Fantastic experience: Lovely team of specialist, highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I recently changed to Envisage Dental after poor levels of service from my previous dentist in Emsworth. It was quite by chance my wife and I visited Envisage and booked our appointments. All I can say is what a contrast to the level of service previously experienced. In my case, my dentist (Stephen McCrory) took time and listened, then gave me a thorough examination and explained what treatment was necessary even to make good poor treatment. The key factor in my case was the thoroughness and time taken to explain so that I could clearly understand, as opposed to feeling rushed and just another patient. Another aspect is the updated technology and techniques, where photos of each tooth were taken to show you on screen. So, in summary, I have trust and faith in Stephen and his team and Envisage and I will be open and critical when necessary. I conclude I have made a good move in my case and I have respect and trust in the care and treatment I am receiving through Envisage. I highly recommend you give them consideration for your dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I felt like my fellow nervous patients deserved the truth: I survived. Stephen made me feel so comfortable that I didn’t need to be sedated for treatment. He’s calm and patient, as was his assistant and the receptionists. I would 100% recommend Stephen to anyone that fears the dentist and would like to overcome that fear.

Fantastic experience: As someone who isn't a lover of the dentist/hygienist, going to a new one is always a concern. However, even given I need treatment for a problem, the staff on the front desk and the dentist and hygienist seriously could not have been better. They make you feel welcome, try and make everything comfortable, offer music of choice which I think is brilliant, explain everything (and being told you're 2/3 of the way through a filling is actualy a really good thing, you know you're nearly done) and just try to make it as positive, fun and easy as possible. Would highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Our whole family have been attending this dental practice for around 15 years (maybe even longer!). They are amazing with everything from routine appointments with the dentist, dental hygienist appointments to dental procedures. They are excellent at dealing with anxious patients, including little ones. Our dentist is so knowledgeable, up to date and such a lovely person. The receptionists are lovely and always helpful. I recommend them to everyone I know, and I can't praise them highly enough. Thank you for looking after our family for all these years.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of everyone in this team. You are put at ease from the moment you arrive at the reception desk. I had an unexpected abscess over the weekend and the support of the on call team was also incredible. I had it drained and then the tooth removed and I’ve never felt so calm and cared for. I cannot thank everyone enough for making such an unpleasant procedure so painless and quick. I can now look forward to Christmas again! Fantastic experience: Last minute emergency appt for me last week and going to the dentist used to be a terrifying experience for me but for many years of attending here has calmed me so much that I actually feel so relaxed from the minute I walk in, from the fabulous reception ladies to my actual experience in the dentist chair , it’s so friendly we all have a good chat ,addressed by my first name , especially this time when the receptionist actually came out from behind the desk into the waiting room for a chat and listened to my awful time I’d been having , she’s so lovely and as I’ve j own her for years at this practice I felt very comfortable talking to her . As for Celehte my dentist "I cannot recommend her enough , not only incredibly skilled but also takes the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. What truly sets her apart is their genuine kindness and commitment to the patients comfort. If you’re looking for a dental practice who goes above and beyond, look no further!"

Fantastic experience: I came for two fillings today with Celehte and just wanted to say a huge thank you to her. I used to dread coming to the dentist but she makes it such a lovely, positive experience. She is very professional but always puts me at ease and if anything I look forward to coming to the dentist now - something I never thought I’d say haha! I’d also like to add that the reception team are so welcoming and lovely, and always very helpful!

Fantastic experience: I have had dental treatment in 5 different European countries and in 7 surgeries in the UK. Envisage Emsworth definitely wins the gold metal as far as I am concerned and for the first time in my life I have beautiful healthy teeth everywhere in my mouth. (I am 69). My present dentist Celethe Fortuin isn’t only very professional kind and caring but I truly believe that along with the rest of the staff there, she takes utmost pride into delivering excellent painless care .

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff in reception make you feel so welcome and fabulous dentists especially Stephen McCrory. Five star attention to detail here including scans and photos when you first join it's like a 20,000 mile service. Also wonderful hygienist team. They are so lovely and compassionate and understanding with my autistic adult daughter who feels very safe at this non judgemental practice. We opted as a family for their dental plan which includes 2 check ups and 2 hygienist appointments which is excellent value for money. Highly recommended 5 Julie Fair

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in 20years due to fear, Stephen understood that and talked me through every issue I had and every procedure we’d need to do going forward, he numbed my gums before any injections so I have felt absolutely ZERO pain and he has actually eradicated my fear of dentist! Best dentist ever! CANNOT recommend enough! I tell everyone to go to him, he and his staff are amazing! So lovely and caring. Exactly what you want from people dealing with such sensitive procedures 10/10! x

Fantastic experience: Celehte, where do I start. You are the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to, and there is a lot. During lockdown I got very poorly and didn’t brush my teeth, ended up needing 11 fillings. I was so petrified of the dentist I had to be under local anaesthetic at first. Now I go to each appointment alone, without anaesthetic and with no panic attacks or worries. It’s been a long journey but I couldn’t recommend them enough. If there was an option for 6 stars I’d use that. I also have the denplan direct debit and find it’s very helpful. They’ve provided special toothpaste with extra fluoride at a small cost and catered to every single need. The receptionists are so helpful and remember me by name, very personal experience. They really do provide extra special care! -Elle

Fantastic experience: Great and friendly service . Had a top partial denture procedure . First 2-3 days were uncomfortable, but after a next day appointment , Andrew made small easing adjustments . From then I felt very much better and able to wear the denture all day . 10/10 to Andrew .

Fantastic experience: I have been with envisage for 5 years and I would highly recommend their services. All staff at every level are professional and friendly. It is easy to park for free nearby in a designated council car park. I am able to utilise denplan cover and all the treatment I have had has been excellent.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling and I am an apprehensive patient having had a few issues in the past. My new dentist Daniel Quiney is extremely professional and certainly knows his stuff. He made me feel at ease straight away thoroughly explaining everything in a friendly manner. The before and after pictures on the screen were amazing, it doesn't even look like I have had a filling, modern dental technology is fantastic especially when you have an expert Dentist. I am now feeling confident about my future appointments, I haven't felt this way for such a long time, I did come out with a smile on my face - thank you!

Fantastic experience: A great experience! Friendly team and efficiently run. Being a non-regular patient I decided to book in for some attention to my teeth where I needed a replacement filling. Following an initial consultation I explained I hadn’t had recent treatment or cleaning and any fears I had were carefully handled. I’m impressed with the professional standards and everything was explained to me including when having a long appointment of cleaning / descaling and the filling repaired. I felt little to no pain throughout which reflect modern dentistry standards. Happy to return for scheduled checkups and I recommend their services to anyone especially if feeling a little apprehensive.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years and years, staff are very friendly and the building itself is very clean. Please note there is no parking on site but it is a short walk to street parking or a free council car park

All the staff I met were very happy and helpful. My check up and hygienist appointment were both conducted thoroughly by very approachable and professional dentists and nurses. Fantastic experience: I am currently getting orthodontic treatment, the practice are very efficient with booking in my appointments, especially as I work awkward hours - they have allowed me to book in a couple of appointments in advance for my treatment. And always offer me cancellations incase I am available. I would highly recommend getting braces at this practice!

Fantastic experience: Really really recommend this dental spa - I went here the other day and I can't thank the staff enough for making it such a welcoming and calm environment! I felt like I was in really safe and caring hands. And the dentist took time to explain so many things about the relationship between my teeth and other aspects of my health, was very helpful. Fantastic experience: Always super friendly, welcoming, helpful and professional. I don't go to the practise all the time. I did my 6 months smile teeth straightening through Envisage Emsworth a few years ago and now go for occasional retainer support. I've also used the hygienist on a couple of occasions. Despite not being a "regular" customer, I always feel "known" and very welcomed due to the great customer service the team seem to pride themselves on.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Envisage for a number of years now. I was an extremely nervous patient at the outset and now I look forward to my appointments, knowing that I will be given a warm welcome, well looked after and feeling totally confident in the treatment I receive. My 7 year old son has also been attending appointments and the caring way the team have welcomed him and settled in means that he is even more motivated to look after his teeth!

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best Dentists I have ever been to. Malcolm took such care rebuilding one of my front teeth and was so concerned about doing a good job, I felt total trust. Tara is an amazing hygienist and the best ive ever been to. The whole practice is well run. Don't hesitate to join them, you will be in good hands. Unfortunately, I am leaving the area and am considering the hour and a half drive drive to stay with them!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been really pleased with Envisage since joining the practice a year or so ago. The staff are friendly and professional, and Dr Malcolm is understanding, consultative and thorough. What made a particular impression is he doesn’t - as many dentists seem to do in my experience - try to upsell unnecessary or ‘gold plated’ treatments. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have used this dental practice for many years now. Everyone is so lovely and caring. I have had some real anxiety issues in the past which they are aware of and they really look after me. Seeing the hygienist is like having a beauty treatment! Parking can be tricky so give yourself time for that.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Envisage since 2007 and they have always provided great service. Throughout the Pandemic the staff have always made me feel safe. I would wholly recommend this practice. After having years under the NHS they have brought my gum issues under control and without their intervention I am not sure I would still have a mouth full of teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for a couple of years now and would highly recommend the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. The treatment is first class and they are always concerned to get you access to the best treatment needed for any problem and are not adverse to making referrals to other professionals who might be better placed to help. I feel very safe whilst at the practice and know they are doing all they can to keep me, themselves and others safe. Yes of course you have to pay for such good care but I have been to dentists in the past where I have paid handsomely for second rate treatment, but I have every confidence I am in the best hands. I am happy to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined the dental practice, I have had a consultation and visited the hygienist. Last Wednesday I had an emergency appointment to find out that I had an abscess I was seen very quickly, given antibiotics and had the tooth extracted. I am so impressed with service I would highly recommend this practice.

I couldn't be happier with the choice I made, Malcom and Paven were both very personable and thorough. Felt very comfortable with both of them and confident with their service. All the staff I encountered from reception through to dentist were lovely and the building is quite different, didn't feel like I was walking into a dental surgery (in a good way :)).

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Envisage Emsworth to anyone looking for an affordable, all round 5 star service. The receptionists were warm and welcoming. The clinic had a lovely feel to it and the Covid procedures made me feel safe and comfortable. I had an appointment with Malcom who was amazing at explaining everything to me in the right way, so I felt like I really understood what was going on with my dental health. My next appointment with the hygienist was also a great service. In the past I have not taken my dental health as seriously as I should and with Envisage I feel more motivated to go that extra mile to look after my teeth.
