Fantastic experience: I just had the pleasure of having a front root canal treatment with Dominic and I am absolutely over the moon, I never had such a complex dental procedure with no pain whatsoever! Everything was fully professional, I felt like my teeth had a celebrity makeover! Thank you so much, maybe a lifetime of dreading to go to the dentist is over, being 48 years old, this was the best treatment I had in my whole life! One loyal patient who is no longer scared to have a dental procedure!

Fantastic experience: I have been using this dentist for years now and honestly cannot fault any member of the team. After multiple bad experiences with other practices in the past, it is refreshing to meet friendly, efficient and approachable staff, from reception to the end of treatment, making me feel at ease as soon as i walk in. My dentist Carolina is always both empathetic and attentive, she makes sure I am aware of any changes in my dental health and up to date on options available to me, without making me feel forced into unnecessary treatments. Overall, the whole team here make an experience that nobody enjoys, as pain free and comfortable as possible and I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: As everyone else is probably experiencing, NHS dentists are impossible to come by in Bristol at the moment, so bit the bullet and came here to get my teeth checked and a wisdom tooth pulled. Dominic (and I'm really sorry, I've forgotten your name - but the lovely curly-haired woman who supported both of my appointments) were calm, professional, and put me at ease when I was very nervous about my first ever tooth extraction. I had gel so the anesthesia wasn't painful, and anesthesia so the extraction wasn't painful. A surprisingly mundane experience. Most of all, I appreciated not being shamed for not taking the best care of my teeth over the years, which obviously puts people (like me) off visiting the dentist out of embarrassment. Dominic gave me practical advice about how to look after my teeth in the long-run, and the extraction site in the short-term, without judgement. Bonus, got to keep my wisdom tooth to go under my pillow for the tooth fairy.

Fantastic experience: One of the most caring and supportive dental practices I've been to, the reception team are really lovely with handling my anxiety so well. Carolina is patient and gentle still have more treatments to complete. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had my hygiene cleaning done this morning. This is a strong and effective team I have seen (I have been to 4 different places in the UK because of my moving). The receptionist was very helpful and strong organised. While I was waiting for my appointment, I observed her highly confident and well organised with not only coming in appointments but also phone calls. She was very initiative and friendly, contacting patients about earlier available slots. I was impressed by her work in my 5 minutes waiting time. My dentist Carolina was amazing in her work, too. She was really professional and detailed. This is my third time visit here, and she remembered that I have very sensitive teeth, being gentle and patient with my teeth. And she followed up with my last treatment, which was like 9 months ago. She gave me advice on daily dental care and mouthwash choices. I must say this branch has an awesome team!

Fantastic experience: Don’t usually write reviews but I really need to express how amazing this dental practice is! The reception girls are so lovely very welcoming and my dental nurse Carolina is the best dentist I’ve ever had! She’s is so so good at her job I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dental practice before (I have a big fear of them) I had a old black filling removed and some decay formed under removed and a new white one to replace I DIDNT FEEL A THING!!!!! Carolina you’re the best thank you. Never leave us ! ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Had a filling fall out overnight. Spent an hour and a half calling up all dental clinics in Bristol the next morning. Found this 'mydentist' clinic to be the only humane one. Max the receptionist was incredible in sorting me out quickly, affordable and most importantly, without trying to rip me off like all the other clinics. She offered me the option for a 'refill', since that was all I needed. I did not need a separate consultation just to be assisted in figuring out what there is to be done in my mouth. I already know that. This was the first time I was going to the dentist in the UK and everyone wanted to charge me 90-125 pounds just for the consultation, and on top of that, 140-290 pounds for a filling, depending on how big the dentist would decide it is. I could have been set back more than 400 pounds just to get a filling put back in my tooth. Ended up paying 160 pounds only for a permanent filling, and Mr Dominic Parish the dentist did an amazing job also.

Fantastic experience: Our doctor Yasmin and her assistant Kate was so lovely and helpful when I had my check up appointment as I had to take my 2.5 years old boy with me. After when I finish my son had a first check up which went really well. Yasmin was very friendly and she know how to talk to kids. My son lay down on the chair by himself and let the doctor to check his teeth I was so stressed if he will open his mouth but he did. Also, my partner was very thankful after he visited. Definitely recommend this place everybody they are friendly and I never had an issue found appointment when we need.

Fantastic experience: I always avoided dentists out of fear but have recently been going to Max Pasch -Jones and he has been brilliant. My dental anxiety is much better and Max takes extra care to make sure I'm not in pain.

Fantastic experience: I had bad experiences with previous dentists and because of it I really struggle whenever I go to the dentist and I'm incredibly nervous about it, but I'm very happy with them. My dentist Max Pasch-Jones is great: really good at calming you down and explaining everything that is going to happen and walking you through every procedure, he's very delicate and reassuring, and it made going to the dentist a lot easier for me. I have stopped leaving a dentist appointment shaking because of the stress of it! And the procedures have been quite painless (I barely feel it when he numbs my gums). The receptionists are very nice and you get a lot of reminders of your appointment which makes it easier.

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist if you can! The only thing they know how to do here is asking for money. The filling I did in London lasted for years but when I moved to Bristol I found this surgery close to my house, did refilling with them but only lasted for 2months. Giving them another benefit of doubt, I decided to visit them again after 2 year. I was asked to pay £25 which I did pay. When I was called in the dentist asked why I came and I told her. As she proceeded to check, almost injured my tongue with their equipment and in less than 5mins I was told everything was fine. Even when I asked for a refill for one the teeth she said it’s not obvious or I should book another appointment to pay £75 so I left. On getting home I received a call from the receptionist asking for refilling payment, the refill I didn’t do? I was surprised and asked her to go back and double check to confirm because I didn’t do anything filling. A few minutes later she called back to apologise. From the dentist to the staff are all unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Mydentist on Filton Avenue upon a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. Dr. Carolina Peneque and her assistant were amazing – both skilled and incredibly friendly, with a calming presence that made my visit comfortable and stress-free, which is quite a feat for a dentist's office! I'm a tall guy, but I usually feel very tiny when sitting in the dentist's chair... :D The team at the front desk also deserves a shout-out. They were accommodating, helpful, and very cheerful, which added to the overall pleasant experience. I’m happy to extend the recommendation that was given to me. If you're looking for dental care that comes with a great experience, I highly recommend the staff at Filton Avenue.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice! After having pain for 7 years after a badly done filing they were able to now help me live pain free and it has really changed my life. They actually cared enough to do something about it for which I am so grateful. My dentist is wonderful and very reassuring as I'm quite a nervous patient. The dental nurse is also really skilled and in time with the patient. The practice is always clean and tidy and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this practice. Very happy here and glad to have found it.

Fantastic experience: I recently received treatment from Max who is a new dentist at the practice. I had a filling which I was quite nervous about but Max made me feel much better. I had the numbing injection but I didn’t even feel it when administering it. I’ve not had any trouble with this tooth since. Would recommend him in future.
