Fantastic experience: As always staff are excellent and professional. Surgery is always clean and tidy although some of the seating needs replacing under health and safety.

Sam always explains things fully, never rushes you and has a calming approach if you are nervous. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and lucky to have such a great practice on our doorstep!

Fantastic experience: I cracked and broke the upper right of one of my front teeth. This kind of problem always happens at Xmas!!…I rang the surgery as a patient of Mira at 9am on the 23rd of December. Immediately I was given an appointment at 2.40pm that day - I was delighted didn’t think I would get an appointment before Xmas. Mira the dentist is superb and after 25 minutes I had a front tooth that looked completely like a brand new tooth!!…great skill from Mira and I was so happy that I was enabled to smile in the forth coming Xmas photos that would take place as we have all the family coming to us for Christmas. Grateful thanks to Mira and the dentist surgery at Shefford Bedfordshire for giving me an appointment before Christmas.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Sam for over 26 years now! Back then my 6 year old daughter needed to be seen as an emergency! What Sam did/how he dealt with her/her situation was amazing. That's when, as a family, we all moved to Sam. I was always a nervous patient because of previous experiences. Never again! How many children 'argue' to get into a dentists chair first? Mine did! They still see Sam (as adults) now along with their young children who are more than happy to jump into the chair!

Fantastic experience: To get straight to the point, Dr Sam is one of the very few people in this world that I trust! His calm and gentle manner inspires confidence ... and, as someone who is a big coward when it comes to dental treatment, I need a lot of inspiring! Ably supported by his kind and friendly dental nurse, Sam provides an excellent service. I live some distance away from the practice, but I've tried more local dentists and none of them even come close, so I'm more than happy to accept the 120 mile round trip. Goodness knows what I'll do if Sam ever retires!
