Fantastic experience: 10/10 service from Imperial Dental Care! I am very nervous around dentists usually. Swasthik made me feel completely at ease. He explained each stage of the process clearly and carefully. The customer care from both Swasthik and Pana were second to none.

Positive experience: I saw Dr Swasthik privately as I was not satisfied by the other dentist with all respect. I had a very good experience with him. He was highly professional, attentive, and delivered outstanding work on my crown. Although there was a delay due to the crown being lost by the lab, this was clearly not the dentist’s fault and it was handled efficiently and professionally. I’m extremely pleased with the final result and the overall standard of care.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 6 stars, I would. The service was swift, efficient and friendly. I got an NHS appointment the same week I phoned up to book one, then the day after my check-up I got all my fillings done. I can't fault them one bit. Thank you!
Fantastic experience: Swhastick is THE best dentist! So calm and gentle. I am terrified of needles and super anxious and he put me at ease and did a fantastic job. Everyone at this dentist is so helpful and friendly, you never have to wait long and Its easy to park. I highly recommend
Negative experience: They don't listen to you they do what they want i find them rude try to charge me twice until I called the manager and she said no to them never open on time just like a chemist always waiting for locums to arrive today open late told the equipment will be ready in 30 40 minutes ( we got jobs to got to our self,)
Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appointment on a Sunday which needed an extraction Dr Bandahl was absolutely incredible. He was quick, efficient and clearly experienced and knowledgeable and Leanne actually held my hand through the procedure after I told her I was feeling nervous. Thanks guys
Fantastic experience: What a wonderful dentistry. Can't recommend enough. I had to take my [fairly elderly] mum for a emergency tooth extraction today and they were able to fit her in. It was our 1st time visiting and mum has a huge phobia about going to the dentist. She did her usual performance, but the team were wonderful. Mum said that it was the best experience she's ever had.
Negative experience: Awful service, well actually no service! My husband needs a root canal they have no dentists who are able to carry out this procedure and instead of making a referral they wanted £1000 (ish) to do this!!! (They have dentists who can do it if you pay ♀️) Not patient centred at all more about making money! My husband has been left in pain for months!! Avoid at all costs!!!
Fantastic experience: I had filling with Ela and I should say that she was simply amazing! Professional, gentle and attentive! I had another session of RCT with Swastik which I thoroughly felt at ease! His manner and professionalism was exemplary! Well done everyone at the practice!
Negative experience: Avoid this dental practice - I would urge you to find an alternative dentist if possible. My partner had an appointment 5 months ago to get a crown prepped, which was then done incorrectly and needed a second appointment to correct, then a third to fit the crown itself. After waiting in a queue for his following appointment (January) for 10 minutes as the queue was so long, he was then told the dentist would not see him as he was 5 minutes late (through no fault of his own). He’s now had his next appointment cancelled and told the next available time to get his crown will be March. If you care about your teeth find an alternative dentist!

Fantastic experience: Amazing team working here! The receptionists are brilliant with their quick responses and are more than happy to book in any appointment you may need. Dr Amal Roy was very professional and explained every step of the treatment (fillings) and made sure j was comfortable at all times. Highly recommend here for your dentist! I have also got my three daughters registered there with me and they are also very happy and comfortable with the dental practice
Negative experience: After them cancelling a few times I made an appointment pointing out I had discomfort/pain from a tooth. I had my appointment to find out it was in fact just a check up??? The person was not qualified to extract if required and I was told to make an appointment with the other dentist who would assess and may not have the time to do an extraction and a further appointment would be made?!!! The X-rays that identified the problem seemingly being of no use as the dentist would need to make his own assessment. What a complete waste of time. Fortunately one call later I have another dentist. Who didn’t put the phone down on me.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service . Have been trying to contact to rearrange an existing appointment for days. Phones never answered, emails not answered. Have left messages on the phone and still nothing. Pure greed to accept and advertise for new patients if they can't copes
Fantastic experience: Needed to call 111 emergency and after only 30 mins I was called and asked to go straight in….my teeth were checked then had an X-ray, this resulted in extraction of my aching tooth! Very happy with service from start to finish, all staff very helpful, thank you all!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amal Roy was incredible and put me at such ease! I’m scared of the dentist after a bad experience previously, but he calmed all my nerves and did an amazing job. Negative experience: More cancelled appointments than actual appointments. 4th cancelled appointment in a row. The same filling needed to be replaced 3 times. If you have any other option don't choose this practice.
Negative experience: Horrific experience. dentists will try to force and upsell private treatment. Always running late (last time 45mins!), never answer the phone, waiting room is a horrendous sat on top of one another or having to stand in corridors. But the sales pitches are the most disturbing. I have been told I must pay £1000 private fees because if I have same dentist, do the same procedure, in the same room but paid through NHS “i would have only a 70% success rate rather than an 80 or 90%” telling me that the reason is that if he was being paid privately he would use the best instruments and use the best materials!!! Are we to expect substandard services in the NHS then? It feels more like a threat than a choice! Pay me private rates or I’ll be forced to do a substandard job using substandard instruments and materials!! And I only went in originally for a routine check up (no pain) ended up being told had to have a filling that has now been drilled so deep it has irritated the nerve which now needs a root canal. Appalling!! Will be contacting CCG!
Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing, went there in agony, the man at the desk was so polite asked how my day was, he also seen I was in pain and asked if I was ok and offered me a drink, then the dentist lady took me out of pain and was so amazing, brilliant
Fantastic experience: I saw Anju today who says helped by Pana about a filing which had got very sharp. She covered it over and it is now lovely and smooth. They were both very professional and very gentle. Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: I really needed help today, from the Imperial Dental Team and they were totally there for me, beginning with very helpful Receptionists, Maher my Dentist was exceptionally clever with my difficult tooth, and a very kind Dental Nurse Lacey, I simply can’t thank them all enough.
Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with this dental centre. My kids’ appointments were cancelled twice without any notice at all. I only found out after arriving, which wasted our time and caused a lot of frustration. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients and poor communication. If they cannot handle something as simple as confirming or notifying about appointments, I worry about how they manage other aspects of care. I strongly advise others not to register here — look for a dental centre that values your time and treats patients with professionalism.
Negative experience: Waiting area and back stairs absolutely beyond filthy. For a clinical environment and practice this is astonishing.
Negative experience: Very poor in my opinion 5 minute check up to May £27, to be told my teeth are fine. I don’t believe that. I haven’t been to the dentist for years, also booked an Hygiene appointment the next day I’m paid £50 To be cancelled on the day, an hour before very poor practice. Tried to ring to get my money back can’t get through rang 3 times.
Fantastic experience: Following a period of extreme difficulty to get myself and my son seen by a dentist, we are now signed up (as of roughly a year ago) and been having regular appointments here. My dentist is the lovely Dr. Anju Pattath Kunjan who is welcoming and extremely thorough with my check ups. Nothing is too much of an ask and I am always able to make my next appointment straight after each visit whilst there in the surgery. We have even managed to get my partner moved across from his previous dentist so we are all under the same care. Keep up the good work!
Negative experience: Terrible service. Your better off with bad teeth
Negative experience: Avoid! No possibile to get any emergency appointments because of scheduled routine treatments and understaffed (that was the excuse). Came back after the same practice dentist carried on the treatment causing infection and unbearable pain, twice on the matter of 2 months. They are only good for kids check ups and only if everything is ok.
Negative experience: Dentists constantly sick, family emergencies or on holiday. Constantly being referred to private treatment although being a treatment that should be provided on NHS. I have been informed that dentists that do certain procedures rarely do NHS as they prefer Private patients. This dentist was advertised as a NHS dentist but I feel that this was advertised as so to get people on their books quickly.
Fantastic experience: My experience with Imperial Dental Practice has been nothing short of great! Big thank you to my dentist Konstantinos Tseremis for his work today! He was very confident, professional and at the same time personable and managed to keep a very nervous customer (me!) calm. I havent been to a dentist for 10 years and it was an extraction he did today. Mortified wouldn't even start describing how i felt before i walked in and I really can't thank him enough for how he made everything feel so easy.
Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at this practice today having not been to any dentist for over 12 years. The efficiency and level of care I received was exceptional. 3 broken/neglected front teeth in particular now look perfect and feel great. I can't thank Mehre enough.
Negative experience: Awful company they don't seem to really know what their doing, dodgy work that has to be fixed by another dentist or the hospital, forcing patients to pay privately for simple nhs covered treatment, no care or compassion with the staff. Have lost all confidence in them and have left.
Negative experience: A serious dental issue I have recently experienced. I developed an infection that spread to another tooth, and unfortunately, the clinic was unable to provide immediate treatment. Despite the severity of the infection, I was given an appointment over a month away, which was not suitable given the condition. As a result, I had to seek urgent care at the hospital and ultimately had to go to a private clinic to have the tooth extracted. Due to this experience, I am now looking for another place where I can receive timely and appropriate dental care.
Positive experience: Good honest service
Negative experience: I have moved to another dentist . This surgery is unbelievable. No email answered , no telephone ( only answer phone which is never replied to ) so one cannot phone for any emergency, cancel , or make an appointment . I went in to make an appointment as I had an emergency as I had broken a tooth . Receptionist informed me I could not be seen without having had a check up first which the first available was a month to wait . Then after that if I needed treatment I may have to wait another month for the treatment . Just a money making racket . I have changed dentist who saw me 3 days of me getting in touch with them they have done an amazing job . People beware what kind of dentist dosent have a telephone system where you can talk to someone .

Negative experience: No telephone service. Constant cancellations they have my husbands denture so he can’t eat and has been left hanging on for weeks without his denture. Horrendous service treating patients as if they don’t matter. Very depressing.

Fantastic experience: After reading many reviews, (which I don't agree with btw) I've just seen a beautiful gentleman and his assistant (downstairs room) for a back tooth extraction . I can not praise these two enough for there care and attention (I'm mega nervous seeing a dentist for just a check up, let alone an extraction). Both of their friendly'ness, warming welcome, informativeness of what will happen, even to the point of remembering I'd just got home from a big holiday. The positive attitude put me at total ease, I can not praise them both enough. Honestly since the take over (I've been a patent here for many years) This is truly the best I've EVER been treated here!!! I sincerely mean that. Negative experience: Complete waste of time been trying to call for over two weeks to get an appointment in a lot pain and lymph nodes are swollen due to infection finally answered and told I have to ring back tomorrow because my dentist has left the practice so phoned again and still no answer, how am I supposed sit on the phone all day while I’m at work?
Negative experience: Never answer the phone . I’ve been trying for 2 months for someone to pick up the phone. The answer phone suggests booking online …. It only offers hygiene app for £120 an app! No other options to book anything else. Pick up your phone or at least change your answer phone message so people don’t waste time creating accounts only to find you get no where fast. If you’re not interested in seeing NHS patients any more then tell people. Don’t just strike them off your list as they haven’t made contact …. As funnily enough you never pick up the phone, so how can I make contact !!

Negative experience: I have been let down numerous times by the Dentistry. Cancelling appointments with no explanation, removing my husband off the list without any warning, constantly changing management and "not having enough dentists". Very disappointed.

Negative experience: I am so pleased that this practice gets so many good reviews. I would agree with most of them, IF I could actually get in. I book an appointment but get it cancelled on the day of the appointment, with no explanation whatsoever. It isn't the first time either. I have never been rude, I have never got stroppy and so it must be down to bad luck - or more likely that I don't opt for the extra 'dental hygienist' treatment. Poor show.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bupa Dental Care in Hereford for many years now. My dentist is Dr.Rui Brito who is amazing!! I have never had such a kind and gentle dentist. Negative experience: Moved into the area and want to register with this practice. Phoned and was on hold for 23 mins before it went to engaged. Went to visit on Saturday during advertised open hours and it looks like the business has closed - certainly wasn’t opened that day. Are you still trading?

Fantastic experience: I have had both private and NHS dentistry in the past and am now an NHS patient at this practice, which is undoubtedly the best dental practice I have ever used. In fact, my partner, who was with a private dentist, was so impressed with my treatment that he joined them as well, as an NHS patient and has never once regretted it.The lovely ladies on reception are helpful, friendly and efficient. Their safety measures during the Covid outbreak have been excellent. My dentist is Dr Rui Britto and he is simply the best dentist I have ever known. Kind, caring and brilliant at what he does, I trust him completely. We are so lucky to have this terrific practice in Hereford!

Fantastic experience: I have moved around a lot, and consequently had lots of dentists. Right from breaking my teeth aged 6, I have had a phobia of dentists. I am with Pool Farm Dental, and Rui is my dentist, and he is quite simply the best dentist I have ever had. The practice is also superb, especially in these odd Covid times. Their PPE charges maybe a little steep (why do they charge?) but as a BUPA patient, thats a small price to pay for the confidence they have built in me. Today, I had my first crowns for 26years fitted by him, and it was over an hour in the chair of positivity. Highly recommended.

We just wanted to take the opportunity to explain more about our safety tariff. We introduced a PPE safety tariff to our practice, as this was the only way we could continue to operate. The combination of the global demand for PPE and enhanced safety measures required to reduce cross contamination have increased our costs significantly. However, as the cost of PPE reduces, we're reducing this further and are pleased to have been able to reduce our tariff for aerosol generating procedures already. Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Called about my son’s toothache on Thursday afternoon, dentist called Friday and asked us to go straight in. Great COVID safety measures on arrival. Fantastic experience: This is the only dentist I have been to that make you feel so at ease and relaxed. I used to get nervous before going to see the dentist but I don't have that issue here. Negative experience: didnt pass on referral to hospital, i complained, on next visit dentist was rough with my mouth and caused bleeding. I think the dentist deliberately hurt me to get me off the patient list. Just a nasty experience.

Negative experience: I dont often leave reviews but felt like I needed to in this instance, I visited this dental practice when pregnant because I had tooth ache, I couldn't have an x ray due to pregnancy and was told I needed a root canal. I wasn't convinced that I did and the dentist really didn't seem sure either. So she drilled my tooth (with no anaesthetic)! and filled it and we decided that I would come back once the baby was out to have an x ray to find out if I needed a root canal. I felt pressured to have the treatment even though I wasn't sure I needed it. I went to get a second opinion off another dentist who said the filling she had done was awful and that there was still decay in my tooth, (thats why the tooth ache kept coming back not due to root canal) he also noted that she had left a cotton wool ball in there! He made a small filling (with anaesthetic) and my tooth ache has not returned. I feel like I was totally ripped off, not listened to and the dentist was rude. Would not recommend this dentist at all.
