Fantastic experience: The dentist I saw, Barry Morrison, was kind, pragmatic and straightforward. He explained the problems I had without judgement, and made several good recommendations. I also saw the dental hygienist, Bethany Smithson. She was also wonderful; my last experience had been extremely painful, whereas this was merely uncomfortable. She was quick, thorough and did excellent work.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Bay Dental probably due to my being extremely nervous when visiting dentists! I needn't have worried, from a lovely greeting from Jane in reception to my appointment with Dr Hamza. He is an amazingly professional and efficient dentist,he was considerate and attentive listening to my issues and treating me accordingly. I must also mention his nurse Hawwah who was also extremely friendly and efficient. If you have any issues regarding dental treatment I thoroughly recommend Bay Dental!

Fantastic experience: This Dental Practise is one of the best I've ever been to. The receptionists are very helpful, the dentist I have is lovely, explains my treatment and what is going to happen. No pain so far! I feel very comfortable in their care.

Fantastic experience: The whole family share this practice and have done for the last 20 years or more. Our newest dentist Barry Morrison is very considerate and professional. He goes out of his way to address any nervousness or concerns I might have as I find a visit to the dentist quite stressful. Tricia as always is cheerful and friendly and has gone out of way over the years to ensure my forgetful sons attend their appointments. I rarely have to wait longer 5 or 10 minutes for my appointment and everywhere is spotlessly clean and hygenic.

Fantastic experience: A totally professional team. Barry Morrison has used his expertise to ensure I have not had to have a root canal treatment quite yetdespite my expectation. Treatment is always explained clearly and my questions always understood and answered. Up to date equipment and lovely staff. They always recruit the best - I can verify this as I have been a client for 23 years!

Fantastic experience: From the experienced, friendly and extremely helpful receptionists to the dental team, l trust them completely to look after my dental health. I've been with this practice and its forerunner for 37 years.

Negative experience: Moved to Lancaster 2 years ago after excellent service at the practice at my previous address. The initial onboarding was good however this has been followed by appalling service and communication from the practice manager , made worse by poor maintenance of equipment in rooms that has resulted in delays and prolonged proceedures. Despite being patient with them due to covid they have failed to get in touch regarding emergency work on my teeth, I have been promised a call back by the practice manager 3 times without any response. Not happy at all

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have used the same dentist for probably at least three decades and at all times the service and treatment at all levels was of the highest standard. Naturally we are familiar with all aspects of treatment and it has , at all times, been without any trace of decline. We are indeed fortunate to have benefited from the culture of friendly professionalism which exists within the practice remaining unchanged, even in these difficult times. Fantastic experience: Great to see my dentist after so long of not being able to attend due to Covid. He gave my teeth a very thorough check over, yet without all the usual electronic instruments, this was done by hand, a labour of love I'm sure freeing me up from the horrendous amount of plaque that had built up since my last visit in January, and all under the strictest of Covid safety guidelines. Although I couldn't have my usual polish, my teeth felt 100% better, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Due to Corona Virus/COVID-19 many things have had to change. I had to change dentist, safety was of prime importance at Bay Dental and was catered for from moment one right through to the end of my appointment visit. What also highly impressed me was that my new Dentist Ms N. Osman and her Dental Assistant Bethany were able to converse in a very likeable manner which is highly commendable considering all the changes and challenges that this pandemic brings. Thank you all.
