Negative experience: Constantly cancel your appointments with no offer of rebooking, instead they expect you to ring up and reschedule but don't answer the phone. Been trying to get through for 2 weeks

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent problem a broken tooth and was seen within 24 hours and a referral made to an NHS surgery nearby. I called to say I had pain, painkiller was recommended, and they then called the next day to check that it had been effective. Excellent personal service. Thank you Smith and Associates

Negative experience: Awful, so I called 111 and this was one of the dentists that was recommended. I rang, was on hold for 20 minutes, the receptionist answered and asked if I was a patient. I simply stated I wasn't and that I needed an emergency appointment and was happy to pay, she then hung up! Absolutely shocking, I don't want anything to do with this Dentist surgery, have the courtesy to have some customer service skills! Absolutely shocking.

Fantastic experience: Just called at 11.50 today to ask few questions about my fillings im booked in for next week. I Just would like to thank the receptionist that that took my call, What a delightful happy beautiful person she was. If everyone spoke to you the way she did then what a gorgeous world this would be.

Negative experience: very difficult to get an appointment

Negative experience: Does not deserve a star, because one I went to see it and the reception gave me a telephone number to call on Thursday, I called the she told me again to call on Monday I I called again on Monday she called me again on Wednesday, imagine it continues like up to two months and even today I called it's the same thing she told me to call on Wednesday. If there are too many patients there is no problem, but on their site they say that they can take new patients, and a simple appointment with the dentist becomes a big problem. Look for other places it will be better to let tooth decay finish your teeth.

Negative experience: How is anyone supposed to get a check up appointment here . 4th time after emergency treatment check up has been cancelled with hours to go .4days off work to attend these appointments still no check up.

Fantastic experience: Not a great fan of dentist but. can I just say Leoni Harrison at this dentist is absolutely amazing.With having ASD I struggle with not being in control am things being placed in my mouth during check up .This dentist made me feel some much at ease an conformable throughout and said I could stop at any time during treatment. I would Highley recommend her for someone who struggles She made my vist so much easier an my anxiety level calm.

Positive experience: Takes way to long to answer the phone. In a queue with only 1 other person and it still took 35 minutes.

Negative experience: Everytime I make an attempt to make an appointment they cancel it. Very annoying.

Negative experience: The dentists are competent and friendly. The reception service is an absolute shambles. If the place is closed you still get a message saying you are number so and so in a queue. I once waited 35 minutes for an answer in vain ( and they were open ). If you turn up in person to book an appointment the middle aged woman who runs the reception is arrogant and supercilious, no people skills whatsoever. I'm changing dentists.

Negative experience: Absolute shambles, tried for 4 days to get an emergency appointment ringing up at 9 am and told I am first in line, when they finally answered was told all emergency appointments had gone. How does that work when I was told I was first in line, who is making the decisions and deciding who should get treatment. They are also using 111 as a get out for not treating patients. I was told by 111 in no uncertain terms that if you are registered with a dentist then it is their responsibility for the care and treatment of your teeth. One dentist on duty for a week is that good practice.

Fantastic experience: Went a few weeks ago to get 2 bad teeth out the dentist was brilliant I didn't even feel the needles getting put in my gum, Been with them for years and have always had good care and the staff are really nice.

Negative experience: Contacted this dentist to book a routine check up as i was due during lockdown i was told i could not book as i have an outstanding balance of £49 from last October when i ask what was the payment fir they informed me it was for a mouth guard i had fitted when i explained i had paid cash for it the same day i was rudely told you have not as our till was correct i was asked if i had my receipt for the payment from last October no!! I have been told i can not book an appointment till i pay the bill i have been made to i am a liar and thief! Working for the nhs myself on the frontline during covid19 why would i lie about a payment i feel very angry and upset by the attitude of this dentist practice

Fantastic experience: Joined Smith & Associates last year as my old practice changed to My dentist & everything changed they didn’t care wasn’t happy at all. A friend of mine recommend Smith & Associate and Ms Lee I am so happy I joined the staff is friendly and I am so lucky and pleased to have Ms Lee as my Dentist she’s friendly caring always tells you what she be doing advises you and so professional and always does a great job what ever needs doing with my teeth. I am really pleased thankful & blessed to have a Dentist like Ms Lee
