Fantastic experience: I wish to thank the dentist Eleha zakavi, I went today for my 6 month appointment, I'm very nervous person in dentist , she took time to reassure me , explained things , cleaned my teeth , didn't feel a thing , told me best thing to brush with etc. Thank you so much

Negative experience: I take my daughter here and I have had no problems with the dentist, they have always made my daughter feel comfortable and she looks forward to the dentist so that’s great and a really good sign of a good dentist. Just they always cancel her appointment every time without fail, it’s really annoying. Update. I will be searching for another dentist, my daughter’s appointment was cancelled today only once we got there at the practice. They told us it was cancelled in June, it wasn’t made in June. It was only booked in when her last one was cancelled which was sep-oct. Dragged a child all the way from school just to be told that, booked in for December, I bet that will be cancelled too. Absolute joke of a surgery, that’s the third appointment cancelled in a row. I’m disgusted.

Negative experience: Darren Wright shouldnt have a dental license with such an appalling bedside manor and rushing you out of your own dental consultation and has no restraint with how rough he will treat your teeth. Never returning to such an appaling dentist found a much better dentist who doesnt treat people like they are nothing more than an inconvience in their day and they dont make you feel like human garbage just because you have a question. Negative experience: Mostly staff are kids with no customer service skills, and there constantly changing both staff and dentists. New Dentist with bad attitude and bad customer service has taken the place of a good pleasant dentist. This place is not as good as it once was.

Fantastic experience: I attended the dentist for an emergency appointment for my 13 year old daughter booked by Abby who was just so amazing and accommodating. The appointment was with Dr Darren and him and his dental nurse Darcie were just fantastic. What was supposed to be an emergency appointment was made into a treatment appointment and Yasmin had her dental issue solved there and then ! Dr Darren’s way with words and dealing with patients is outstanding. He talks in layman’s terms and gives it to you straight. I loved that and Yasmin understood everything that was going on, super important for a child visiting the dentist so they are relaxed and happy. Darcie really is a little gem ! So happy and upbeat. She seemed to pre-empt what dentist needed and had everything ready and prepared. Really impressive. Both Dr Darren and Darcie are an asset to my dentist picton road along with Abby without whom we wouldn’t have had our appointment!

Fantastic experience: I had excellent service with Darren Wright coming to the Picton practice. After having a tongue piercing for many years, it destroyed my lower jaw bone with time and some of my lower teeth got loose. I also suffer badly from gum disease. Darren immediately re-assured me and explained me fully about gum disease, how to stop it and also demonstrated me how to correctly and gently floss my teeth so it doesn't hurt or bleed. Darren went the extra miles to save my bone by extracting the wobbly tooth and adding resin in the hole to then re place the tooth. He essentially made a bridge with my own tooth. I did not feel anything and throughout the entire operation he explained step by step what he was doing. I would really recommend Darren Wright as an excellent dentist and he went the extra mile by even missing his lunch to make sure this operation went perfect. I feel very happy with my new bridge and that my jaw bone is now safe.

Fantastic experience: Mydentist on Picton Road L15 has got to be one of the best Dentists I'v visited in my lifetime. Their service is 1st class and the Dentist whom I seen Elahe Zakavi always does an excellent job on whatever procedure I had requested. All of the Mydentist reception staff at the Picton Road branch, L15 including Beckie and Abbey are always very smartly dressed, cheerful,well mannered,and extremely helpful and very professional at all of what they do in helping their many patients overcome their teeth problems! I am so scared at the dentist, but mohammad and his staff where so good at keeping me calm, and relaxed, explained what i needed doing, he and his lovely assistance sorted me out without any pain whatsoever. Fantastic experience: I had my tooth extracted here on Tues by Mo and Linz. To say I was nervous would be an understatement due to previous bad experiences with other dentists. They were reassuring and let me listen to music via headphones which helped. I didn't feel any pain just a bit of pressure and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I was shocked it was over so quickly that I don't think I even managed to mumble a thank you to them. I would recommend them to anyone nervous about visiting the dentist

Negative experience: I paid £49.90 for a revision because before any treatment they asked you to pay that, before paying I said that I need it Roth canal and other treatments which they said they have really good dental plans, after the appointment I need it 3 Roth canal and each one they were trying to charge me £750 or put myself on the waiting list for be an NHS patience I have been through many of this dentist they make you pay the first consultation and then they give you this horrible prices total scam!!! Be aware!!!

Negative experience: If the review was based purely on the treatment provided, it would be a 4 or 5 star review. But, the problem is in getting seen to get treatment. I’ve been a patient for a few years and in that time I’d say that over 50% of my appointments have been cancelled. This, somewhat ridiculously, includes the cancellation of 3 out of my last 4 appointments. Also, I was never informed of some of the cancellations, with me only finding out that my appointment had been cancelled when I turned up at their premises, with on the most recent occasion the receptionist checking my records and saying “oh, yeah, it looks like we forgot to send you a text.” Well, that’s very helpful! NHS dentist places are at a premium, so that’s one of the reasons I’ve continued with this dentist. But, it all seems fairly pointless if you can’t get to see a dentist due to constant cancellations. I’ve had enough now and decided to look into going private. I’d recommend that anybody else considering this dentist takes the financial hit and does the same as this place increasingly seems like a waste of time.

Put me at my ease. And was Professional at all times. It would be great if she did more than just Tuesday. But she is well worth the wait

Negative experience: It is the worst dentist. I booked an appointment for scaling on 6/12/2021. The receptionist asked me to pay extra for exam and the PPE, so totally £90. It was my first scaling in the UK. When I entered the room, I told the dentist that my main purpose was scaling only that day. The inner side of my teeth was dirty. After scanning and wearing PPE, she helped me to clean the outer side of my teeth only. When the scaling finished, I asked her why did not help me to clean the inner side of my teeth. She did not reply at all. Later, I went to another branch of Mydentist. I found that another branch is excellent. 這是最差的牙醫診所, 我約了2021年12月6日洗牙, 接線生話一定要先檢查及加保護衣費用, 總共90鎊. 這是我第一次在英國洗牙, 入房時我告訴牙醫那天我來的主要目的只是為了洗牙, 牙齒內則太多牙石, 照完X光和穿防護衣後, 她只幫我洗了牙齒外則, 完結後我問她為何不洗內則, 她始終沒有回答, 以後我去另一間Mydentist, 我發現另一間非常好.

Negative experience: Please do not go to this dentist for composite bonding work. Problem after problem and made to feel like I was the problem. Having to get all 12 done again. A waste of time money and effort. Not fit for purpose.

Already anxious about the visit she received no reassurance or sympathy instead she was spoke to like an adult & left in tears. Will not let her visit Darren again & rebooked with another dentist

Fantastic experience: I came in for an emergency extraction just over a month ago and went in with Darren, I’m literally petrified of going to the dentist and from the minute I got there he done everything he could to keep the situation as calm and straight forward as possible even with how upset I was, he really knows his stuff and goes into a lot of thorough detail throughout your visit which for me calms a lot of my anxiety and makes me feel a lot more safer, the dental nurses are amazing, so caring and understanding and the reception staff are fantastic and really take into consideration any worries you’ve got, any treatments that need doing really feel like you’ve got options, time and the choice is up to you and they’ll support you with whatever you decide, everyone’s amazing and really welcoming here and I’d say they’ve really gone above and beyond for me, I highly recommend coming here if you’re as nervous as me or even if you’re just looking for a dentist to visit!

Fantastic experience: Really exceptional dentist, easy to get an appointment and friendly, interpersonal staff from reception to being seen on the day. Quick to be seen upon arrival. In the past I have been able to get filling on same day as the check up and mouth guard fitted shortly thereafter. The patient care provided by Darren and the dental nurse outstanding, they are very well humoured and can quickly put patients at ease which is really important as dentist can be an anxious time for us (loved Darren's Xmas themed headband on today!). Seen other patients laughing and smiling on their way out too. Really great buzz to the place where the staff all seem happy, helpful and friendly. Really great on the small details, like writing down the products I need for oral hygiene, my mouth guard etc. - not pushing me to buy their products. Darren also gave me a quick demo how to floss properly (which I thought I was previously doing correctly, but evidently not)! Super happy customer, cheers as always for an outstanding service.

However, the male dentist with the long straggly greasy hair is the most rude, obnoxious and arrogant man I have ever had the misfortune to come across in my entire life. Fantastic experience: By far the best dental surgery I have ever been to, any problem’s and the practice manager goes above and beyond. I can not begin to explain how amazing this place is. Darren Wright has been doing my treatment and what an amazing dentist he is. Very thorough and such a perfectionist. Dr D doesn’t have any respect for patient he was really rude because I expressed that I was in pain after my tooth extraction.He literally told me •you’re done off you go• That’s unprofessional, impolite. I won’t recommend this dentist at because if you a problem after treatment they don’t care about you .
