Fantastic experience: I had a filling done at another NHS practice a year ago, and this year a small part of it came off. I was lucky to find Melissa, who kindly fixed it for me. Not only was her repair professional and neat, but she also took the time to explain why it had come off and pointed out the underlying cause — so we could avoid the same problem from happening again. I’d happily recommend Melissa because many dentists can do a repair, but not everyone will communicate so clearly or take the time to analyse the cause with you. A good dentist treats the tooth; an excellent one understands the patient first, explains the problem, and discusses the best long-term solution together.

I was dealing with a dental issue and needed an appointment urgently. I was initially booked for 4:30 pm, but when I requested an earlier slot the next day, the team kindly rescheduled me to 2:00 pm without any hesitation — which I truly appreciated. I met Dr.Sreenesh Kandian, Consultant Dentist, who clearly explained my entire issue and the best possible treatment options. What really stood out to me was his understanding, professionalism, and honesty. He took into account my personal and financial situation, gave me valuable advice, and let me make an informed decision about my treatment. He also prescribed medication to manage my condition and reassured me that I could return anytime in case of an emergency.This genuine care shows that Dr.Kandian is truly dedicated to his patients’ well-being rather than just providing a service, which is rare to find these days. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sreenesh is a very honest dentist! I thought that I would never find an honest decent dentist in the UK. Another dentist that I saw prior told me that I needed a root canal. I saw Dr. Sreenesh for a second opinion and he assured me that it was only a cavity that was needed. The other two dentists that I saw wanted to pressure me into a root canal which would have cost upwards of £800-£1500. The dental plan he put me on is also very affordable. Best dentist I have seen in Sutton/London.

I had an emergency and Melisa has been extremely helpful, understanding and advised me what to do with the broken tooth whilst I was pregnant. I was welcomed to come back atnany time with any concerns and she is really good dantist too. I went to this clinic, because of the good reviews, and now I know why they have good reviews. She prescribed cleaning for my teeth but I doubted whether it would make me better but Dr Melissa was confident about her diagnose. Negative experience: The Indian woman who do teeth cleaning, do a very rough job, very fast cleaning and will activate the tooth pain on multiple teeth. Not recommended

I've spoken with the hygienist who performed your cleaning. She mentioned that you have gum disease, which can make a cleaning sensitive due to receding gums. She also noted that she advised you to see a dentist. We don't have a record of an appointment being booked for a dental exam, so I would highly recommend that you see a dentist to have your gum disease checked and to discuss how you can improve your gum health.

Fantastic experience: I had unbearable toothache from an infection and a filling pressing on the nerve. My usual dentist couldn’t do an extraction until Monday. I called yesterday and was given an appointment this morning. They were sympathetic and understanding of my anxiety especially needle phobia. Due to some infection we were unable to completely numb the area but my dentist was so professional, reassuring and effective the (insert swear word) tooth was out and I will sleep for the first time in days tonight Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Just came back from hygienist appointment today with Yuga (apologies if got the name wrong), and have to say she was excellent. Very friendly, gentle and prioritised my comfort to ensure that session goes well. Will admit, never had professional cleaning before so I had a double session booked for deep clean, I was feeling nervous, but after 5 minutes I felt absolutely fine and I knew I'm in the good hands. Definitely would recommend. Lady at the reception was very friendly and polite as well, so overall I had an amazing experience visiting them.

Fantastic experience: I had really bad tooth pain that even painkillers couldn’t help, so I booked an emergency appointment. Melissa was super kind and listened carefully to my symptoms, and her quick and accurate treatment took the pain away. Fantastic experience: I visited the surgery a few weeks ago and was seen by Melissa Lemos. I knew straight away I was in safe hands. We spoke through the procedure I needed to give me back my smile again. Within a couple of weeks I was back in her dentist chair having the work done. I was amazed at the finished product and without any discomfort. She then went on to advise me how to look after my new composite bonded front teeth and also suggested I came back after one week to review my teeth and the after effects once everything had settled down. I came back this morning and we chatted and I told her how proud I felt that I could finally pose for photographs with a beaming smile on my face. I highly recommend Melissa if you are having similar problems as I did and didn’t do anything about it. She is a professional in every sense of the word. Thanks Melissa.

Fantastic experience: It all started with the tooth pain and I was looking for emergency appointments and I'm so happy I chose Mulgrave dental centre. After having few x-rays and initial examination, I was suggested for the root canal treatment. Dr. Sreenesh Kandian was very friendly and welcoming. He is not only highly skilled at the treatment but also took time to explain me the procedure in detail. The treatment was comfortable, smooth and pain free. After the root canal treatment, Dr Kandian also did the crown implant which was again a positive experience and trouble free. I was never kept waiting for appointments. I highly recommend him.
