She was very kind, gentle and took her time. I didn't feel rushed to get myself together. She answered all my questions and made me feel able to come to my next appointment. If you have anxiety (or not, of course) don't hesitate to come to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival for appointment, every member of staff were friendly and welcoming, they put me at ease straightaway. I felt all my concerns were answered and options explained. Amazing service , would highly recommend . 2nd appointment I had a filling and tooth extraction, with no problems and no pain during or after. Very friendly and put me at ease. 3rd appt was for ongoing dental pain , phoned for an appt was given a date to attend... friendly staff and amazing service, no pain during or after. Fantastic experience: Can't recommend this dentist enough. After years on NHS and regular check ups and apparently deep cleans my previous dentist couldn't stop my gums bleeding, didn't know why and basically told me see a specialist. From first visit here I felt welcomed and reassured and basically told me straight away the cause of bleeding.. After my first session with Rachel the hygienist my gums stopped bleeding and havnt bled since. Have also had few more sessions, Rachel has been so thorough with checking how my gums have been progressing, you can tell she is passionate about her job. It's nice to be somewhere where people are actually good at what they do which is few and far between these days. Have also moved my 14 year old boy over from shocking last NHS dentist aswell on the amazing kids plan..Glad I found this place and can't thank them enough, they also do cosmetic, straightening,whitening etc which I will definitely be doing in the future..

As usual, everyone I saw - the receptionist and the dental assistants who came into the reception area from the treatment rooms - were all very pleasant and greeted me by name. Charlotte came down from her room to collect me and she is always very happy. Everyone is always very happy and professional.
