Negative experience: Extremely expensive. Hygienist appointment was double the price for what I booked elsewhere. Also sooner.

From the staff on reception, who are really helpful to the excellent dental care I recieve from Louise Long - friendly & professional. I've recently undergone orthodontal treatment and the transformation is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist. I really truly can’t explain how anxious I feel about it and the fact that I come out of visits here feeling comfortable and happy is a testament to how good these guys are. I’ve previously only needed them for routine appointments and found them great and prices fair but recently needed emergency appointments and really found every member of the team lovely, efficient and very good at their job. I have had Martin for appointments previously and thought he was just wonderful and specifically booked with him because I felt completely confident in his advice and skill and I thought I had somehow fluked it into finding such a brilliant dentist that I needed to only go to him. But then today I had an appointment with Ali who was also wonderful and I’m realising that it’s actually just the whole team that are brilliant. Don’t get me wrong, I still very much dislike going to the dentist but that’s a me problem and at least now when I go I feel like I’m in great hands and that I can completely trust the advice I’m given which I really really valuable. I’m done gushing about them now but honestly can’t recommend them all enough!

Negative experience: i came in for emergency treatment i was in agony. The dentist was insulting and short tempered with me. She asked me if i had ever had a dentist before in a condescending tone to really get her point across. I found this insulting. She was critical towards me for not being "relaxed" for her xray and when she didnt have the equipment to take a proper xray, it became my fault. i reiterate that i was in agony with several broken teeth i challenge anyone to be relaxed through that. I wouldnt have minded paying £100 pound for a 15minute appointment to put a dot of temporary filler for my teeth if she had been a nicer person. Unfortunately this is my nearest dentist but due to my experience i will have to travel further to find a different dentist who can treat me without insulting me or losing their temper

Fantastic experience: Had horrendous pain on Sunday due to a infection. I managed to get an appointment with Dr Martin Adeda. It was just a checkup appointment, but when Dr Adeda realised I was in serious pain and was in need of a urgent root canal. He immediately put back other appointments to make sure that all the infection had gone and the pain was relieved. Before I left the practice. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Martin Adeda. Not only is he a expert dentist, but a true professional who takes care of his patients. All the staff at this practice are all friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I never thought I'd say I enjoyed visiting the dentist but Dr Ahmad, Nicole, and the team are so lovely it's always a positive experience. I originally saw Dr Ahmad for invisalign treatment and he was fantastic, he listened so carefully to what I wanted and the results are so much better than I could ever have imagined. I can't bear the thought of going back to my old dentist after experiencing how great Bristol Dental Suite is, so I will continue to see the team for general dentistry going forwards. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: After having revieved awful treatment from my previous NHS dentist, I decided to go private and I am so glad I did! Dr Ahmad is exceptional. I have been being treated by Ahmad now for over a year and I cannot thank him enough. Everyone here is super friendly and the whole team are lovely. Fantastic experience: Have had pain for a week but today was unbearable. I spoke to these guys at 11.20 and had an emergency appointment for 12. Lovely environment, put immediately at ease and talked through what the problem was and the available options. Offending tooth extracted and on my way home by 1pm. I couldn't be happier with the service received or recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Nounu and the rest of the team, who provided straightening, whitening, and bonding for me over the past year. Everyone was pleasant and attentive, explaining the process and answering my (many) questions. I am extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Abi Davies and all the team for their care and attention since I first stepped over the threshold having left it 40 YEARS to see a dentist. Fantastic experience: After not going to the dentist for a long time i was absolutely petrified, everyone is so warm, welcoming and friendly it puts you at ease. I will be recommending this place to all my friends 10/10 couldn't be happier

Negative experience: I was from Hong Kong and have to find a orthodontist to keep up my appointment of my braces, and I asked specifically to book a orthodontist and paid 35 pound deposit, and when I arrive they said there are no orthodontist there and I can't take my deposit back cause I 'wasted' their precious time. Some how I find this place because my friends cousin is meeting an orthodontist here, that means they have a orthodontist and scam me for the deposit.

Negative experience: Very expensive. The dentist didn't listen to what I was saying. Was told they were good, but I didn't find that when I went. £30 charge for cancelling. All I wanted was to know if they could help. I didn't need a xray, no choice, I didn't want to see the hygienist, no choice. So a bare minimum of just to find out if they can help is costing around £135, no choice that's what you got to pay. Update.. they called the next day and offered money to take down the review. Some might say it was a bribe.

Fantastic experience: Amazing treatment and care from Dr Ahmed throughout my Invisalign treatment. My concerns were always taken into account and resolved with ease, I've now got the smile I've always wanted. I will be continuing with Bristol Dental Suite for my regular dental check ups from now on.

Negative experience: VERY POOR TREATMENT AND GAVE ME THE IMPRESSION THEY WERE TRYING TO GET AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN FROM ME I have visited the clinic to book an appointment to replace a filling the had come off after bitting a piece of bone. This filling had been done in approximately two months ago during an approximately 1h session at a different clinic. During the visit I explained that I wish to replace a large filling and was given prices for the different options. Fillings: small, med and Large at £185. I was told the dentist should be able to resolve this in an hours appointment at £100. On the day the dentist delayed to see me for 15-20 mins and then they spend 15mins to say I need to come again for another £100 appointment to get either a large filling or talk about a crown! And now the costs were £250 for the filling and £500 for a crown! To cut a long story short I complained as I consider this at best poor practice and waited a response from management. At the end and after approximately two weeks of emails nothing happened. The Manager didn’t resolve this (at least I got half my money back a refund) and at the mean time I booked an appointment with another dentist who completed the filling in an hour for just £60!!!Based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

It was simple, effective and I’m delighted with my new smile. You need to come here if you're looking for a highly professional yet relaxed experience. Also, it’s inside Sainsbury’s so you can grab an ice lolly after appointments!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic! My 20 year old caps needed replacing on my front teeth. Dr Ali took the time to talk through the options with me, including being transparent on pricing, enabling me to make the right decision. The new veneers were made and fitted with pure expertise. At all times I was made to feel at ease and comfortable (even during a 3 hour session in the chair!), and Dr Ali always listened carefully to my thoughts and concerns. My veneers are incredibly natural-looking and match so well to my other teeth. The dental nurse and reception staff were also really friendly, reassuring and helpful. I'm totally delighted with the result and highly recommend The Bristol Dental Suite.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise this surgery enough. I turned up on a Saturday afternoon in floods of tears. My denture had completely snapped in half and I was 3 weeks away from my 60th Birthday Party. They couldn't have done enough for me. From Beatrice the lovely receptionist to Dr Ali and Dr Northover, to the dental nurses. They all treated me like I was the most important person in the world and went out of their way to fit me in and make sure I had a new denture for my party. I have had a phobia about dentists since a bad experience when I was a child, hence I have the denture. Now I can't wait to return and finally have my teeth sorted out. Fantastic experience: I enquired with Bristol Dental Suite recently about having Invisalign and they could not have been any more helpful. Although I made the choice not to continue with Invisalign, the members of staff were really friendly and answered all the questions I had, especially Jenni who was amazing from the start. All members of staff I came into contact with during my experience made me feel comfortable when going in and had good procedures in place to assure the safety of patients, in particular the practices they have in place to mitigate the risks of covid-19.

Fantastic experience: I came for a consultation with Doctor Ahmad back in October last year and he really understood what I wanted to achieve.. After my Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding my teeth are now finished and I’m in love with them! Worth every penny! All the staff in there are so friendly and really made my experience easy and enjoyable.

Negative experience: Unsympathetic,defensive and like to make sure they have funds up front. "well you'll have to pay £45 to be seen" . I called and spoke to the Receptionist as I was having dreadful toothache after having been to the Hygienist there . The Receptionist immediately went on the defensive, first saying that it is possible to get mild pain after and I should have been told that it might happen(not so) then went on a rant about how it might be something underlying and on and on she went. Bear in mind I told her I was in considerable pain and she finally told me that I could have an appointment but I would need to pay £45 before they would see me. Then when I was trying to speak she cut me off. I called back and on she went. I was at last able to tell her to cancel all future appointments and that I would look elsewhere and to please refund my deposit which they already had. Everyone seems to be blaming Covid for everything but it cannot be blamed for abruptness tantamount to rudeness, lack of empathy , when someone is in pain and not listening. I have given this two because the Dentist I saw previously and the Hygienist were Kind and Polite. What a horrible experience

Fantastic experience: I used Bristol Dental Suite for an emergency Saturday appointment when a molar of mine began misbehaving in an excruciating way! The whole system and team are flawless and I felt extremely looked after from my initial phone call to treatment. I found them with a simple Google search and I'm glad I did. Jenni, on reception, was amazing at handling my query/needs, and Dr Ahmad Nounu and his wonderful dental assistant sorted me out with effective treatment within minutes. What's more is my daughter (2 year old) had to come along and they were excellent with her. Thank you so much Jenni for being an absolute delight with my daughter and for the team for making her feel comfortable and safe whilst I had my treatment. Highly recommended practice for adults and children alike. After my treatment, I became a patient within the practice. Excellent value for money in my opinion. :) Thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I feel extremely lucky to have found this place in Bristol. It's literally amazing! Everyone went out of their way to make sure I have the best experience! Every single member of staff is lovely, but I do need to mention Jenna (she's amazing and a real credit to the clinic, made me feel so comfortable during my first hygienist appointment, made sure I got a check-up booked with the dentist to sort some other problems that I got, I couldn't be more grateful to her for all her help), Becky (she's now my dentist, she is so lovely and a real credit to the clinic as well! recently did a filling for me and it was such a nice experience, I look forward to see her again very soon), Lory, Daisy and Sarah on reception are also lovely and very helpful, it's always nice chatting to them! I would definitely recommend this dental clinic, staff are amazing, the way they work is great and PAINLESS. If you feel anxious about going to the dentist this is literally the best place you can go!

Fantastic experience: I chipped my tooth while away from home (not Bristol based) and needed an emergency appointment on Saturday. It is great that the surgery is open on Saturdays and from early morning. It is easy to contact them (WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media), although they don't pick up the messages outside of opening hours, it is reassuring that at least you can contact them. Made an appointment by calling them first thing in the morning. Emergency appointment (for new patients) cost £100, but it was worth it! Got it fixed on the day by doctor Ali, who was super friendly and helpful. Explained very carefully everything that he was doing and why. Overall very positive experience (never thought I'll say that about a visit to a dentist). Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Bristol Dental Suite for almost a year now and I can confidently say that they are the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I have regular appointments with Dr Ali as he is helping me get a referral for jaw surgery which he always calls to keep me updated on. I also had a filing appointment with him where he was so kind and understanding because I am terrified of going to the dentist. He explained everything as they went along and helped me with breathing exercises so that I didn’t have a panic attack. They were so kind and I couldn’t be more grateful! Also yesterday I had a hygienist appointment with Gemma and her assistant (who I can’t remember the name of but she was lovely!). Again I’m really scared of the dentist but they gave me regular breaks, asked me about my plans and tattoos to keep my mind busy and explained everything they were doing as they went along. At the end they also gave me some great advice - very lovely people! The receptions Jenni is also so lovely and welcoming! I can’t be more thankful of the team here and they deserve every good review they get!

Fantastic experience: I get really nervous about going to the dentist and have just moved to Bristol so hadn’t registered at one yet. I managed to get an emergency appointment at Bristol Dental Suite when my crown broke off and I’m so glad I did. I had to have the tooth extracted and although it’s a horrid process, Dr Ali made it so much calmer and talked me through it all, with humour and a really gentle approach to what is not a particularly fun experience. A massive thank you to the whole team including Dr Ahmad for fitting me in initially and for Natalie for being so lovely and getting my second appointment sorted when I was stressing and in pain. If anyone is looking to register for a dentist I highly recommend this dental practice. I really feel I’m in good hands and being looked after.

Fantastic experience: After a childhood trauma smashing up my teeth pretty badly, I have been a nightmare whenever having anything done. Even a scale and polish has me jumping out of my skin. BUT NOT ANYMORE!!!!! GEMMA IS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! Totally calming and so gentle. Managed to patiently remove all of my staining by hand and did the best job I’ve had in a long time. AND come up with a plan of how to help me next time, something that has never been suggested to me before. What a legend!!!! I left with perfectly clean teeth and this time, didn’t walk out feeling like a lunatic.... Bonus!!!! Thank you Gemma!!!! Would highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Receptionist who works answering calls at this “emergency dentist” had a disgusting attitude towards me as a client in serve pain and in need of private dental work done, I never write reviews but had to on this occasion had to warn others, they say they do emergency’s but try to fob you off until next week, then put the phone on you wow. I hope the manager reads this and speaks to them on how to talk to people!

Fantastic experience: Really, really good with nervous patients. I am pants wettingly terrified of the dentist - ever since a bad experience as a child. Not this dentist, though! My brain gets tricked into thinking we're just going to the supermarket, so doesn't start to panic. I've had several panic attacks while in the dentist chair and each time they've patiently held my hand and let it happen. They then figure out what triggered it and change the way we do things next time. X-ray frame uncomfortable? Let me put it in myself - they'll just check the position. Those things to make molds of your teeth? Take a couple home to get used to how they feel. Compared to other dentists, that tried to get around the issue with sedation and general anesthetics, it's really great. I'm really not an easy patient as I also dislocated my jaw as a child so struggle to keep it open. I am always in control of stopping, taking a break and continuing as I feel I can. I now chat to my dentist about what we've been watching on Netflix, compare notes on Christmas Dinner and even get asked how my birthday was. The receptionist is one of the nicest people I've been lucky enough to meet. It really makes a huge difference to how I'm able to look after my dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: I've had plenty of bad experiences with dentists in the past which massively put me off going. Even when one of my teeth completely cracked in half, my fear of the dentist kept me going to see one until the pain was so bad I couldn't eat or sleep. Even despite the unbearable pain, it was almost impossible to get an NHS dentist to see me, even through 111, and even when I got through to someone, they only wanted photos so they could give me antibiotics. The Centre for Dentistry have given me no problems whatsoever. When I first called them - when the pain was bad but before it became unbearable - they saw me the same day with no hassle, in a completely safe and sterile environment. When the pain got worse, they moved my next appointment forward, removed the tooth and gave me a filling in another one that had also been giving me grief. It had been so long since I'd been eating without pain I hadn't even noticed how bad it had gotten. Neither procedure had the slightest bit of pain. I've since happily signed on to their dental plan and look forward to using them regularly. Of course going private's more expensive, but I couldn't put a price on the relief they gave me when the NHS wouldn't give me the time of day. CFD didn't just get me over my pain, they got me over my fear of dentists.

They were always happy to answer any of my questions and I always got a response very quickly even if it was out of hours! Ali made sure my treatment went as smoothly as possible and I was very impressed with how quickly and pain free the whole experience was. But... everyone made me feel at such ease & made the whole experience pleasant. Also as myself & my husband dont live near the dental suite, when we make appointments they have too be on the same day, I totally understand that is going too be tricky but.... Sarah went above & beyond too accommodate us & making sure were fitted in together. I really appreciate that, thank you again. Everyone is just super friendly! Fantastic experience: Went in for an urgent dental need for my 8 year old son and the doctor saw him immediately. Got the required medical care and more importantly the staffs were fabulous alongside the doctors. This was an opportunity to realise how much of a help and conform can be done by the receptionist to the patient and agonising relatives. Thank you doctors and and thank you Sarah. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Like most people I am an anxious patient who has massively neglected her teeth! I reluctantly made an appointment and was seen by Rebecca who make me feel at ease. I didn’t feel rushed like you tend to feel in most dentists. I was made aware of the treatment I needed and how much it would cost and went through the most effective treatment plan! Sarah was lovely and welcoming (which is rare in dentists) this definitely made my trip easier to cope with. Thanks a bunch for coping with me being a big baby!!

Fantastic experience: The experience at the practice is second too none, it's like meeting an old friend. Your always greeted with a smile and that immediately puts you at ease. You never feel rushed and known that you are in the hands of experts who really care about you and giving you the care that you need.

Fantastic experience: Firstly the staff are very welcoming and friendly especially the front of house, Sarah who was on the desk when I visited was very polite and kept me chatting until the dentist was ready to see me. The location of the dentist is very convenient, being able to use Sainsburys main car park is a massive plus as a lot of Dental practices have little to no parking available. Being a private dentist it is more expensive but for me the experience is well worth the extra money. They listen to your needs and advice what’s best with multiple options.

Fantastic experience: After having a bad experience with a dentist I was registered with I came to Bristol Dental suite, for emergency treatment on a Saturday. I was told to come straight down and I was seen immediately. I was diagnosed with Dry socket, and the dentist that day Ali was so amazing, not only did he fix the problem to the best of his ability, he was very friendly and kind. He made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I would recommend this surgery to anyone. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic experience: Definitely a good dentist from the moment I walked in they were really friendly so much so I've now signed up to this dentist they put you at ease and talk you through the treatment had a root canal and didn't feel a thing thanks to the numming gel recovery was less painful ..

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been registered at this practice for over 5 years but it has recently changed over and we have noticed such a difference! It was always a lovely practice anyway but today on our visit it was so lovely to have a fantastic dentist - Ali, he was so patience and the examination was the most detailed and explained that we felt really confident about our dental plan going forward! The receptionist and dental nurse are such lovely friendly people too. It really is a great practice to be registered with and your in the best hands.

Fantastic experience: I arrived for my second appointment today 30/11/2020 to see the hygienist Becky. I was greeted by Natalie a very competent professional who then took my temperature and went through some questions with me for covid reasons. Becky then appeared and remembered my name from the first appointment which was nice, and said she'd be with me shortly. I was in the chair after they'd cleaned and made safe the room from thier previous patient. I have seen many Dentist's /Hygienists over the years so Kind of know what to expect, but Becky is the ultimate professional in her job. She talks you through every procedure with complete clarity and confidence which then gives you confidence in her, I had this already from my first appointment. Her assistant nurse Liness is also very professional and presise with her work, they both work well together. My appointment went fantastically well which was no surprise! And I can honestly say Becky is probably the best, most professional Dentist /Hygienist I have seen. I went back to Natalie with Becky to arrange my next appointment. Natalie is a very chatty person who will talk to you on a personal level which is very rare these days especially at a Dentists surgery! So all in all a fantastic experience which reminded me of years ago when we all used to communicate before the days of unsocial media. So if you need to find a Dentist I would not hesitate to recommend Bristol Dental Suite. Thank you very much and see you next time!

Fantastic experience: I visited Bristol Dental Suite, i saw Dr Ali Yousuf. The practice was enforcing Covid19 safety rules, it made me feel very safe and secured. The staff were very professional from the charming receptionist to the nurse. Dr Yousuf was very thorough and communicated clearly each stage of the treatment. Fantastic experience: Wasn’t registered with a dentist when I had a dental emergency. It was a nightmare with COVID to get an appointment anywhere but was seen quickly at the Bristol dental suite. They handled my emergency quickly and were very friendly and welcoming. I have then subsequently had a general appointment and a hygienist appointment. All were very quick and thorough and all of the staff are really lovely. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: It was my first appointment at the practice yesterday and overall it was a brilliant experience. The staff gave a very warm welcome, were very friendly and everyone had a smile on their face. They were very organised and everything was made clear to the incoming patient. Ali has been my dentist for almost a year now and he is so brilliant and is always so kind and caring that I definitely recommend him and this practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Bristol Dental Suite as soon as lockdown was lifted and I can't praise them enough for their compassion when i had been in dental pain during the lockdown period. The swift treatment I received started with an excellent receptionist who was both welcoming and explained everything; with impeccable procedures in place to make it Covid-19 secure. The treatment was excellent and a wonderful dental team, that felt like a family run dental practice. Thank you, and I will be returning.

Negative experience: Went there today Saturday as I got a toothache and couldn't find anywhere else open. Rang them and left a message around 4.45 ish and decided to go there in person as I am in a bit of pain. Web site and sign on door says open until 18.00 on a Saturday but they were closed at least I know why they didn't answer phone bearing in mind it's only 17.00 now, I asked a sainsbury worker about the dentist only to be told they do just shut up shop when they like. I also phoned the out of hours number on window of dentist only to hear a automated message saying that it was the head office phone and they were closed until Monday so now I will be taking my money else where as this company can't be bothered to abide by there own opening hours.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! We are more than pleased. Our son sufferes from SPD, he is 12 y.o. We struggled for the last 6 years to get him only for a simple check up and we never got further than the front door. We thought to give it a try to this practice. We were received by very friendly and kind staff. A.J., the dentist, has a a very gentle and calm demeanor; he engaged with our son and made all the process stress free! We are soo delighted with the service as our son left the clinic on a very positive note.
