Fantastic experience: The best dental care I’ve had, [including the many years I was able to enjoy the benefits of private dentistry]. Over the last few years my wife and I have both been fortunate enough to have benefited from the enormous expertise and professionalism of Dr. Balasubramanian who delivers dentistry of the highest quality. She is quite outstanding, her skills and patient care cannot be faulted, and in recent months I’ve also been treated by Dr. Ilios Geros who carried out a complex root canal procedure with the same skill, attention to detail, and diligence, what he did for me was quite amazing, I can’t thank him enough. Outstanding treatment. Brilliant dentist[s]. Overall, the practise is just wonderful. From the receptionists, the nursing staff and hygienists, they’ve all been great. We never have any problem getting appointments, and when the need is urgent, I’ve usually been seen within 24hrs. What more could you ask for. Excellent practice. Five-star service.
Negative experience: An abstraction was identified but despite me being in severe pain the earlist appt offered was 3 weeks ahead.Totally unacceptable approach to patient care.I have cancelled my BUPASmile membership and changed dentist now.

Fantastic experience: I'm quite a nervous patient and their current NHS dentist, Dr Geros, has been outstanding at putting me at ease. He identified my issue quickly and fully explained the procedure required. Even the thought of a possible extraction doesn't seem so daunting under his care. I just hope he stays for a while.

Fantastic experience: Staff were very friendly and efficient whilst not holding back on telling myself and my 9-year old how we could improve our brushing! The place was spotless and we didn't have to wait at all.

Fantastic experience: Was put off massively by my last dentist absolutely butchering me (another practice, some 10 years ago and has been struck off since I notice!). From the moment I arrived I was met by friendly faces and an extremely caring dentist. Had a few nasties sorted out with minimal fuss and distress! Why couldn’t I have found this place a decade ago!
Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment after losing a filling. They saw me within 5 days, and the filling was replaced there and then. My dentist was wonderful - swift, efficient, and above all, compassionate with an hyperventilating patient.

Negative experience: Do you enjoy unexpectedly paying extra for a routine check-up? If so, this is your place. The website/receptionist will quote you £72 for a check-up, but once you're in there, the dentist will casually give you an X-Ray as well. At no point will you be informed that X-Ray's cost more money. At no point are you given the opportunity to opt-out. You just assume that everything would be included in the already extortionate, 10 minute check-up. I very calmly explained to the receptionist, Katie, at check-out that this process seems very misleading. I was met with attitude, 0 empathy, and not an inkling customer service skills. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would advise you to do the same!

Fantastic experience: Ileos has been my dentist for just over two years now. Always calm, kind and friendly. I had some treatment these last two weeks - crown refitted and an extraction (with future tooth replacement planned) - which was done sensitvely and with minimal discomfort and pain. I would highly reccomend Ileos as a a dentist to anyone :)

Negative experience: Front desk was great 5 stars . I did at first think isabella was good at what she did , eventually she became patronising..." oh just get used to the dentures " approach did nothing . My husband bought me a crafts tool kit ( electric ) to sort out top denture , the bottom denture did not fit and caused the metal part to nick my inside lip , I needed the wisdom tooth out to help it fit and it was a niggly tooth ...well its out now this Saturday gone after emergency dentist gave me antibiotics, the bottom denture fits ..the top denture makes me 'lisp' im now with a dentist that talks with me , , really nice .. im a dorset lady , not stupid , just me being me , . It's bad manners to patronise.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to my fantastic dentist Dr Pooja Nayak. She is the most amazing dentist who has ever treated me. She is wonderfully reassuring and so kind, quick, skilled and efficient. I had a crown fitted today and it fits perfectly. I have had some problem teeth and on each occasion she has assessed and very rapidly fixed the problem. She has literally saved a couple of teeth that I thought were lost causes. Nothing is too difficult for her. Dr Nayak is a great advertisement for BUPA. Also thank you to dental nurse Katie who supported Dr Nayak's amazing repair job and answered questions that I had. Thank you both again!

Negative experience: I was advised to call yesterday from the 111 service to get advice on the excruciating tooth pain I am in. The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. She wasn't willing to get any advice and just basically said I had to deal with it. This is not the first time I've heard bad things about the reception staff here. Which is such a shame because the dentists there are always spoken about as being great. There needs to be some serious customer service training. Especially when some people pay for their treatment.

Negative experience: I phoned today regarding my 5 year old granddaughter who is unable to get a dentist. Her tooth is rotten, part of it has broken off and she's in pain. The first lady I spoke to was nice and gave me a phone number but no one answered so I rang back for advice.This time I was unfortunate enough to get the coordinator, her reply was 'what do you expect us to do, shes not our problem' it's sad that people feel that covid gives them the right to speak and behave like this. I have made an online complaint to GDC .

Negative experience: 0/10, will never use again. Clearly not trained to deal with phobic patients. Rude abrupt receptionist followed by the same attitude from a dentist who called me back.

Negative experience: I did spend nearly £1500 for only 1 Tooth root canal and crown in march 2017 and had 3 years warranty. Last month my crown tooth comes off and I did call them to let them know for further treatment they said your warranty is expired and emergency appointment will be chargeable if further treatment needed we will charge as well. I recomend everyone not to go there because they are making money from the patients but treatment is very low quality.

Fantastic experience: After some terrible experiences in other places I was nervous about coming here but they’ve been absolutely wonderful. Reception team, dental team all seem to really enjoy working there. I had a lot of treatment over the last 2 years and I really trust them. Pooja, Tika and Isabelle, not to mention the other staff too, were all thorough, friendly and never made me feel rushed. Finally found a good dentist!! Here to stay.
