Fantastic experience: I had such a lovely experience at Roseland Dental whilst having my Smile White treatment. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from start to finish, and they talked me through every step of the process which made me feel really comfortable and well looked after. My dentist, Omar, was fantastic — professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring throughout. I’m so happy with my results and would highly recommend Roseland Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have just had my first ever tooth extraction, a wisdom tooth. Not something that I was looking forward to as I was expecting an unpleasant experience with blood and pain. I had the dentist Omar, he explained what was going to happen he gave me some injections to numb the area and twenty minutes later it was all over, no wrestling to get it out and much to my relief no bleeding. I was expecting some pain when the anaesthetic wore off but had none, not even an ache. What a brilliant dentist and a really nice guy too! Many thanks to the assistant as well.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous dentist that have been great with me as a nervous patient . I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 10 years due to nerves and my teeth were a bit of a state. When the toothache finally got too much for me I knew something had to be done so made an appointment. Martin showed no judgement about how I had let things get and was gentle with me from start to finish. Dental nurses, hygienist, receptionist have all been nothing but reassuring and compassionate at every stage. Two fillings and two extractions later I’m now back on track and will be making sure to keep up with my 6 monthly check ups so that I don’t end up back in the same state in future.

Fantastic experience: Can’t thank to the team highly enough. Initial check up on Tuesday, tooth extracted by Thursday. Omar and Ash and their team who saw me on separate occasions are top class.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Brian and the team at Roseland Dental Care enough. I rang up on a Saturday in a lot of pain and feeling completely hopeless. I spoke to a receptionist and a dental nurse who were both very kind and was seen within the hour. I was treated very well, had everything explained to me thoroughly, and made to feel at ease. Fantastic experience: While on holiday my temporary bridge came out! This was Friday evening! Checked local dentists and only two were open on a Saturday . Rang Roseland Dental Clinic at 09.00 the very helpful receptionist booked me in at 11.00! My wife had a coffee at at a new Coffee shop 100 yards away while I met Brian who was very professional and explained everything in detail. 30 minutes later I walked through the village to meet my wife. Outstanding treatment and so courteous. I have also received a email detailing the treatment so I can pass this on to my dentist back home ready for an implant. Thank you Brian once again and please pass on my thanks to your assistant who made my visit so relaxing. Fantastic experience: I would like to express my grateful thanks to Omar and Dental Nurse Rosie for being so very kind and caring when on my recent appointment at Roseland Dental, Omar expertly relieved me of a badly infected broken tooth. I am rather ancient and it was a bit of an ordeal but they made me feel as comfortable as they could. Rosie even held my hand during the whole process for which I was extremely grateful. Fantastic experience: Now 10 days since having an impacted wisdom tooth removed by Omar. As anyone who has gone through this will know, it is a brutal experience , leaving me feeling quite 'knocked about'. That is not a negative refection of Omar, more the procedure. Omar was great, explained everything very clearly, and it went completely to plan and, I am pleased to say, with none of the potential side effects. After being sore, in pain (kept under control with Ibuprofen and Paracetamol), and looking like an overfed hamster for a few days, I am now completely recoved. Omar is clearly a very experienced Dental Surgeon, I am very happy to have been referred to him, especially as it was done very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Great to have this capability available in our neck of the woods.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and service! Recently had root canal treatment which was excellent. Ash is fantastic and really puts you at ease. I would highly recommend!

Positive experience: I cannot praise this practice highly enough, being on holiday and having a major tooth problem, they were kind enough to see me within 24 hours of calling, the receptionist could not have been more helpful and the dentist more professional..X-rays taken and problem solved, and treated with the up most care..would i recommend this practise 100% and I found them reasonably priced… Thank you for the care

Negative experience: Appalling customer treatment. My son and I have lived in the village for 18 years and have been patients. I have not used the dentist many times as it is expensive as a single Mum and I haven't had any problems. I tried to book myself and my son check up's recently and was told we are no longer on 'their books' and would need 'new patient' check along with X-rays at £90 each. I questioned this and had the Practice Manager - a very rude lady- tell me that she does not want us on her books as we haven't been enough. I have never been treated this way by a local business and was quite upset. Seems to me that they are fine if you are wealthy and can afford to spend money there regularly but if you aren't they are just not interested. Not a nice business to deal with (shame as the lady on reception was nice) but the Practice manager awful.

David and his staff acted very professional, but everyone was also easy to talk to. Very nice atmosphere & they take time with YOU. They aren't in & out quickly, rushing from patient to patient. They were all very friendly, very knowledgeable, willing to help, and work with you. I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.
