Fantastic experience: After a horrendous experience as a child I have always been terrified of the dentist. Today I had a root canal, where my anxiety was so bad leading up to it that I nearly didn’t go. I even took my sister with me. As a 37 year old woman I can honestly say that Claire Morley has completely changed my mind about my future dental appointments. She was amazing with me and from start to finish and it was the most painless and relaxing treatment I have ever had done. Thankyou so much for finally getting me over my fears.

Negative experience: Receptionists very disinterested.Appointment 40 minutes late but no information as to why by them although the dentist did apologise. Didn't feel valued as as a paying customer as that is what we are. Will be looking for an alternative dentist but probably all the same.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff was very friendly. Dentist Aaminah kindly gave detailed instructions before the treatment. She filled my teeth and did a deep cleaning for my wife. The operations were very satisfying. My wife was grateful for learning the proper techniques to care for her gum and ways to brush her teeth.Last but not least, the premise is neat and tidy and comfortable to attend.

Negative experience: Was told a procedure would be £20 but after I had it was told I had been place on the private register without being told and was charged £70 for a 5 minute treatment. Not good

Fantastic experience: I have just finished having my teeth straightened at MyDentist Euxton. To begin with I had a free consultation for Clear Correct aligners. When I received the projection of what could be achieved I decided to go for it and its honestly the best decision I've ever made. Over the past year all the staff from the receptionists to dental Nurses and to Salma the dentist have been amazing. I had regular appointment and check ups to make sure everything was on track along the way. I cannot recommended this surgery enough if you are thinking getting aligners.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I’ve been on going several battles with my teeth over the past 18months, I registered with mydentist about 2/3 months ago and they have been nothing but AMAZING! They have gone completely up and beyond, Katie on reception was beyond amazing when I was registering with the dentist and so helpful, all the receptionists I have come across have been so helpful. Mayuri has been amazing too! She listens and puts me at ease every single time, as well as the dental nurse that works alongside her, both lovely people. I couldn’t recommend this dental practice enough!

Fantastic experience: Having been recommended by my daughter and also her friend, I finally made an appointment with my local My Dentist in Euxton. I had high anxiety issues with dentists and hadn't attended for around 10 years. I entered the dentist's treatment room in tears and could barely open my mouth for them to take a look. My lovely dentist is Salma and my dental nurse is Ellie, both were amazing, they talked to me about anything and everything, there was no rush, until I felt relaxed and ready enough for them to continue. They were totally professional throughout. Salma was very kind and gentle and explained everything as she went along, as did Ellie and although I needed extensive treatment, it was all at my own pace and we had a few laughs along the way. Everybody at the practice is lovely and helpful but I can honestly say that with Salma and Ellie, I have made new friends. I can't recommend My Dentist Euxton highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Our very nervous 10yr old has had his views of the dentist changed in 10 short minutes today! He's not had the best journey with his last dentist, so to see Aminah change his views on the dentist so quickly today was great to see. She explained everything to him step by step in terms he understood and totally put him at ease, to the point he's now disappointed he can't go back to see her sooner! I cannot thank Aminah enough for today! A credit to the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Cannot reccomend Dr Sara Abdelnasir Abdelgabar enough. Not only is she a fabulous dentist but she is such a genuinely nice person, she is understanding and supportive and never fails to put me at ease. Dr Sara's support staff (usually Vanya for me) are just as professional and lovely, Vanya inparticular is an absolute credit to the team. All of the staff I have encountered are great and the reception team are always very helpful and friendly at each visit or phonecall. Thank you x

Fantastic experience: My Dentist at Euxton is the best practice I have ever visited. Dr Anjali Patel built up my tooth which had lost a crown, and I am delighted with the result. Both she and the dental nurse were patient, professional and caring. It's the first time I have found myself laughing in a dentist's chair! The friendly receptionists create a pleasant atmosphere which makes a visit much less intimidating. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: After an initial consultation with Dr. Santanu Chatterjee about my options and a couple more appointments to discuss the treatment plan including scans, I decided to proceed with four dental implants. Although I was very nervous on the days leading up to the treatment and the actual day itself, I was kept fully informed about the procedure and what to expect. On the day of the treatment which was a Saturday, the surgery was closed to the public and therefore a quiet and calm environment. Dr. Santanu put me at ease immediately and Chloe and Olivia were fantastic and a great support to me all throughout the treatment. I am so pleased with the end result and my new smile which has given me back my confidence. Thank you also to the lovely receptionists Amanda and Mandy who I have known for many years and always greet everyone with a friendly smile.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, I had a brilliant experience at the practice. Thanks to Dr Salma Abdulhadi and her nurse Jade, who fitted me in for an emergency appointment after I broke my tooth. In no time, a new tooth was built up, completely pain-free and in a very friendly calm environment. I also saw Chloe (the treatment coordinator) who was very helpful, friendly and thorough in arranging all the necessary appointments for placing a dental implant that i require. A very clean practice and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr Salma for treatment. She made me feel at ease from the start. I was nervous as I was having work on my two front teeth and wanted them to look right. I needn't have worried, I didn't opt for pain relief but actually I found the procedure to be quite relaxing. I am so pleased with the results and the colour match is perfect. Salma is lovely and I'm pleased to have her looking after my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I experienced excruciating toothache, 2 weeks prior to travelling to Canada for a very important visit, to see my son and my brand new baby grandson. I needed an emergency appointment to extract the offending tooth. In spite of a full appointments schedule, the Head Nurse Olivia, along with Dianne and Katie, the Reception Staff, manage to shuffle/reschedule appointments to get me seen by Salma the dentist, just 2 days later. The sympathetic and knowledgeable receptionist checked with a dentist and arranged an appointment the same morning. I have always found this Dental Surgery very helpful and accommodating (even during these tough Covid times) they have managed to accomodate standard and Emergency treatments when possible.The Dentists I have experienced, have been great, and take time to talk through teeth care and treatments.

Negative experience: Broke a crown six weeks ago and asked for the earliest appointment possible - that was today (despite calling numerous times for a cancellation)! Dentist was in a mood when I walked in and neither sympathetic nor even courteous. Earliest treatment offered is in two months despite me having advised them of travel commitments in early January from my first contact. They're good at collecting their fees, but not very good at being dentists... and it took 5 months for them to address my complaints... With a Form Response!

I was very nervous about the procedure, but the hygenist and her assistant were brilliant at calming me down. The whole process was definitely worth it... Fantastic experience: I have recently finished my ClearCorrect teeth straightening with Dr Jamie and I’m so happy with the results! Jamie was so helpful and informative throughout my treatment. I can’t wait to have my composite edge bonding done in the new year! I have also seen Viv the Hygienist this week and my teeth are all sparkly and clean after an Airflow treatment with her. I have seen Viv for years and she always does a fabulous job! Fantastic experience: After many years of dental treatment you become accustomed of what to expect. Then when the dreaded news that a filling is needed the thought of the needle and drill can make some people nervous uncomfortable and bring some to the point of fear. Well today I had 2 fillings, the dentist a Mr J Adamson injected my gums with the upmost of care, I was surprised that it went so well virtually pain free far less than an insect sting that lasted for only a few seconds. On with the drilling…. I felt nothing, the whirling of the drill and water from the suction tube was the only thing I had to bare with hardly worth mentioning, but i mention it if case someone is timid and has not had to experience a filling. You can feel the vibrations around the tooth but again nothing more than using an electric too brush. The final stages are to fill the tooth/teeth absolutely no feeling of pain, a quick grind and polish and the job is done. I am writing this in appreciation of the dentist skill and doing a first class job that is so good I can not see where he has filled, One being a front tooth he has matched the colour perfectly, so much so it took me a while guessing which tooth it was. Negative experience: If I could give this place fewer stars, I would. My husband rang for an emergency appointment, having not been for a check up during the pandemic and was told he was no longer registered with the dentist as he hadn't been within two years. This was not made clear during any communications from them and has left him with no dental service to access. Very, very poor customer service and communication.

Fantastic experience: Had a recent upper implant and bone transplant by Mr Santanu Chatterjee who is highly skilled at his practice. I was a little anxious but had no need and was thrilled with the whole process and procedure, having excellent after care. Mr Chatterjee ensured I was kept informed throughout. The dental nurse's were also very professional and reassuring. Ensuring that it was a very positive and pain-free experience, they relieved any anxioties I had about the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice and the whole staff who have my admiration. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: I cant highly reccommend MyDentist Euxton enough! The practice is one of the best in the area, everyone is so welcoming and polite from the dentist, to the nurses and the reception staff. I cant stop smiling after having a hygienist appointment, my teeth feel so clean and sparkly! Ive had lip fillers done here with Dr Santanu and the experience here was calming and he was very patient and explained everything with me and it was pain free which i loved. I am also waiting to start my clearcorrect journey after attending a scanning event with Dr Jamie which he talked through all my options and any of my concerns. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of this Dental practice and it’s staff! I’ve been struggling with crippling toothache since the Lockdown began and the practice has helped me no end; going above and beyond what I Could have expected given the COVID Restrictions. It was a similar story last year when one of my teeth fractured. Got me in as soon as possible, did a great job in terms of treatment and aftercare and resolved my situation. This is all despite not being one of their patients (not currently taking on - but I will apply once they are for sure!!). Staff are friendly, profession and go the extra mile to help you out. Brilliant service. Brilliant practice.

Fantastic experience: I visited Viv the Hygenist this morning with some trepidation, however I was put at ease straight away by Viv and her nurse. All safety measures were in place and I found myself wondering why I had been so worried. I would say to anyone who is nervous about going not to worry all safety measures are in place so if you need to go and see Viv then book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: During lockdown I suffered with extreme pain and a problem with my jaw. I contacted My dentish who discussed the problem and the dentist rang me back to discuss further and issued a prescription for antibiotics. I finished the course but as the problem had worsened rang again and after a further consultation Jame booked me in to see about the options as the pain had not subsided. I was given an apointment immediately and by this time i could not open my mouth any wider that a teaspoon which allowed me to eat small amounts of food.Jamie could not carry out an x ray and decided to remove the tooth. I have now spent a further week and have more use of my jaw and eating a lot better At all times I have been treated with respect from all at the Surgery which helped with my recovery as I felt relaxed and confident in the work that had been carried out.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Euxton dental from the age of 12 so have been coming to the practice for 15 years and seen various dentists over the years, none compare the affection and attention to detail that Muneera pays she is a true professional and always tells me straight, we always manage to have a good laugh and we have developed a great rapport. No matter how serious the treatment I am having or just a check up she always manages to put my mind at ease and ensure I am always comfortable and not in any pain - if she ever thought about leaving I would chain myself to the practice in protest. As well as Muneera there’s always been 2 smiling faces on reception as long as I have been coming to the practice - Mandy and Amanda they know how unorganised I am so hats off to them for always making sure I am, the personal relationship we have developed is another reason I keep coming back they’re simply amazing, true legends of Euxton Dental.
