's, unsurprisingly, heavily used.

Negative experience: Had to return to have my crown replaced again. 4th time in just over 12 months. This was dentist number 3 having a go at fixing it. Got charged £36 for pleasure. My previous NHS dentist fitted the original over 25 years ago, have been forced to go private not impressed.

Fantastic experience: I very much appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown my all members of staff at Allport Dental Practice. I can honestly say this is a lovely surgery. My latest visit was to see a new doctor to me. A Dr Ghada Mahamoud who has the lightest touch when carrying out examinations and remedial work all done with good humour throughout, as have all the previous doctors I have met. I thoroughly recommend this practice and all the kind staff who work here.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient Today I needed a filling and was anxious about having this done From the moment I walked into to see the dentist I was made to feel at ease I was talked through everything that was being done the dentist and her assistant really made me feel comfortable and happy through out

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergancy appointment after the weekend and treatment. But the treatment did not work and I needed to go back to my dentist. I called to get an appointment and I was able to attend Monday morning and get treatment an a perscription. I can't fault the service. I even got to see my own dentist. Very good service

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience…. I’ve had a fear of dentists since childhood and get so nervous but from stepping into the building the experience was great. Reception staff booked me in and helped with a question I had about the online forms. Getting in the chair in the treatment room wasn’t an issue either, my dentist Ghada Mahmoud greeted me with a smile and warm welcome. Ghada talked me through her examination and despite my fears I had full confidence in her. It’s so refreshing to not feel judged and be able to feel your fears are supported. Thank you to staff but most importantly Ghada, you are my favourite dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to allport dental for a good few years now it recently changed ownership and the level of service has remained excellent as it always has been. My check up was very thorough and informative and my hygienist treatment was excellent with i hope im right Amina who i had not seen before many thanks to the team

Negative experience: A few years ago this practice was brilliant, now it is awful. The receptionists are miserable and grumpy. The dentists are only interested in taking your money; why don’t you listen to your patients? Trying to get in touch with them is a nightmare. The phone system is an utter joke. Email is no better either. Avoid this practice at all cost.

The staffs the Practice Dentist have always been very very professional, friendly and superb. We get routine checks for both our daughters and whatever concerns come up is dealt very professionally. Fantastic experience: I was terrified for years like most people to visit the dentist as are many people. Only visiting via emergency appointments because of the fear . But I am starting to loose that fear and it's all because of Dr Ghada . I recommend anyone who is anxious about visiting the dentist to make an appointment with Dr Ghada and her amazing team of nurses especially nurse Alicia. They are such a calm and happy team . Excellent work as always .

Fantastic experience: Had three fillings today done by Ghada Mahmoud and her nice dental nurse , I was a bit nervous as thought a bit of pain would be involved, but it went no problem, they were both friendly , efficient and I had no pain , all was explained to me as to what was to be and being done and the time flew, it the best experience I have had if you can say having a filling is a good experience, but thank you both for the professional way you treated and I’m happy I’m with the practice as service has been excellent

Fantastic experience: Always clean and tidy. I was particularly pleased with my hygiene check up by Ameena. She was welcoming with an air of calm and reassuring smiles. Ameena asked if there was anything in particular i was concerned about, and I said staining on my teeth. I usually have a manual scale but opted for the new ultrasonic scaler and was amazed by the results! I was so impressed I bought a good quality teeth whitening toothpaste on the way home to maintain the results

Fantastic experience: My new dentist is ghada, she is beautiful inside and out, nothing is too much for ther she is sympathetic and she is not in a rush to get you out this itself speaks volumes! She is here for the patient! and understands everything, and it clearly shows in her work ethic to she is amazing at what she does and she knows her job and does it well She explains everything in Toni terms (my terms) she takes the time to explain everything in depth and if she has the time will show you before hand She’s in no rush to usher you out of the door and makes your feel welcome andnapart of the family wich is somthing you don’t find very often these days Her dental nurse today her name was Lesley I’m not sure on that now sorry she was so lovely I’ve seen her a few times in the past and she does not get the gratitude or appreciation form patients that she deserves she always always has a smile on her face and again nothing is ever to much for her Ghadas useual dental nurse Alicia is again the same these girls make you feel welcome and not anxious they all deserve a medal or some sort of recognition I no longer feel anxious or any sort of an anxiety coming into the dentist because of all the staff The reception staff are amazing and make you feel welcome as well always with a smile on their faces Thankyou again allport surgery I will always highly recommend you to anyone xx Sorry for my poor spelling and grammar as you can see I’m pretty crap at it all xx Thanks Toni xx
