Fantastic experience: David is literally the best, I felt negative and uncomfortable in my own skin for years with the gap in my teeth. I tried to fix them when I was younger but had a terrible experience with a few dentists. Since meeting David I have always felt heard and in very safe hands. The clinic is really lovely and all of the staff are very welcoming. My teeth look absolutely perfect and are beyond what I ever imagined. David really listened on my mock ups and the finished teeth are a testament to that. I have been under David's care for 3 years and I can say he always goes above and beyond at every appointment. The only thing I wish I done different was see him sooner. You will never regret the decision to see him and start the new teeth process.

Fantastic experience: Nigel and the Cosmetic dental clinic were amazing from start to finish. From someone who hasn’t visited the dentist since school (well over a decade ago) and has built up a huge fear of dentists and is just generally shy and awkward, I can honestly say they put me completely at ease throughout the whole process. I came in a couple of months before our last minute wedding with hopes to at least fix my smile a little, and give me some much needed confidence for our big day. Nigel talked through my options, although slightly limited due to timings, he always put the health of the teeth first and fixed any ‘problems’ before starting any cosmetic treatments. I’ve just completed my plan with less than a week till my wedding, and can already see the difference it has made to my confidence. I have absolutely no worries now about being able to smile on my wedding day and not covering it up. I can’t thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: I visited The Cosmetic Dental Clinic in Durham to get the top 6 teeth Cosmetically Bonded off Dr Nigel Parkas and I honestly can’t thank him enough! My teeth were all worn and I had chips in the front two teeth. I have attached a “before” image to this review of how they looked prior to the bonding. You can see the fantastic results achieved! I would highly recommend anyone considering to get their teeth done to go and see Dr Nigel Parkash! Negative experience: My wife spent £9000 on dental work at this practice. She has had to return numerous times for remedial work over a 2 year period (guarantee is for 2 years), she has recently had 4 months in hospital and care only returning home 7 weeks ago and today, another of the cosmetic procedures has broken. Her previous crowns lasted 23 years with no problems, these didn’t last 23 weeks before problems started. She’s now out of guarantee and been charged £67 before her new visit.

Fantastic experience: Over the past year I've had a dental implant, crown and cosmetic bonding all done by Neil & Hannah. They were both amazing every time I visited the clinic and all outcomes have been amazing. Neil is very straight talking and says things how they are making everything uncomplicated and easy to understand. After my cosmetic bonding he's also a proven artist with insane detailed ability!! They were both very reassuring and empathetic throughout all processes and consistently check in with you during procedures to make sure you are ok. I always look forward to going to the clinic which is the complete opposite to how I've felt most of my adult life, normally I am an anxious mess. Thank you!

Negative experience: Advised that I attend an appointment despite my having tested positive for Covid. Clearly operate with utter disregard for the welfare of their patients and staff; particularly alarming given that it’s a clinical environment. Was fined for refusing to attend (in the best interests of others), having provided reasonable notice given the circumstances. So much for altruism. Otherwise, grossly overpriced compared to other private practices operated by more experienced practitioners, as I’ve since found out. Would recommend seeing through the glossy exterior and avoiding like the plague (although I’m sure they’d be happy to treat those who’ve been diagnosed with that too).

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend especially if you are scared of dentists. To start with the receptionist promised not to allow me to cancel future appointments because I was so scared! The dental hygienist was very understanding when I panicked and had to split my scale & polish into two visits. The dentist Nigel and the team were absolutely brilliant and explained every step of the way. I never felt rushed and importantly never felt pressured or 'sold to'. I had a scale & polish (in equal parts the best and worst thing to happen to me but I would do it again as I now trust the process), my teeth whitened, a root canal and a filling replaced and composite added to re-shape a tooth. I am now pain free for the first time in a long time and no longer terrified of the dentist chair thanks to Nigel and the team! Prices are reasonable too!! Don't put it off - just book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I couldn`t reccomend the cosmetic dental clinic Durham enough , especially Nigel. I visited the clinic back in October, had my consultation with Nigel. told him what i didn't like about my teeth and he ran through all the options with me, not feeling pressured at all, he was so knowledgeable and really took his time to go through it all with me and answer all the questions i had. I had several follow up apps for whitening. The whole team are so friendly and welcoming . The treatment i had was full whitening and composite veneers.
