Fantastic experience: I would agree that dentists are expensive but Paul and the team care about the patients and take the time to explain the treatment a person needs and cost I am happy with the treatment I receive and if I would have listened to him on many occasions I would not be running into problems with my teeth well done Paul and the team

Fantastic experience: The best dental treatment I have ever had. My teeth have always been a problem and like me, they are aging. I have been going regularly to Marie since 2021. She is quite frankly a genius. Both Marie and Paul are the best dentists I have ever had. Scrupulously honest and caring. Patricia who runs the practice like a well oiled machine always gets me an appointment as quickly as she can when I have trouble with my teeth. The Dental nurses are all fantastic. I thought it was time I put my thoughts down here as Patricia has just found an appointment for me. Thankyou all.

Fantastic experience: Felt well looked after for my procedure with Paul, nice and friendly felt reassured for every step of the treatment plan during the first initial consultation; very thorough for what to expect during day of appointment, it can be so hard getting a new dentist but Paul is definitely one of the good one's.

Negative experience: They claim it is a “privilege to care,” but true care means acting in the patient’s best interest, not only when there is payment involved. When asked for urgent help without payment, they refused, showing that their commitment to care is conditional on financial gain.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend more! All the staff are friendly and caring. Would 100% recommend to everyone especially those who are nervous.

Fantastic experience: Simply a dental practice that puts patients first. It's hard to under estimate a team that's main priority is perfecting your smile.

Positive experience: I do not like having to pay in full for an appointment 6.weeks ahead. Very pleased with my treatment .I am 84 and have never missed a dental appointment. Therefore I can be trusted to keep appointments and pay.

Fantastic experience: 1st off ALL other dentists in the local area need to take a page from the Cochrane dentals book. I was in major need of help and Paul and team had me booked in with in 3 hours. Being private I was expecting a massive bill at the end and how wrong was I the prices definitely do not reflect the love care and attention I received today. I felt at ease and comfortable and Paul made sure he explained everything to me so there was no surprise prodding. As for the receptionist team they where 100%, the telephone manner was exceptional and nothing but smiles from when I entered to when I left. I look forward to seeing you all in the near future so I can sort the rest of my teeth in comfort.

Fantastic experience: You don’t need any other dentist. Paul has a brilliant attention to patient, detail and comfort, explains what is happening, is genuinely engaged and interested in you as a person, and motivated to help you get a good solution to your toothy or gummy problem. I have been through a lot of dentists in my time, and Paul is head and shoulders above them all, thank you.

Fantastic experience: It's great to feel safe and looked after when you are at your most vulnerable. An atmosphere of care.

Negative experience: Yes l have been a patient for nearly 40 years until you have now decided to get rid of nhs patients in place of private. Very sad l had to move but thankfully you were able to keep my children on as nhs and give them a check up appointment nearly 5 months away!!! We're all now with a lovely new dentist and had a check up within a week!! Would never of happened under Mr King.

Negative experience: Give two stars very hard to get app way any of them even when they do see you and if you need a filling or treatment of any kind . instead of doin it ther and then they bring you back in two weeks wot goods that if your in pain .would have mr king and laura back anyday old school and treat you like family woulding want to see any one suffer .think its time to up your game give pataince the treament ther deserve anomous pataince. Other than that lovely dentists .

Fantastic experience: Very good dentist but really difficult to get appointments with compared to previous owner. This dentist moved from another part of Northern Ireland and some of previous customers still go to him. I think that this is main reason why it is so hard for local clientele to get appointments. If this was a medical practice the above wouldn't happen.

Fantastic experience: The staff throughout Cochrane dental care are friendly and welcoming. Paul puts you at ease and always helpfully explains any concerns he sees developing and the options to treat. I and my family can make informed decisions about subsequent treatment and know that nothing will be overlooked. Paul has such a passion for dentistry and evidently loves his job. This enthusiasm and willingness to help is evident throughout the whole team. Like many, I grew up with a fear of the dentist, but not anymore! Thanks to all at Cochrane dental care.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous, friendly professional service. Having had a bad experience from another dental practice, a friend recommended I try Mr Paul Cochrane. I was scared to say the least but within seconds I was made to feel at ease. He talked me through what was happening at each stage of the treatment and what my best options were. I can 100% recommend Cochrane Dental Care. An asset to dental care in Coleraine.

Fantastic experience: Family friendly practice . Dr cochrane is a very professional and friendly dentist . My son refuses to go anywhere else , we have been patients of his for several years . Cannot rate him highly enough . I would recommend this practice to all my family and friends. Staff are all fab and make you feel very welcome ! :)

Negative experience: Unacceptable Had an appointment for 10 am arrived early to find waiting room already packed and at least one other person with the same appointment time having waited thirty five minutes and still two patients who were having more than a check up still in front of me I had to attend another appointment so was forced to leave No explanation for delay or apology was presented by the demist As this was my first time since Mr King retired to attend dental practice I am very disappointed with this service John Smyth
