Fantastic experience: Got an appointment here after being up all night with terrible pain with a problem that's been going on for weeks had previously been to another emergency dentist regarding the same problem to be told that there was nothing they could see and that x rays wasent showing anything I am going to file a complaint about them after today. The dentist here was very professional and made me feel at ease the minute she looked in my mouth she could see a big hole in my wisdom tooth which some how the other dentist didn't see 5 mins later and my wisdom tooth is out no pain or anything can't thank the dentist enough and her assistant also cheers

Fantastic experience: Massively impressed with Smile together. I had not visited a dentist for 24 years until today. Within 6 hours of ringing i was within the Penzance Practice chair with 2 lovely dentist. I had a tooth removed which was completely painless. The dentists were fantastic at talking to me and telling me what they were doing. I give their service 5 stars! The service was so reassuring when all you really hear is bad things about dentists in this day and age. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: My daughter visited with a very painful wisdom tooth today & was greeted by an awful receptionist whom had a very interesting outlook on her symptoms and money management. Seems wasted on reception with his clear medical experience. Luckily I wasn’t there to put him in his place. Thank the lord for a decent & thorough actual dentist which has earned the 2 stars. Thankyou for looking after my girl, she travelled far in agony alone to be spoken to by a fool.

Fantastic experience: It absolute agony but went to Penzance clinic as an emergency referral. Amazing service and now pain free!! Thank you Victoria and Leoni. You are both superstars and deserve a raise

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is brilliant the dentist, dental nurse and receptionist really cared for the patient (grandson) put him at ease and explained everything what was going to happen. Emergency treatment. Can't praise them enough. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: I went to the emergency dentist today. I suffer with dental anxiety. Took a lot for me to come to in. Had a lovely guy and 2 lovely ladies. Quick and supportive and knows how to handle someone who struggles. It has boosted confidence in me that I am able to to do things that my brain tells me I cannot.

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter had 2 teeth extracted on Friday, she was very nervous and needed to be sedated . The dentist, Paula, and all the assistants we incredibly friendly and reassuring, I have Asperger's and they made sure everything was explained thoroughly, I had multiple opportunities to ask questions and most importantly they were great with trying to reassure my little girl and keep her as calm as possible. Thank you so much for taking such incredible care of my angel .

Negative experience: Terrible receptionist no real care and consideration ,should be put on a course on how to treat people with respect!!! Disgusting people!!!

Fantastic experience: Ref dec 27th appointment. Can't praise the dentist and dental nurse enough. They were both incredibly kind and patient in extracting two of my teeth that were badly broken. The dentist helped calm my breathing and constantly checked if I was okay during the entire procedure. Both wonderfully cheerful ladies that have helped heal a previous bad dental experience somewhere else. The reception staff were also kind and discrete when confirming my pay excemption. You have a wonderful team at PZ.

Fantastic experience: I take my disabled son to the Lescudjack centre in Penzance for his dental treatment, the ladies really are so lovely, can’t fault anything!

Negative experience: 2nd visit to this practice to put up with dentist arriving late and miss diagnosis has left me losing my teeth! Highly not recommend and very bad service! I suffer anxiety and they had the nerve to tell me I have throat cancer when I have not! Never turn for a smile from this practice

Fantastic experience: I was not looking forward to getting my tooth taken out this afternoon, but the two lady’s that were dealing with me were fantastic kept me calm and done the job correctly really happy highly recommended

Fantastic experience: As a company there very good! I called up at 8:30 this morning and got seen at 2:45pm the same day. The receptionist was lovely and chatty and the two dentist's taking my tooth out were friendly and professional! Reassuring me and keeping me calm the whole time. Would highly recommend 13/02/23 2:45pm.

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist in Penzance (The Lescudjack Centre) recently and was greeted with 2 lovely women. I was very anxious and I do not deal with it very well. They were both very patient with me and honestly if it weren’t for them I wouldn’t have got through it. My tooth was badly damaged and painful I was nearly in tears. I went there to try and get it removed but the tooth was still causing pain even with local anesthetic as I have something called irreversible pulpitis. The dentist did not want me to leave with the pain I was in so she thought of the best possible solution and helped me with it until my next appointment I honestly can’t thank her enough as I have been able to function and sleep better. I went from 10/10 to 2/10 pain thanks to her quick thinking. The dental nurse was very lovely too and she really supported me throughout. Again I’m very thankful for them both going the extra mile and making my situation much much more bearable. Thanks so much :)

Negative experience: Had an appointment some time ago that got cancelled by the practice. Since then each time I've called I was told to go private instead as they have no appointments. Today I've called and been told I am no longer on their register due to the length of time since my last appointment, despite this being down to them cancelling and having no appointments available!

Negative experience: Disgraceful, popped in to check why no one had followed up for our family appointments (6 members) and just told its been 2 years since you last came you have been removed from the list of patients. No client service, no client follow up, total disinterest, all the previous dentists have left. Moved to the BUPA practice instead in the high street, much more professional and quality service. Should be closed down, sadly we can't post negative stars.

Their abilities and patient care were exceptional and my heart felt thanks goes to them for the professional and quick removal of my tooth and for no longer experiencing such pain! Fantastic experience: I was away in Cornwall and needed an emergency appointment from being in so much pain. Paula the dentist really went out her way to help me out and I couldn't of appreciated it more. Both Paula the dentist and the Sarah the nurse were also lovely, welcoming and kept me informed when having sorting out my dry socket. Can't thank you both enough!

Fantastic experience: If dentists had always been like Paula, I would have gone more often. She's the best I have ever been treated by, very reassuring and she explains step by step what she is about to do and what you should feel or not. She didn't find the need to put me upside down even though it was a top Molar. Sarah the dental nurse has a way of keeping your mind occupied which is soothing. Corey is also already very professional for a trainee and he let me squeeze his hand as I was scared, while doing his job perfectly.

Fantastic experience: I had my canine tooth extracted today at this practice and I just wanted to personally thank Florance (or Florence) and her lovely dental technician, who I can't remember the name of (sorry) for everything they did for me. Fantastic experience: From the call to arrange my emergency appointment , to walking out the door following a tooth extraction, I recieved top class care and attention. Practice is very Covid compliant. Every member of the team were lovely. The Dental Nurse and Dentist were both very personable and professional . If I could give 10 stars I would. Fantastic experience: Took my 18 year old son in this morning (penzance) as an emergency with extreme pain in a old cavity. The dentist and her assistant were both wonderful with a very nervous patient and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thankyou

Negative experience: Terrible service One dentist that works on a Saturday morning. My mum is a private patient and cracked her tooth they offered her an appointment 3 weeks later. They also told her to lie to the NHS and tell them she wasn't private.

Fantastic experience: Just want to say thank you to the team in Bellair clinic. I had my tooth removed on Friday. Afterwards I had no pain, no bleeding, no swollen gums. I think the dentist who removed my tooth is magician. Big thank you to the nurse who was so lovely and helped me all way through as I was really scared you are amazing and I'm finally pain free
