Fantastic experience: Attend Durham Dental for a composite repair of a chip on my front tooth. The team were excellent, very professional and explained all of the steps, options and cost involved prior in a consultation prior. This did include a informative discussion on extra work that could be conducted, pros/cons etc but this was never overly pushed and was just recommended. On the day, I was provide with great advice and a excellent service. Not only was my chip repaired, but Sophie went above and beyond to make it look amazing and align correctly with my other teeth/bite profile. The end result was alot more than I expected, they did a excellent job! You would never know a chip even existed! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Durham Dental Implant Suite enough. Everyone’s very friendly, welcoming and professional. Sophie is a fantastic dentist and I’m incredibly happy with her work and the results of my Invisalign. My toddler was frightened of all the dentists she’d seen before we came here, but Sophie has made her feel very comfortable, and she loves dentist trips now! It’s taken a lot of dentists and surgeries over the years, but we’ve finally found one that will always respond and provide us with a service that is well worth the money. We’re very happy!

Sophie went through everything with me on my first appointment where we discussed what I needed to be done. She gave me lots of information on each stage and different options if I wanted them instead. Went for my treatment today, and I'm absolutely blown away with how lovely she has made my broken front tooth look! Its amazing and it's just made me feel like me again. She explained every little part of what she would be doing next step by step in my appointment, this was really really good for me as sometimes, its daunting seeing tools coming towards you or hearing drills etc. But she explained so well and made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: I visited Durham Dental implant suite in dire need of some help! I had 2 missing fillings but, more importantly, I also had two chipped front teeth! My granddaughter was due to be married and i really wanted my smile fixed for her big day. Along came Dr Sophie Holland. What a kind, caring Dentist she is. She absolutely understood my need for the work to be carried out in a timely manner. She immediately put my mind at rest, I'd gone that day expecting to be told that the only way to save my teeth was by having crowns fitted. Dr Holland explained how she could help me, without the need for crowns! She drew up a plan of the work to be carried out, explained the procedures and told me how much it would cost. She also explained that she could help with some sedation, if my nerves got the better of me. It was planned that i would have all my treatments carried out at once in a 2 1/2 hour appointment. Dr Holland explained everything she was doing during the mammoth, it seemed like that to me, treatment session. Not only did I not require sedation on the day but i actually fell asleep during a filling on a back tooth! I can't believe it either! I cant remember the last time i felt so relaxed. It was an amazing experience. I am over the moon with the finished results. My teeth look amazing. My family cannot believe the transformation, I've been, almost, smiling non stop since the appointment. Its now 8 days until the wedding and i cannot wait to show everyone what an amazing family i have. I'll be somewhere near the front for photos, and I'll have the biggest smile on my face Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I'm so impressed with the Durham Dental Implant Clinic and the team who work there. Dental surgery can be a very stressful procedure but when yoy enter the clinic you immediately experience a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Jas who performed the implant and Carly who assisted, were extremely pleasant and friendly but also very professional, relaxed and reassuring. The final result of the actual implant I think is outstanding and I'm very glad I chose Durham Dental Implant Clinic. I will be using the clinic permanently from now on.

Fantastic experience: Visited the practice for a check up today with Sophie, what a wonderful experience, this was my first time at the practice and it does not feel like walking into a dentist, beautiful reception, and the receptionist Carly was so helpful and friendly. The equipment is cutting edge stuff, 3d scanners too which I have never seen the like of in a dental surgery! Hands down the most thorough check up both from the dentist and hygienist that I've ever had! All round an extremely positive experience, thanks to all involved! Fantastic experience: After years of discomfort and embarrassment, l had pretty much lost all faith in dentists. I had several very negative, prognosis and was at the point of flying to Turkey and having all my teeth taken out and replaced with "all on four" implants. I hadn't smiled in years, because l was so ashamed of my teeth. An old friend sent me the link for Durham smile solutions, and despite my reluctance, convinced me to give them a try. I wasn't exactly enthusiastic. I'd heard all the sales pitches and been let down before. But my friend convinced me to at least go and see them before l did anything drastic. So l turned up and was introduced to Sophie. Who did a full 3D scan of my mouth, explained in detail what my problems were and how she would go about helping me. I had my first treatment session today. And l have to say it was quite literally life changing! Thats not an exaggeration. I've had some horrendous times at dentists, but this was a different class. Every step was explained so there were no shocks or surprises. And no pain either! The skill level, professionalism and actual care l recieved was beyond anything I've ever had in forty odd years of regular dental treatment. And the results were unbelievable. In just two hours, my teeth were unrecognisable from when l arrived. For anybody concerned about cost, it was nowhere near as expensive as l had been quoted in several other private clinics, and every member of the team was pleasant and friendly. Never thought I'd ever look forward to a dental appointment but the results are so good l can't wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: DURHAM DENTAL CARE REVOLUTIONISES THE DENTAL HYGIENIST EXPERIENCE WITH REVOLUTIONARY GUIDED BIOFILM THERAPY Durham Dental Care has completely changed my experience of dental hygienist appointments. I have spent decades absolutely dreading the pain, discomfort and stress of traditional scale and polish treatments. Durham Dental Clinic is currently the only Certified Guided Biofilm Therapy Centre in Durham, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The Swiss developed therapy delivers a sophisticated combination of targeted cleaning that is pain free. However, this is not the only advantage - it does not only deliver deeply cleaned teeth - it helps eradicate the build up of bacteria, which is so difficult to eliminate completely by home cleaning alone. This can deposit itself deeper into the body, leading in certain circumstances to an increased risk of serious diseases. So GBT goes beyond better dental health - it can also improve overall health and wellbeing. The Guided Biofilm Therapy treatment I had included a combination of disclosing tablets, focused airflow and warm water, followed by personally tailored advice on home dental care. I cannot recommend the treatment highly enough. It was state of the art technology and pain free - what could be better? Thank you to Jess, dental hygienist; Eve, dental nurse, and an extra special thank you to Dawn for being the friendliest and most welcoming receptionist I have known. Free parking literally next to the front door makes visits as stress free as possible. I went to have a dental implant and was dreading the experience, expecting major pain and discomfort. I have recently completed my rigorously planned implant treatment and it looks so natural nobody in my family or I can detect it from my own teeth. Fantastic experience: A really good experience today, I was not looking forward to having a broken tooth extracted but I need not have worried it was painless and carried out with great care.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at Durham Dental Implant Suite for a consultation with Zas, feeling there was no way forward for me. No amount of fixative could keep my new NHS bottom denture in place, would I ever be able to eat my favourite meals again? Zas advised me of my options and how long the stages would take. I now have a New implant post click bottom denture. Thankyou Zas, you and your team, Carly Jo and Dawn are a credit to your profession. It was the best decision I could have ever made.
