Fantastic experience: Ich ließ mich wegen starken akuten Zahnschmerzen während unseres Urlaubs in der Praxis behandeln, Dr. Mehrabanian hat zusammen mit Grace sehr gute Arbeit geleistet, sie waren sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Auch hat sich Dr Mehrabanian bemüht, die Verständigung ( ich komme aus Deutschland und spreche nicht perfekt englisch) zu erleichtern. Ich kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen

Fantastic experience: Have previously had appts with both Dr Fitter and Dr Mehrabanian and a hygienist appt with Mr Zarei. All incredibly kind, thorough and explain things very clearly. Great dental practice and those on reception are lovely and helpful.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience with Bupa dental in Dingwall. My first dentist Mojtaba Mehrabanian was awkward and did a terrible job. He put in a filling that lasted me two days. Moreover, he made me feel very uncomfortable. When I put in a complaint and changed dentists, I made a new appointment, the second dentist Nigel Fitter refused to treat me because I had put in a complaint. Instead of cancelling over the phone, he made me come to the practice, made me wait so he could humiliate me. Moreover, management is unreachable and unresponsive. These are supposed to be professionals? Unprofessional and shocking behaviour!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using this dental practice for the last six years, and have been entirely happy with the level of expertise, professionalism and service. It really is a first class operation, and the current main dentist, Moji, is absolutely at the top of his game and also the nicest guy imaginable.

Negative experience: Not a pleasant experience. Phone before trying to enter - the door is locked. (December 2022) No information or advice without direct request and direct questions from the client, during the appointment. Repeatedly asked to get in the chair when there was no need to be in the chair at all - clearly a powerplay! Allegedly a phobia free practice - the whole experience heightened my anxiety enormously. Definitely NOT worth the money!

Fantastic experience: This was my 1st time at this BUPA dentist, and I was very impressed. From the receptionist and then Ed Boyle and his assistant I was put at ease straight away. Ed spent time doing a full examination, check-up and x-rays and then explaining the proposed treatment I needed. I was so pleased to discuss the problems i/c my broken tooth with Ed. Fantastic experience: After much deliberation I decided to go private and really glad I did. My first point of contact was receptionist Elisha and she was amazing! Lovely mannerism and put me at ease with tips on how to relax, also lots of contact and communication. My dentist was Ed and he was great as well, lovely bedside manner and very calm, kept me informed every step of the way and his attention to detail was very obvious. I'm so glad I took the leap as I am really happy with all the work he has done so far.

Fantastic experience: Finally got around to some much needed dental treatment directly after New Year celebrations. Ed Boyle competently took care of missing fillings, replacement crowns and sprucing up my teeth. I'm delighted with the result, I've now got the "circle of confidence smile' and happy with my chew/bite. John in the cactus lab upstairs did a first class job making my crowns; and both he and Ed went out of their way to make sure my treatment was successful, within the time-frame. and painless. I give the whole team at Bupa Dental Care Dingwall 5 stars, and heartily recommend their practise.

Fantastic experience: My 10 yr old daughter broke her 2 front teeth last night and was absolutely distraught. I phoned the Bupa Dental clinic this morning, the staff were very understanding and helpful. This afternoon Lily was seen by Ed Boyle and his nurse Jackie. We walked in at 3pm, very nervous and unsure of what was going to happen and by 3.45pm, my daughter walked out with an enormous smile and 2 beautiful new front teeth. Ed & Jackie were excellent with my daughter and I, we were both nervous & emotional and we were reassured and talked through each step of the procedure. Cannot recommend enough, I'm still in disbelief that we were lucky enough to receive such top-quality treatment so quickly after her accident.

Fantastic experience: Alicia is obviously an excellent addition to the team! She was very friendly and interacted with me informing me of the changes taking place. It was good to see someone at the desk when I arrived and able to take time to talk to the clients! I hate going to the dentist! But Alicia fulfilled her role excellently!
