Fantastic experience: I received treatment from Rebecca and Ayesha today. They were both so kind. Rebecca was so gentle and calming. I was really nervous due to a previous experience at another practise. There was No judgement or shaming (as my previous experience) Rebecca was just full of encouragement and reassurance. Negative experience: Had a check up been every three months for years ? Seen dentist Jackie dean said he'd pain over left side of my jaw plus specific pain on right side upper, examination completed cavity on right side not tooth decay just wear and tear, left side maybe needs igenist, normal check-up £26 now £72 and now in agony due to cavity on right side given no treatment, taking advice from CQC

Negative experience: Missed some appointments about a decade ago due to declining health issues and later switched dentists to a more anxiety friendly practice. Needed an emergency appointment as I was in agony and my usual dentist had removed me as a patient for not booking any check up appointments since COVID. Got booked in and felt relieved only to be told after giving my details that due to the missed appointments all those years ago I wouldn't be seen for my emergency anymore.

Fantastic experience: I was today seen by Jodie and I was so impressed with the treatment i received. I had previously informed Jodie on how I’m a very nervous patient and she was more than accommodating with my needs. She took it slow which made the experience much more easier and allowed me to compose myself when needed too. Overall it’s fair to say, im not going to be nervous when I need to return in 6 months time.

Negative experience: Rude mean looking staff..no numbing gel or plastic packet for gauze after??? Asked if I can apply numbing gel told by receptionist no we have our own??? Should not bring personal feelings to work too. Got the appointment slip shot at me rude unprofessional uncouth won't be back avoid like the plague.

Positive experience: Could do better to be honest my daughter had appointment and they cancelled it on the day she was supposed to be seen knowing she as a cyst/absess in her mouth receptionist phoned told me its going to be 2 weeks till she gets seen as the person phoned in sick i cant understand why they couldnt let her see somebody else

Fantastic experience: I have been with this dentist for a good few years now, no complaints what’s so ever, last Monday 7-11-22, l went with a broken tooth which had to come out, l seen a lad called ish, he’s polite pleasant so calming , he was brilliant, l never felt the injections going in, l didn’t even know the tooth was out, absolutely brilliant, thank you.

Negative experience: try ringing dentist to make appointment and it says we are busy dont know how you can be that busy when i been on phone since 8.30 and no one answered the phone and then when you do get though it keeps say phone back later what a joke

Fantastic experience: During these hard times I had to ring my practice I was in terrible pain with my two front teeth I had a cold so impossible to put people at risk the dentist gave me a telephone consultation and with 30 I had antibiotics and today I feel a lot better after just one night of antibiotics pain subsided but still there but a massive thankyou to my practice so well organised 5 stars from me x

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice. Ashley is a very caring, precise, professional in her job, explains everything clearly ensures a perfect job every time. I've tried a few dentists over the years and have never found one with such a high standard of care and attention and providing such a high standard. The same goes for the dental hygienist. The surgery is spotless and clean. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

After having recently found myself in pain with dental trouble the staff here went out of there way to fit me same day and showed genuine concern over my problem from the dental nurse and assistant to the girls manning the reception everyone was friendly and helpful.. Fantastic experience: I am petrified of dentist but had to go as in to much pain. I was very nerves and scared when I arrived but was taken in to a room and the dentist was so nice, helped me to calm down and took things at my own pace. Would highly recommend this dentist as the staff are amazing and very professional.

Fantastic experience: Whilst on holiday in my home town I lost a filling and tried several dentist to help me all of them said go to my own dentist when I get back to Torquay (yea right as if driving 400miles in pain would of helped me)I called Berwick hills to have a appointment 2hours later and was dealt with care and compassion and was on my way 1hr later all done and never felt a thing so I would highly recommend to anyonewell done and many thanks again
