Fantastic experience: Always a nervous patient, however kris and laura made me so comfortable i forgot I was in the dentist. Very professional service in a relaxed environment even with Abber playing in the background. I can honestly say I have never walked out the dentist with a smile on my face before. Had an extraction and didnt feel a thing. Thankyou both fantastic experience see you in 3 weeks.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous going to see the hygienist for the first time. I have a fear of the dentist and haven't been for years Bonnie made me feel at ease instantly she was was lovely she explained everything to me before she started and I can't believe how clean my teeth are I signed up to a monthly subscription and booked my next appointment so gone from having a fear to visiting regularly. Fantastic experience: I have had toothache for the last 3 days. It has gotten so bad that I can't sleep and eating is hard as its a front tooth. I called bupa and eventhough it took a while to talk to someone I am so thankful to the staff. They had no emergency appointments available but the receptionist (claire) was so helpful. She contacted the Tredegar branch and was able to get me an appointment for today. I haven't had the appointment yet but to know i have one is such a big relief. I can not thank her enough for helping me. 5 stars for me, Merry Christmas Bupa

It’s been a journey and my dentist Luis has been a champion.. he went above an beyond to help me out, making it as easy as possible and even allowed me the privilege of customising my teeth to what I specifically desired. Additionally he helped me out with payments, allowing me to break the payments up and ease any financial burden. Can’t rate him highly enough and thank you to everyone there for whom have all been very kind and helpful.

Taking my autistic child to the dentist used to be so overwhelming, but this visit completely changed that for us. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly patient, kind, and so compassionate. The lovely dentist Pilar Garcia took extra time to make sure my child felt safe and comfortable. She explained every step in a calm, reassuring way and never rushed us for a second. Such a lovely lady. For the first time ever, my child actually felt at ease at the dentist — and even left with a big smile! It means the world to me to have found a dentist who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone amazing with kids who need extra patience and care, I can’t recommend Pilar Garcia and the fantastic staff there enough! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I've awaited years since COVID to be taken on by a Dentist, and thankfully this Dentist did. After a second treatment today with the Dentist Luis and the dental nurse Dahri, both reassured me and did a fantastic job on not just my treatment but my wellbeing. I'm disabled and need that little bit of extra help with seating etc. Both very amenable and kind

Fantastic experience: I undertook a hygiene visit today with both the lovely ladies that are Esther and Rachel. Such a pleasant experience. I was greeted warmly and treated with respect and kindness. They were calming in their approach. Every step of the process was explained and advice provided. I feared dental visits for 15 years. This was probably due to the barbaric gas used for extractions during childhood. Dentistry has evolved and doesn’t have to be a fearful experience, especially when you have two lovely ladies taking good care of you!! A huge thank you to you both, you are a credit to your employer and the dentistry profession as a whole!!!

Fantastic experience: Used the services of Bupa Dental Care Ebbw Vale 4/6/25. Firstly with Sara the dentist, who again was polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Offers excellent advice and answers any questions I have. Then secondly, with Esther + Claire the hygienist team. Brilliant service, they know I don’t like this procedure but they both make me feel relaxed, we laugh, we joke, and it makes going to the dentist a better experience. Everything is explained excellently throughout. Both are very knowledgeable and willing to offer advice and support and to answer any questions. 5* all around. Da Iawn!

Negative experience: I spent £275 2yrs ago for a filling and it fell out within a year, I thought it would last years but it didn't

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment here this afternoon and can’t recommend the practice enough. Both ladies on reception were extremely polite and very helpful with directions prior to my arrival. The hygienist Esther and Rachel were incredibly welcoming, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in their field. They both made me feel very welcome and at total ease during my appointment which I have struggled to receive at my previous dentist. The value of the clean was very reasonable also compared to what I have previously paid. Thank you so much, I have already booked in my second clean with them.

Fantastic experience: I visited the hygienist for the first time in years and I was made to feel relaxed as soon has I walked in the room. Esther the hygienist was lovely, she explained everything she was going to do because my teeth are not in the best condition. Esther made my experience so good and she gave me good advice in how to look after my teeth better. I will definitely be booking another appointment to she her. Sara and Andreas along with their nurses have always been very patient and attentive, ensuring that everything is correct before completing the treatments. I last saw Ester the hygienist and Claire the nurse. Both very friendly and professional, chatting to put me at ease before commencing treatment, explained every step as it happened, stopped when I raised my hand. Beautiful clean teeth when I left. I always have a good experience in this practice and attend regularly for all check ups and cleaning

Fantastic experience: I have to admit, I used to dread going to the dentist. For years, I avoided appointments because it felt more like a trip to a butcher’s. However, after experiencing severe discomfort last year, I finally booked an emergency appointment with Bupa Ebbw Vale. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect by the entire staff. Feeling more at ease, I decided to talk to the dentist about braces, as I had always been self-conscious about my teeth. Within just a few weeks, I had my braces fitted and attended several appointments with Andrios, Claire & Dahri. All made me feel comfortable and always went out of their way to fit me in if I was stuggling, even when fully booked it would be a sit and wait appointment but trust me if you're in pain you would happily sit and wait! I truly felt well cared for throughout the entire process. I no longer dread attending my appointments. Daniella and Cath always greet me with a warm welcome at reception, and I’ve recently had a few appointments with Luis and Dahri again. Once again, I’ve been really impressed with the treatment I’ve received and the manner in which it’s carried out. It never feels like a conveyor belt, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to go to any other dental surgery.

After having my tooth butchered at a previous dentist I was sent here for further care, where the dentist removed my tooth that was causing all the problem. The reception team are lovely and helpful.
