Fantastic experience: Simply the most professional and caring team I have ever experienced by a long way. They were super intuitive and the result given the invasive nature of this major procedure is remarkable. I was expecting lots of pain after this major procedure but next morning all i have is ultra mild discomfort at pain level 1 (out of 10). Could not recommend this practice more - just a great experience reflecting excellent leading edge professional care.

Fantastic experience: My dentist and her nurse put me at my ease. She communicated clearly about what she was doing, allowing me to make input. I had a few concerns which she was able to sort out for me and stop me from being anxious.

Fantastic experience: I've not had a great experience over the years with dentists over the years and as a grown adult I'm still a bit of a wuss (I know I'm not alone). Everyone at Courtrai is fab, but Paul is a beautiful human and has managed, over the past few years of treating me, to get me to the point where I know longer dread showing up. I've recently had to have my first crown, and while I wouldn't recommend it for fun, Paul really did make it as comfortable and stress free (and painless) as possible. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous and very anxious dental patient I have just completed 5 months of treatment for corrective surgery and implants, this was not an easy decision for me and choosing the right dental practice and team was crucial. From the outset the team demonstrated compassion, understanding and really looked after me at every step. It is important to note that i found the team to be very flexible on the associated cost of the treatment but at all times their focus was to ensure i got the best outcome and did so with diligence and due care and attention consulting and guiding me through each step. Positive experience: Three stars because the expertise of my dentist and hygenist are superb, or else it would be one star. The way this company puts their prices up, is criminal. They were giving increases of over 30% before inflation rose. So don't be palmed off with the "increase in costs" argument...they haven't added those yet!!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Courtrai House roughly a year ago due to a change in workplace. I was very happy with my previous Dentist however the level of care I'm now getting is a huge step up. Reception and support team are efficient, friendly and proactive. My Dentist Karen Darby, is just excellent. Incredibly thorough, explains everything in terms I can understand and takes the time to talk to me about the procedures. Karen and her team manage to minimise any discomfort and in my opinion they do a really fantastic job and I'm always happy with the end result. Highly recommend.

She then did a brilliant job redoing my broken front teeth. They look the best they ever have! She is really knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Courtrai House and I was a little surprised to see that the outside of the building and the grounds are a work in progress! I was made to feel very welcome by the two ladies in reception who explained what would happen during my visit. The registration process was simple and there were no surprise questions on the proforma. After registration I was directed to sit alone in an area on the 1st floor of the house. I was met by an enthusiastic Dr Afif Hanif and he politely and clearly explained how he would be treating me due to the Covid regulations and rules. Throughout my treatment Dr Hanif and his dental nurse made me feel extremely comfortable and he thoroughly explained what was needed and how he would address the problem. I felt totally at ease and very safe. I was very happy about the information I was provided. Dr Hanif was gentle and careful whilst carrying out the inspection and I look forward to receiving further treatment in a weeks time. I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr Afif Hanif and Courtrai House Dental Practice after experiencing my first visit.

Cannot praise the staff enough, especially Melanie, my dentist, whose patience and kindness I never thought I would be lucky enough to encounter in a dental surgery. I shall never avoid the dentist ever again. Truly grateful . . . For the nervous, you have to give this surgery a try, and the whole team are extremely kind and professional. Excellent reminder system in place. Wish there were more stars to award.

Fantastic experience: My teeth were in a bit of a state after decades of neglect and fear of the dentist’s chair! The team at Courtrai House changed all that. I needed quite a long course of treatment, but at every stage Rebecca was amazingly competent and caring, always taking the time to put me at ease and to explain very clearly what she was doing, what were the implications and what the options were. I really can’t praise her enough. And Jackie is an extremely good and gentle hygienist, also treating client care as paramount. I used to dread dental appointments with a vengeance, but now just take them in my stride, and my dental health has massively improved. I wish I’d found such a good dental team in my youth! I would recommend them unreservedly.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending another NHS practice all my life. Having moved to uni I was unable to keep my regular attender status and on my return I found I had been removed from their NHS register. Unable to register with another NHS practice as they said they were full, I found Courtrai House. I can honestly say it was the best decision I was forced to take. I attended my first check up with Dr Daykin and her nurse Jade. I can honestly say I have never laughed so much at the dentist nor had so much time spent on me. Was worth every penny! Keep up the good work ladies!

Fantastic experience: I had been going to an NHS dentist for many years and was finally persuaded to see a private dentist. I have never looked back. The time taken to explain procedures is very reassuring and the team make me feel at ease. I had a little bit of work done early on and was persuaded to have orthodontic treatment (braces) in my 60's. Although it was a lengthy process it has improved my bite and I now have a lovely even smile. Rebecca and her nurse Mandy are a delight and it is a pleasure to attend. After the initial investment I now need very little treatment other than simple maintenance.

Since starting at Courtrai through a personal recommendation I have had a planned course of treatments from root fillings to implants. It seemed quite pricey at the time to be honest but now I just seem to need check up after check up and I'm confident that any problems in future will be picked up early. It's looking like great value now and I have a lot of peace of mind. The staff are really friendly and ultra-efficient at helping me to make and keep appointments. I'm very busy so that makes a difference to me. Of course, Rebecca is a great Dentist too and my teeth are in the best shape ever!"
