Fantastic experience: I saw the hygienist and she is great. She put me at ease and did a great job of scaling and cleaning my teeth. I have issues with my gums but the regular visits and cleaning have really helped improve them. The dentist is spotless and the staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: Excellent attention to detail. Practice spotless and helpful Receptionists . On the level, no stairs a big bonus for the disabled. Parking limited but usually that is available nearby. DENTISTS offer various types of treatment including NHS patients.

But from the moment I arrived, Dr Scott and Louise, the dental nurse, made me feel completely at ease. Their calm, reassuring manner and genuine kindness helped turn what I expected to be a stressful experience into something surprisingly comfortable. They’ve welcomed both myself and my family with such warmth and professionalism. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, and that personal touch makes all the difference. We feel looked after, respected, and safe in their hands — I’m so glad we found them. Chloe on reception is fantastic and so friendly, her chats helps calm me down before I go into see the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had a back tooth extracted this morning. I anticipated difficulty and pain. Wrong. The only discomfort was the numbing injection. A few minutes later the tooth was popped out with a simple click. Again, great care from this practise, wouldn't go anywhere else.

From first phone call to enquire re registration to making appointments and being seen this dental practice is truly the best I have ever been to . I am usually terrified of dentists however was put at ease by the lovely and caring receptionist Kirsty. Nothing is too much bother for her.She is polite friendly and efficient. Scott the dentist put me at ease and ensured I was informed and relaxed throughout my treatment for a crown after breaking a tooth. Scott is very gentle and very professional I didn't feel a thing! Nor did I have pain when local wore off it was completely pain free experience. The hygienist appointment was likewise. Seen by Susan who was friendly knowledgeable and explained how to keep my teeth an gums in best condition.If you are looking for an excellent professional dentist practice I would not hesitate to recommend here. She is an excellent dentist who puts me at ease from the very start. She takes the time to explain the different types of treatment available and ensures I am very involved in selecting the one which is best suited to me. The practice is well situated in the centre of Bothwell and is maintained to a very high standard. I would definitely highly recommend Lindsay and her team.

Fantastic experience: Dentistry at Bothwell Bridge is a spotlessly clean & modern surgery. Myself and both my 4 year old twins are patients here and I wouldnt take them anywhere else. Scott is a great dentist. He is very patient with the kids as are all they staff, they are all lovely and kids are not nervous at all visiting. Scott makes you feel very comfortable when going for any treatment and explains everything easily. That is my work done for another year, but would highly recommend this professional business to anyone.

Fantastic experience: It would be a strange thing to say about a dentist, but it is a pleasure to go there. I have had various procedures carried out and none have been "traumatic". My own adult daughter, who is autistic and therefore is extremely uncomfortable with new things, recently had to have her first ever filling. We had warned Scott in advance about her condition and that it might end in disaster but they BOTH came out smiling! "She was a star" apparently. When I asked her how it was she said it was "great fun"! None of this is exaggeration, but to me it shows just how caring they are. PS - none of the work Scott has done on me has failed yet, and I love my chewy sweets!

Fantastic experience: Called to join ( NHS ) and received appointment quickly - ( I have a chipped tooth ) got consultation and booked in for a weeks time - from the moment I walked in to walking out , I felt at ease , staff friendly and my now new dentist was very professional and warm and friendly - totally did not judge my less than perfect teeth .. I wish I had joined this gem of a dentist sooner ( my previous dental clinic need to learn that a broken , chipped tooth that cause pain is an emergency !!! ) but I do recommend Dentistry at Bothwell Bridge

The team are always quick to assist should a problem arise and provide loads of reminder texts for appointments which is super handy when working full time. Fantastic experience: First time at the dentist today, it gave a calming feeling in the reception area, with music playing, not like other dentists which always have the same sort of waiting area and smell. The dentist was understanding of my problems and made me feel at ease once I was in the chair. I explained my anxieties, and he was very understanding about them and never forced the issue when I couldn't take the x-ray plate in my mouth. Overall I was made to feel welcome and it eased my nerves. Would highly recommend if you are anxious about going.

Fantastic experience: I’d had the same dentist for over 30yrs. Moved practice when he retired and just never felt comfortable. Changed to Dentistry at Bothwell Bridge and it’s been the best decision. Everyone is welcoming and the kids felt really comfortable with Scott. I’ve also had treatment from Scott and found him to be friendly, patient and happy to listen and discuss what I wanted. Would 100% recommend this great practice.

Fantastic experience: For 50yrs + being with a Bothwell Dentist and all that time when suddenly your Dentist leaves and receive a letter nearly a year down the line still awaiting an appointment as many others had to find a new Dentist after all those years totally disgusting how i was treated. On that note, however, having to find a Dentist and keeping within Bothwell had my first visit to Dentistry at Bothwell, where i was met with very welcoming staff and to see the transformation of a home into a business was amazing as knew the family who lived there all those years ago. Scott the Dentist introduced himself and made me feel at ease, for what needs done he explained in very fine detail and nothing was a bother to him, I can highly recommend this business for anyone who has been in the same position i was, and that it continues to thrive for many years to come.
