Fantastic experience: I attended at the BUPA dentist following a very old filling falling out. I have recently moved to the area so wasn’t an existing patient but from the minute I walked in the service was very friendly and highly professional from reception staff to medical staff. An appointment was made for me the following day. This, I attended and once again was faultless. After filling out some forms I was met by Chris the dentist and up we went to surgery to sort my tooth out. Met by Erin the dental nurse. I was immediately put at ease and was treated to a painless filling repair and good conversation. As a result I’m now a patient and can’t recommend them enough. I didn’t get the name of the reception staff sadly but can also highly recommend them too. Thanks to all!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at the practice. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well looked after. My dentist, Joana was very professional, kind, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel at ease throughout my appointment. The complimentary 3D scan performed by Megan was an excellent experience. She explained the process clearly, and the technology itself was very impressive. Joana also took the time to go through my 3D scan results with me in detail, which helped me clearly understand my dental condition and the next steps. Fantastic experience: I joined Bupa Sidmouth approximately a year ago after my previous dentist decided to try and force me from NHS to private. After a long time frustrated with them I decided to try somewhere new, even if it meant going private. Bupa Sidmouth came recommended to me, and I can see why. Every single time I’ve been in there (between dental & hygienist sessions I’ve been like 5-6 times already!) the staff have been kind, considerate and friendly. I’m referring to everyone I’ve dealt with there, the hygienists, dentists, assistants, and receptionist team. It never feels rushed, I’m never left waiting long for an appointment even if I myself was late. Moving the rest of my household over as I’ve been so impressed with them.

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely reluctant visitor to the dentist. On arrival the receptionist was welcoming and put me at ease. The appointment with Emily and her nurse was prompt. Both of them put me at ease, explained all procedures before they happened and tried desperately to reassure me without making me feel silly about my phobia. I cannot praise Emily and her nurse highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Staff are incredibly kind, I had to get work done which had proven difficult at my previous dentist due to a severe needle phobia - the staff approached it with such understanding it made me feel more than comfortable with getting all my work done. Positive experience: Very helpful staff and the dentist was very good at listening to the patient and checking the issues described. A very quick appointment with none of the cleaning which used to be part of the private dentistry appointment.

Fantastic experience: Our whole family is registered here and we regularly see Joanna , she is very pleasant and professional . Ladies at the reception always smiling and nothing too much trouble . I don’t know everybody’s names but do know Lizzie and Renata who are both very nice !

Fantastic experience: I wanted to express my gratitude to Bupa dental care Sidmouth! I have a fear of the dentist and these guys are great! The receptionists are so friendly and really put you at ease before heading into the chair. Once in the treatment room you are greeted with professionalism from start to finish! Fantastic experience: Abit nervous as always but Lydia was very calming on reception and popped the TV on for me. My dentists Chris is so informative with no pressure at all. Sorry I forgot the nurse name as I was nervous but she was training and I wouldn’t have even noticed if they hadn’t said. Thank you so much for changing my outlook on the dentist, I’m actually not that scared anymore :)

Fantastic experience: The MOST amazing Smile makeover by the dental genius Joana, assisted by her wonderful calm & reassuring nurse Lizzy. As part of the process I underwent root canal treatment - I was dreading this but in Smitha’s hands it was pain free & it took away my lifelong fear of the dentist! An outstanding pratcice!
