Fantastic experience: Recently while traveling abroad to Europe to visit family, I had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Christian Lucas in his practice at Castle View Dental Spa. Any anxious feelings I was experiencing before hand were quickly resolved by the warmth of the staff and how helpful and supportive they were to me. The dental spa itself was decorated with earthly subtle colors that inspired relaxation and a feeling of immediate calm. Jane who sat behind the reception desk was so personable and not only offered something warm to drink, she also took the time to make me a cup of tea while waiting in the lobby for my appointment. Meeting Dr. Christian Lucas was also a positive experience! He was proffessional, personable, and took the time to educate me and was also very fun to talk with. I appreciated his insights and his extended knowledge and expertise. His staff were truly a mirror reflection of his warmth, the atmosphere and his positive demeanor. Fantastic experience: I recently had a Crown replaced over 3 appointments and valued the time taken to assess and then deal with it. Taking time to administer anaesthetic, waiting for it to numb, explaining what and why v reassuring and I do not consider myself a nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending castle view dental spa in addition to my regular dentist due to having issues with bone loss. I cannot praise Christian and his team enough - the ease of getting an appointment, the welcome you receive on arriving, and the professionalism and dedication Christian has for his work. My recent visit was fairly urgent as I needed an extraction, Christian and the dental nurse were very reassuring, explained the procedure and calmed my nerves! It is clear from Christian’s reassuring demeanour and professionalism that he takes pride in his work and wow.. all of those awards on the wall.. says it all!

He is professional, intelligent, kind, patient, empathy and always there to get rid of my fear and worries. Christian and his team were excellent, ensuring that I experienced no pain and felt okay throughout. I was previously told that I would require a root canal just before COVID-19 and have been too anxious to undergo this procedure; however, due to Christian's extensive knowledge and expertise in dental care, he managed to save the tooth without needing a root canal. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the practice for around 8 months now , and when I first went I shared with Christian all of the bits about my teeth I didn’t like. Christian put a plan together which involved whitening and composite bonding to make them look atheistically pleasing . I finished the treatment yesterday and I absolutely LOVE how they look ! Fantastic experience: After breaking a tooth on a Saturday, I emailed Jane at Castle View (my thinking was for my email to be seen first thing Monday morning) to ask for an urgent appointment. By Monday lunchtime I had been given an appointment, been seen and my tooth had been sorted. Thank you Christian for coming in early and for fixing my tooth so superbly. I cannot recommend Christian and his staff highly enough, they are all brilliant.

Great treatments and options clearly explained. Payment plans a huge help and paying a small fee monthly for twice yearly checkups and polish n clean is a great way of spreading the cost. Fantastic experience: Quite simply the best dentist in the country. I travel 2 hours to visit. Jane, Kerrie and of course Dr C are warm, friendly, reassuring and at the very top of their game. The surroundings are a reflection of this professionalism. I wouldn't go anywhere else for oral -hygiene. I had porcelaine veneer/replacemenr thingies about 2 years ago. Wish I had done it years earlier. Absolutely transformed my confidence and outlook. In parallel I needed some root canals... which in itself can be a traumatic procedure. Dr Christian and Jane walked me through it all and it actual became a fairly relaxed process. Dr Kerrie has recently joined and certainly fits the ethos and culture set out ar Castle View.
