Negative experience: Not even been to this dentist yet but already have a bad first impression from the way Kerry, the receptionist spoke to me over the phone. I made a simple enquiry regarding my nhs referral, that was approved over a month ago, and she was abrupt and initially said she would not be checking their records. I’m waiting for a call back to confirm. However with the way I was spoken to I don’t think I will be trying your practise on a private capacity either. Looking at previous reviews I see this is a reoccurring theme. I suggest training is in order.

Negative experience: Very rude woman on desk, wouldn’t recommend very unhelpful also, cancelled last minute without any notice, womans attitude was totally wrong to be in that job.

Fantastic experience: This dental surgery has been a life changer for me, I have spent the majority of my life terrified of the dentist, and through the professionalism of Mike and the rest of the team making me feel safe and welcome I've been able to undertake numerous proceedures including rather invasive ones like root canal. This would of not been possible at all a few years ago. Can't thank them enough.

Negative experience: Had appoitment few weeks ago with Mihai Herescu. Im not a fan of dentist because i suffer from Claustrophia but he didn't made me feel welcome atall he took a good 2 mins to turn around when i enter the room didn't say hello or SMILE atall he was so miserable!! i was in to minds of just to walk out. He made me feel bad about my teeth because i haven't been to the dentist for 10 years because i suffer from panic attacks. Never come across such a unprofessional dentist in my life such a dry personality it was joke! Not sure were you have find this dentist from! But i find a good one in caernarfon know a smile and hello when i arrive made me feel 100% better than this bloke.

Fantastic experience: I TRY TO AVOID DENTISTS, BUT I HAD TO WRITE A REVIEW STATING HOW PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND INFORMATIVE MARION THE DENTIST IS! FROM MY 1st CALL TO THE HELPFUL RECEPTIONIST TO MY APPOINTMENT, EVERYONE HAS BEEN VERY WELCOMING. MARION DID NOT RECOMMEND UNNECESSARY WORK OR TRY TO PUSH THE PRACTICE SERVICES ON ME. VERY HAPPY! CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SURGERY ENOUGH!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr Mihai Herescu with teeth that were in absolutely terrible condition. I fully expected to be told that all my front teeth needed extracting and that I'd get dentures. But he gave me the choice to try and save them, he couldn't guarantee that it would be successful but I feel very lucky that we was willing to try. I am a very nervous patient, but he has been excellent at giving me enough information so I knew what to expect without freaking me out. He was also very good at checking that I was OK and talking me through the difficult bits. I'm turning 25 next week, I don't have dentures and I got my smile back - I honestly can't recommend him enough!

Positive experience: Mike and Ceri have always been helpful and understanding. If I have had to cancel an appointment Ceri has given me alternatives without any fuss. I have been a patient at the surgery for many years. On each visit he explains the treatment and any forward planning. EA. Dothan

Fantastic experience: Just got back home after visiting the surgery. Iv'e been going to this surgery for years now, and never ever had any problems there. As usual, all the staff were pleasant and helpful. Mike [ Mihai ] was brilliant, absolutely top dentist. I like the way he explains everything so clearly about any procedure he's about to do, or other possible options. Dental surgeries are under massive pressure these day's, and for me, this surgery and it's staff work bloody hard to maintain an excellent level of service. I have freinds that use this practice and they all agree with me !

Negative experience: The service of an elderly female receptionist at the counter is very uncomfortable.

Negative experience: I recommend staying clear of this dentist. Their customer service is awful & I dreaded the few appointments I had there before deregistering. I felt like I was an "annoyance" each time I went there & I was always kept waiting with sessions running late. The final straw for me came when, with the terrible traffic caused by the work on the Menai Bridge, I was 8 minutes late for my appointment. This was the first time this happened. The receptionist took great delight, as I entered the surgery, in stating my appointment was cancelled as I was 2 minutes past their "6 minutes allowed lateness time". Looking clearly flustered & angry, she told me I could reschedule in 6 weeks if I wanted. I left immediately.

Fantastic experience: A well organised surgery with professional and very friendly staff, who provide an excellent service.

Negative experience: Trying to make contact with this practice is very difficult and after several emails I decided to leave work early to go in person and register my family and arrange check up appointments. However I haven't yet registered and after my encounter with the receptionist will definitely not be registering now. The receptionist was so unprofessional, rude and patronising women who has no customer service ability what so ever. I was so angry at her attitude and her complete lack of professionalism or regard for anyone's privacy. She should really consider another job away from the public.

Negative experience: I honestly have no idea what just happened, I called up + was met w a grumpy receptionist who didn't give me any time to process or try understand what she'd said, I have no idea what happened + then she hung up! The website says you're taking new patients though? Completely inappropriate way to handle a disabled potential customer

Negative experience: I rang up for some advice and to ask if it was possible to be seen. The receptionist was incredibly rude and even sighed when I asked her to explain something as I didn’t understand it. I understand dentists are under pressure but receptionist should not talk to patients, especially anxious ones, in that way.

Negative experience: Our children are registered here, but haven’t seen the dentist since I can remember! Initially because the surgery couldn’t hold a dentist down, so kept cancelling appointments. Then, since COVID, they just repeatedly cancel or postpone appointments by 3 months, even after we expressed concern with our sons teeth!! We’ve since registered with another practice, who have no problem seeing any of us.

Fantastic experience: I used to be a panicky patient. Very happy with Mike (Mihai) and the rest of the team though. I feel welcome, respected and at ease when there. Lovely dental nurses (including one in training). Can´t praise them enough.

Fantastic experience: Have Always found the staff friendly, I like Mihal`s approach and his advice, Had an extraction Yesterday by Mihal no fuss no bother and a spooky thing has just happened as I was writing this review Tina rang just to check how I was feeling . Positive experience: dentists are fine and most of the staff are. There's one receptionist who always puts a smile on my face. Unfortunately I was unlucky today and had the other one. Couldn't care less, no empathy, loosing your front teeth does not count as an emergency. Thank you and good bye. UPDATE been to the hygienist and she was absolutely amazing!! Warm, friendly, relaxed and first class work! Really really impressed!
