Fantastic experience: Receptionist always pleasant and professional. Always send reminder of my appointment and when making a new appointment I received a text message immediately giving me all the details. My own Dentist is extremely good and very pleasant, he explains everything to me prior to starting treatment and I can say wether it's a filling or extraction I have I hardly ever felt any pain.

Fantastic experience: In and out in about 10 minutes. Fixed my broken tooth. So relieved. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: First class care from Chris the dentist with my treatment. Completely painless care. Amazing work. All the staff are lovely from Admin to the Dental Nurses aswell. Would highly recommend to all.

Negative experience: I'll never go back there again. Arrogant and no empathy for clients who have anxiety

Fantastic experience: Decided to get a private dental plan as struggled to get NHS appointments for years. I’ve always been petrified of dentists and my heart sank when I was told I needed two extractions. I will say Chris has completely restored my faith in dentists. I’ve had both teeth out now and both times were done quickly and pain free. Honestly can’t recommend them enough. The receptionists are a credit too!

Fantastic experience: My treatment at "mydentist" was carried out by Helen and Chloe who put me at ease on every visit and showed nothing but care and compassion due to my nervousness. Highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Went in 9am with the worst pain I’d ever experienced, 90 minutes later I was in the chair, given antibiotics and an appointment 4 days later to have 2 teeth out. 4 days later 2 teeth out and pain free. Absolute amazing team Thank you Only gripe is I was a bit disappointed I didn’t get a lollipop and a good boy sticker

Fantastic experience: I got an emergency appointment the other day for a tooth extraction as it was causing me much pain for the past couple year. But I am also teffified of the dentist, hence why I went a few year with it beforehand, but everyone there, the receptionist, the dentists, they were so kind and understanding considering I was shaking like mad, just very friendly and professional and definitely the best experience I've had at a dentist before, very highly recommend :3

Negative experience: When I came for my appointment the dentist this time was really rough with me, you could of cut the atmosphere with a knife there was no nice customer service between the dentist and his assistant it was silent it was so uncomfortable! Couldn't wait to get out..... I have never experienced this at any dentist I have ever been too

Fantastic experience: I have had some bad experiences with dentists and suffer with anxiety. I was advised to try this dentist and I'm so glad I did. I had about 2 hours work done during one appointment and normally I would have been a total mess but Chris ( the dentist) and his assistant kept checking to make sure I was ok and just made me feel really safe.

Fantastic experience: A definite recommendation from me, and thank you to ALL staff at the practice. Sometimes a bit of waiting from the appointment time but that's because when being treated you are not rushed or things cut short- it's what happens to you and also to the patients before you so everyone is properly looked after and treated. You don't want your treatment rushed and neither should those before you be hurried along. Everyone within the practice takes time with you, you feel cared for and looked after. They are all nice and pleasant too, good for a place that's scary to quite a few people. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Emergency dental treatment and absolutely outstanding. Rachel and her assistant where amazing. I was extremely nervous and they were so friendly and re-assuring and now after 4 weeks, pain free!!!! Unfortunately they are not taking on new patients yet, but I will as advised just keep enquiring. I hated going to my old dentist, but this experience has shown me that with a friendly reassuring team its not that bad and felt relaxed and safe. Thank you soo much.

Negative experience: Majority of times waited no less than forty minutes over my appointment time to see the dentist. Once it was one and a half hours. Wouldn't go back.

Fantastic experience: I have to say that I don't like dentists but Chris Clark seems to put you at ease I'm not worried about going not that I like the treatment but this is a very friendly dentists all the staff are pleasant and chat to you when you come in really pleased I found it

Fantastic experience: I have never had any problems with 'My Dentist' When I have an appointment due I receive plenty of text messages reminding me, which is great! The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. My dentist, Afroditi is THE BEST!! I had a difficult tooth to sort out and Afroditi sorted things out for me, she was determined. Afroditi always asks if I am comfortable during treatment and she gives excellent advise after the treatment. Thankyou Afroditi
