Fantastic experience: I joined this dental practice as an extremely nervous patient that needed lots of dental work. I’ve visited 3 times now and every time has been nothing short of exceptional. They have been so reassuring and supportive and have completely transformed my teeth already and made such a difference to my life. The last time was with two students..Ramisa & Claudia tutored by Alaa Alsaeed and I could not be happier. The work that they’ve done is absolutely outstanding. They saved two teeth that others said they couldn’t save. The reception staff and nurses are all absolutely lovely and super helpful.I could not praise this practice highly enough. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I normally hate getting the numbing injections when I get fillings, but the dentist I saw was excellent! I didn’t even feel them going in! They explained every step clearly. The prices are really good, and the receptionists are all friendly! 1000% recommend to anyone who needs to see a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient and today was my first visit at High Lane Dental Practise. The service I received from entering to leaving the practise was amazing. All the were amazing the reception staff kept me calm whilst waiting. Seems and Tia are amazing they showed me nothing but empathy with regards to my extreme anxiety, my treatment plan was explained clearly and I felt like I was listened: this was important to me as getting through the door alone was very distressing to me. I have now registered my entire family with the practise

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth out yesterday! I felt at ease and comfortable as soon as I walked in. The dental nurse was so reassuring and met me with a lovely calming smile. The procedure took 5 minutes! I wasn’t in any pain! The Dentist who removed my tooth was clearly an expert in his field! No trouble at all! I’m extremely grateful for a fantastic experience. Fantastic experience: I found this dentist by chance, it was the only one I found open on a Saturday at the time I was looking. I had a root canal started at another dentist which had left me in a lot of pain. I was also 38 weeks pregnant at the time of the appointment. I contacted this dentist and the receptionist kindly said they could fit me in. I was seen by Alex, who treated my dental pain. The practice is immaculate and the staff from the receptionist, to the dental nurse and dentist were really helpful. I will be using this dentist in the future as I found the service great. My partner who was also registered elsewhere has recently registered and has booked an appointment with Alex. Apologies it has taken me a few weeks to write the review! Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice, the most important thing for our family was the level of care and interest that the dentist took when we visited as it seems nowadays, other NHS dentists (not all) aren't keen on providing a service as it's NHS and just shuttling you in and out as quickly as possible, whereas here, so far we've found the complete opposite and a real interest in our oral health and hygiene.

Fantastic experience: We attended as new patients at the surgery. Our Dentist Dr Alex Kyriazatis provided a 5 star service he was very friendly and professional and both Dr Alex and his assistant Lucie made our 2 young Daughters feel at ease during the appointment. We arrived on time for our appointment and was seen almost straight away! Visiting a new Dentist can make you feel nervous but the manner in which we was greeted and service received throughout our attendance made any doubts disappear. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Recently visited Bupa dental care high lane and it was a great experience. I felt extremely Covid safe and I cannot fault my dentist Al. As a very nervous dental attendee, I was put at ease and my exam and treatment were fully explained to me, patient options given and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or anxious. Anji on reception is extremely friendly and brilliant at her job, even in these unusual circumstances she has done her very best to help. Ive always had Elvira for treatment and she is by far the best dentist i have come across, shes also fantastic with my children.

From the moment you arrive my Dentist Alan al-saeed and the dental Nurse Helen took excellent care of me even during these troubling times with the covid 19 still effecting our Dailey lives I felt safe and the extra precautions in place were first class. I had to have an extraction due to the severe pain I had been in for the last week or so the tooth was taken out expertly and quick never felt a thing I can only thank al and Helen for the excellent care I received

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling treatment my partner was given, 45 mins late and staff giving reasons for past hygiene issues but tripping up with silly excuses to the reasons why the hygiene check in november was cancelled by saying that the reason was that had changed there policy on when hygiene checks are carried out and if the check is not necessary only one per year is needed but we know that the reason the appointment was cancelled was the hygienist was not available and the appointment was moved to FEBRUARY confirming that the appointment was needed. She has 2 hygiene checks a year but now it's when they want to do it not when needed, and while doing this review other peole have had hygiene checks and another appointment made in 6 months to. so another misleading comment, biggest problem is the way reception staff speak to you maybe a customer service course for a few is needed because if we speak bad to staff they refuse to treat

Negative experience: Used to be a really good practice been ours for over fifteen years, but Bupa have took over and upset a few people and the practice has gone right down hill no respect for there patients. I have been today and been treated like a ten year old and I have come away annoyed and upset and in pain, only went for a check up. Patronising receptionist and a dentist that made me feel so worthless.

Fantastic experience: I have been afraid of the dentist for a long time, and I got to a point where I had to have some treatment, I was lucky to be accepted here as a NHS patient, and I was given an amazing guy called Al, who looked after me for a few years, after Al moved into private practice I feared I'd never find someone I trusted as much as him, but luckily I have. My new dentist, Elvira is amazing, she fills me with confidence and is so reassuring. Bottom line - this practice is brilliant, from the wonderful reception team to the Dentists and their brilliant nurses. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Negative experience: I went here a few years ago with a TMJ referral....paid a huge amount on money, hundreds of pounds in advance, for what turned out to be a 10 minute consultation; during which, the dentist complained I was keeping him from his lunch. He then advised me I had TMJ which I obviously already knew, and he couldn’t suggest anything to help. I sorted the problem later, with a wonderful NHS physio...in one session. I still get angry every time I drive past this horrible place ...It’s not having been robbed that I resent, more the dismissive rudeness.

Fantastic experience: I left my local dental practice in Wilmslow (not a BUPA one) as I was unable to obtain either the timely, nor quality of treatment I expected and needed from there. They even stopped answering the phone and it was always a callback. I then joined the High Lane BUPA practice. What a difference. The whole experience could not be any different. Right from the start, there is a courteous and professional reception and then through to the highly skilled treatment from the dentist and his assistant, it was a painless and great process with the desired outcomes. I am 100% happy with this practice. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: They advertise that they are open till 8pm on Thursday and to pop in to make an appointment. They were clearly shut at 6.45pm.to make an appointment. What's the point of advertising the opening hrs when you are shut. Why? WHY? ARE YOU FALSELY ADVERTISING OPEN HRS.
