Fantastic experience: Amazing Dentist After having a bad experience with my previous dentist I decided to give this dentist a try as it was the nearest to me. From the first appointment I felt so welcomed by the receptionists, managers, including the dental nurses. Dr Andreea Vedinas was so friendly and attentive to all of my needs as she gave me an insight on what she'll do to restore most of my teeth which looked very bad in the photos taken. Dr Andreea and her colleague done a fantastic job on restoring my teeth from each appointment I had with them and I've never been more happy with the results once all of them were done. Costly but worth the price as the team at this dentist practice do a proper job. Fantastic experience: Căutând sa gasesc o clinică pentru a-mi rezolva câteva probleme cu dantura am gasit această clinica in Birmingham. Am facut o programare la D-na Dr. Alexandra si am fost foarte plăcut surprins de tot ceea ce am găsit la clinica cat si de profesionalismul intregii echipe. Echipa din front si back office este foarte bună. Ieri l-am întâlnit si pe D-nul Dr Mihnea care m-a surprins de asemenea foarte placut. Grija pentru binele pacientului m-a lasat fara cuvinte. Abia aștept sa il întâlnesc si pe D-nul Dr Alexander săptămâna viitoare. Voi reveni cu părerea mea despre fiecare experiență avută la clinică. Cred ca ar mai trebui cateva îmbunătățiri la capitolul detalii cu privire la planul de tratament, fiecare lucrare care se executa cat si despre eventualele costuri suplimentare care pot apărea. Comunicarea este bună dar se poate si mai bine. Cat despre prețuri, pot compara cu prețurile din România și consider ca raportul pret calitate per ansamblu este bun. Va mulțumesc frumos pentru tot! Fantastic experience: I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of a terrible toothache. First thing in the morning, I called the clinic and to my surprise, they gave me an appointment within the hour.By the time I arrived, I was in pain, tired, and honestly a little nervous. But the team was so kind and understanding, and dr Andreea( thank you so much!) took amazing care of me. She explained everything gently and handled the whole procedure with so much calm and compassion.By 5 PM, I was back home, pain-free, watching comedy movies with my hubby like nothing had happened. It felt like a miracle after such a rough night.I’m truly grateful. If you’re in pain or just nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to go.

Negative experience: I chipped my tooth in April and had multiple appointments with Dr. Andrea at this clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. In the second appointment where filling was placed, the dental nurse mimicked me while I spoke with tools in my mouth, and Dr. Andrea accused me of editing a selfie just because I wore coloured contacts and makeup — which was hurtful and unprofessional. I was also never asked for consent before photos were taken. When Dr. Andrea elongated my tooth with filling initially, she told me it couldn't be refined further, but a second opinion from another clinic proved otherwise. Communication was poor; on my last visit, she removed length from my tooth without explaining this would change the mamelons. While the initial refinement had created pleasing mamelons, these now look uneven and feel sharp. I left several appointments feeling distressed and anxious, which affected my wellbeing and exam preparation. The last appointment prompted me to arrange for therapy and seek corrections elsewhere. The only positive was that the staff set me up to meet another dentist at the clinic (Dr. Alexandra) who took time to explain what was done and she was more understanding/helpful which I appreciated. I hope the practice improves communication and professionalism because patients deserve to be treated with respect and honesty. Update: I journaled my experiences immediately after each appointment, so the details in my review are accurate and not based on faulty memory. I was asked to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a discount, which I did at the time. However, due to an overall unsatisfactory experience, I later removed it — which is entirely within my rights. The clinic’s claim that they tried to contact me to discuss my concerns is misleading. I only received appointment reminders, time changes, and one call offering a consultation with Dr. Alexandra. At no point after my distressing appointments did anyone reach out to directly acknowledge or discuss what had happened. Only 2 of my 5 appointments were for refinements. The other 3 were a consultation, the initial filling placement, and a visit with Dr. Alexandra who explained what was done due to poor communication from Dr. Andrea, she also discussed potential room for improvement due to pain. My expectations during the refinements were consistent—I simply wanted clear communication and respectful care. The ongoing pain, gum/facial swelling for 2 months and distress I experienced were real and affected my wellbeing. This is the last thing I will say. If there are any further attempts to misrepresent/twist my experience, I may contact the General Dental Council to file a complaint.

It’s also worth noting that following your initial visit with us, you left a 5-star review, something we appreciated and took as a sign that your care had started positively. We were naturally disappointed to see that this review was later deleted, and we regret that your experience changed.
With regard to your treatment, we are sorry that the changes made to your tooth’s shape weren’t clearly explained and that this contributed to your dissatisfaction. We’re grateful that Dr. Alexandra was able to provide more clarity and support, and we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to her.
Throughout your care, we did our best to respond promptly to your concerns, offering appointments each time you reached out, and attempting to follow up by phone to discuss your experience directly. SameDay Dentis ltd is registered by CQC (care quality commission in England).Clinic is more clean then Buckingham palace, service is consistently very good.Front desk: young lady's receptionist was very nice and showing good manners.And happen: I was call by the DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) Andreea Vedinas and DA (Dental Nurse Assistant) Andreea Igna.I was well look after the staff who took care of me over my treatments, usually dentists can be unnerving and distressing but here I was comfortable. Fantastic experience: I am writing this on behalf of my uncle Mr Zulfqar Ilahi who is a patient at your dental practice. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and for treating Mr Ilahi with great respect and dignity through out his time with you. My uncle has suffered from serious periodontal disease for twenty years. It was wonderful for him to be listened to by your dentists without being judged. Most British dentists he has been to always presume he has poor oral hygiene, and never gave him the right course of treatment or advise. Thank you for recognising periodontal disease as a serious genetic condition that has nothing to do with good or bad oral hygiene. I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone. We are so lucky to finally have a first class dental practice in our neighbourhood.

Negative experience: I went in to ask what kind of services they offer and the pricings, the girl in the reception doesn’t even give you the time of the day, the whole time she’s looking down on her laptop and on the phone, which she wasn’t doing before until I came in through the door. I asked for a leaflet so I can have a look myself, since she not doing what a receptionist should be doing. Since this place has opened near my house I thought why not give it a try as it’s so local, I will not be coming in, there is not a welcoming atmosphere and their customer service is the worst I have seen. I knew it was too good to be true seeing all the 5 stars, it’s probably just fake. Do better !
We strive to provide the best service to our patients and our staff are trained to maintain a welcoming atmosphere. I invite everyone to come to our practice and see for themselves that this review is fake. The details in this review prove this is fake. We always give our full attention when interacting with a patient. If you have been to our practice you would have known that we don't have laptops at the reception desk, we have computer monitors that combined with the height of the reception desk, come very close to the eye level of the patient. We only had satisfied patients and we had no complains about our reception or customer service. If we will receive genuine negative reviews in the future, we consider them constructive reviews that will help us improve even further. Our receptionist only looks to the monitor of the computer when speaking with a patient when she needs to look up some information that will help her answer any questions from the patient.
Fantastic experience: I would say this dental practice is the best around and it still would not come close enough to describe the quality they provide. Very welcoming staff, quick and easy to book, with a professional attitude and the doctors are invested in the work they do, being completely transparent and honest about existing issues, as well as following procedure step by step. Only just had to sort out 3 cavities and only could book late în the evening. I expected the procedure to last a few hours, which it did, so much so that it went past the open hours, but could not help notice how professional the staff remained given the circumstances. On top of the services provided, the doctors have a good sense of humour too, which makes the experience even better. I am glad to have found them, would not change them for anybody else.

Every time I needed help with some dental issues, and unfortunately I had a lot of dental problems, they were able to give me a slot promptly.
