From the very beginning, the reception team were so polite and helpful — they even called to confirm my appointment, which I really appreciated. My dentist Alison and her nurse were warm, friendly, and very professional. They were incredibly gentle and careful, explained everything clearly, and gave really helpful advice. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. I also had a scale and polish with Usman, who was professional, polite, and explained each step in detail. Even though my gums are quite sensitive, it didn’t feel painful at all — it was quick, clean, and done really well. I used to be very nervous about seeing a dentist, but the whole team made me feel so reassured. I’ve already booked my next check-up for six months’ time. Highly recommend!

When my husband recommended Jig, I decided hesitantly to give it a try. From my very first appointment, Jig has been incredible. Jig understood how anxious I was and worked with me every step of the way, explaining each treatment thoroughly and allowing me to take things at my own pace. For the first time in years, I feel in control of my dental anxiety and no longer dreading my next visits. I can’t recommend Jig highly enough professional and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental practice which I am new to this week, especially if you have a fear of the dentist - from all of the receptionists to the dental nurses and dentist, I had Dr Nuha Zeiton, professional, kind, understanding and patient, a genius at her profession, I was welcomed as soon as I walked in with so much care and attention from the reception team, I was then greeted by the nurses who were going to be with me during the procedure who were both kind and reassuring I had a Temporary Crown with Dr Nuha under sedation and her gentleness goes along way with nervous patients like myself, from the moment I was in the chair I was not rushed, just slowly comforted and then the next thing I new - it was all finished. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart- Dental Fear is awful but I would truly recommend Dr Nuha and the team at BUPA Dental Care Timperley. Nina Smith

Fantastic experience: I attended Bupa Dental Care Timperley today 17th March for an emergency appointment. I hadn't been to a dentist for a long time and was extremely nervous. From the time I arrived I was made to feel welcome and was looked after very well. The receptionist Sarah put me at ease and explained and was very nice. The dentist Umesh and assistant were exceptionally supportive and the experience of having a tooth extraction was really good and nothing like I had imagined it was would be. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs I was told by the dentist it wasn't possible to fill my tooth or have denture or a bridge my only option was to have an implant at 4-5 thousand pounds i managed to find an nhs dentist who said they could do a root canal filling or a denture also a bridge was possible
