Fantastic experience: Im a 63 year male who has always hated dentists but i have to say what a great calming experiance under Mr ronhith Prabhakar .I had two teeth taken out one was a wisdom tooth which put the fear of god in me when he said we can take it out .After the injection which wasnt as bad as normal he then contiuned to explain everything as he was removing the tooth next thing he said all done which shocked me as i didnt feel a thing . I can't express how good he was and putting me at ease throughout the procedure . Thank you for the first time in my life making my visit to the dentist almost enjoyable if there is such a thing .Thank you

Fantastic experience: Iv been with this practice for over 30 years,my children and i had same dentist while hubby had a different,over the years it has changed but after Vivi retiring,in came Rohith to become my new dentist. What a absolute relief he explains everything carefully making sure you understand. I had injections in different areas of my mouth. I was reassured throughout by the caring dental nurse checking in on me drying my face when needed. Rohith explained everything and answering my questions. I would not want my dentist anywhere else so thank you all in the practice for being there. Happy New year to you all

Positive experience: The dentist was very polite and thorough and the appointment was on time. However there were 5 members of staff in the reception area when I arrived, 4 of whom were standing around doing nothing. This gave a bad impression .

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Been with this place for years, last time they had an nhs dentist (2 years ago) I went in for a checkup, dentist said I needed a “small filling” on a tooth that caused me no problems. after returning 3 times to have the filling replaced due to pain they then told me the nhs dentist had left and I had to pay they’re private dentist for the next repair, they game me the choice of removal of the tooth at £250 or root canal at a tasty £1200, so I lost a tooth due to their dentist’s incompetence. Since then I have had 2 abscesses on my teeth and both times these clowns have turned me away unless I wanted to pay to go privately. I’ve now told them to take me off their NHS list since they clearly aren’t capable of finding a decent dentist. Absolutely useless

Prices are good for private with a range of payment options including 10 month interest free. Glad I chose them.

Negative experience: I was visiting this dentist for a few years, until my dentist went private and I was offered denplan to Go private. I cannot afford private care, I was never offered to be moved to an NHS dentist to continue my treatments. I haven't had a dentist now in 3 years, my last appointment when I was an NHS patient had to be rescheduled, because although I arrived 10 mins before my appointment the receptionist was talking for so long with the patient in front of me she ran over my check in time so told me I had to rebook as I was late! Even though I wasn't late. She made me late. I was a breast feeding mother at the time so made sure I left in good time to arrive for my appointment, so timing is not something I would get wrong. I've been trying to get NHS treatment now for over 3 years and unfortunately my teeth are deteriorating and the 3 fillings that were previously done by the dentist (weren't done great in the first place had to return twice while being a patient) I have finally had them removed and replaced in Turkey due to pain and problems i constantly had. Everytime I call them they try and get me to go private and then bombard me with emails telling me my appointment is overdue!

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment this week. I am terrified (extremely) of the dentist and will avoid it at all costs. I think the very fact that I was there speaks volumes about how good Ellie and Kira are at putting people at their ease and going at their pace. I sat in the waiting room getting myself into a right state, but went in and within two minutes they had me laughing. Kira made sure I was at ease and Ellie adjusted everything so that it was at my pace and that I was comfortable with it. These two women deserve the highest praise and they are beautiful human beings who are kind and patient and incredibly good at what they do. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: I went for my annual check up and found that my usual Dentist had retired so I was seen by another partner. He was really pleasant and thorough explaining any problems to be aware of, happily there were none! He carried out a couple of x rays and all was sorted for another year. After my check up I had a second appointment with Ellie the Hygienist. It is always good to see Ellie who has been looking after my treatment for several years. She is very thorough and always has good advice for keeping teeth in good shape. Any fears of dental treatment, which obviously can be unpleasant, is negated by staff at My Dentist who always put you at ease and especially Ellie, who is a bright bubbly person who makes the teeth maintenance programme a breeze and is always ready for a laugh.

Fantastic experience: Can I just say this particular practice of my dentist with Velichko Mitrev have been fabulous. He and his lovely dentist assistant (sorry I forgot your name) have taken the very best care of me. Being an extremely nervous patient they have managed to get me through two filling and are in the process of crowning a tooth. All of which has been done while I’m awake (normally I need knocking out before any treatment) and I haven’t even had to take a Valium! They are so calm and reassuring making for a very relaxed environment. Something I would never have thought I would ever say about visiting a dentist! Thank you soooo much for your care. I highly recommend them xx

Fantastic experience: I was extremely worried about this appointment as it was my first time visiting a hygienist and had been told some horror stories about how painful it is, however Ellie was fantastic, she made you feel comfortable from the start very friendly very caring and listens to what you have to say. She done an amazing service it wasn’t painful at all and I have very sensitive teeth, so Ellie used warm water not ice cold she even changed the suction pipe to a small pipe to prevent any pain. I can honestly say I have no worries returning to her and will definitely recommend anyone to go and see her for your hygienist appointments you won’t regret it!

Negative experience: I had an appalling experience with MyDentist (Pulbrook) on Tuesday, 6 May 2025. I called just after 9am to reschedule my 15:50 hygienist appointment, only to be told by the manager, Kate, that I’d have to pay a £50 cancellation fee because I didn’t give 24 hours’ notice. While I understand the need for policies, this felt completely unfair — especially as it followed a weekend and a bank holiday Monday, during which the practice was closed. I would have expected them to be more lenient, especially since this wasn’t a cancellation but a reschedule. It was impossible for me to give 24 hours’ notice because the bank holiday meant I couldn’t contact them any sooner. When I asked whether leaving a voicemail over the weekend would have made a difference, I was told no — voicemails aren’t listened to until the morning anyway. So what’s the difference between that and calling first thing Tuesday? What made this even more frustrating is that they currently don’t even have a dentist at their practice. Considering that, I would assume they are not particularly busy — yet still, no flexibility or understanding was offered. I’ve always been a respectful and reliable patient, but this experience left me feeling extremely let down. There was no empathy, just repeated references to “policy.” Very disappointed with how this was handled.

Fantastic experience: Going to a dentist is always a bit of a fear, but to be honest the dentist was a very good experience on this occasion. Friendly advice given to me by the dentist himself made for a very positive attitude to return and continue treatment with this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely over the moon with the treatment I've had, Vivi my dentist was the most amazing person and also the result at the end of my treatment was amazing, I was so nervous and every appointments was made to relaxed and comfortable. I would also like to say Ellie has been really great too once again with being patient with me and getting my cleans done for me even though I'm really nervous and Vivi and Ellie are a real great team thankyou to them both.

Fantastic experience: I had a childhood fear of the dentist because I had bad experience after bad experience. So I just didn’t go and it got worse and worse. But these guys have been so supportive and amazing. I have been multiple times and have now had my teeth fixed.

Positive experience: I attend a check up appointment. The dentist was running half an hour late which I wasn’t told about. When I eventually saw the dentist it was one that I hadn’t seen before. I asked about my previous dentist and was told that they had retired. I wasn’t told about this when I booked. My new dentist was very good though and explained things very clearly to me.

However the numerous visits to my dentist for wisdom tooth removal, root canal and extractions, have been so easy and comfortable i have lost the fear I once had. Superb. Positive experience: I think the quality of the work I had carried out is not in question as I'm really happy. However, they need to work on their appointment scheduling. I've visited 3 times in the last 6 weeks, all 3 I arrived on time and all 3 I was called in 15 - 20 minutes late, totalling 55 minutes. If I turned up 20 minutes late, I'm sure they'd be wanting to charge me. I was forced out of their NHS treatment so now pay full whack so quite expensive for a poor level of service!

However I was extremely reluctant to do so due to the sensitivity I experience. He suggested visiting Ellie at the Havant branch as they have a warm water system that I may find more comfortable. Although still extremely anxious I finally booked myself in. Ellie & her assistant (sorry I didn’t get your name) couldn’t have been more reassuring & professional. They told me I had nothing to worry about & everything would be fine. I can honestly say they were true to their words & now my teeth feel amazing. I will continue visiting now without hesitation. Very friendly, constantly checking that I was ok throughout the treatment. It was totally pain-free, and my teeth feel and look lovely. The last time I had a hygienist treatment (years ago, not with Ellie), it was pretty uncomfortable and my teeth hurt for days, absolutely not the case today. I will definitely be going back, and would definitely highly recommend Ellie to anyone.
