Fantastic experience: Welcoming and friendly practice, every member of staff went out of their way to greet you with a warm and friendly attitude, nothing was too much trouble, and my new dentures look and feel fantastic.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently registered with this dental practice and have been really impressed. The practice is in a great location, and all of the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Kate, our dentist, and Kamal, our hygienist, were both polite, professional and put us completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything to both my husband and me throughout our appointments, making sure we understood each step and answering any questions we had. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend both Kate and Kamal, as well as the practice as a whole.

Fantastic experience: After an accident, I needed emergency dental treatment, and this practice was fantastic from the start. They fitted me in at very short notice, quickly assessed the damage, and carried out the treatment with professionalism and genuine care. The results looked completely natural, and I was so impressed that I registered with them as a regular patient. Every visit since has been excellent. The team is always friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Rather than simply telling you what to do, they educate you on how to look after your teeth at home and explain why it matters, which I really appreciate. The standard of care and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and professional dental team.

Fantastic experience: I having been going to Alliance Dentistry for over 8 years. This is an outstanding Dental Practice. This year I decided that I would like to brighten up my smile with teeth whitening. I made an appointment with Lisa and we discussed my concerns along with my health issues. These issues were taken onboard and the right treatment was found for me. I have been amazed by the results, and would definitely recommend making an appointment with Lisa. Working with Lisa and following Lisa's advice on oral hygiene and sensitivity, will help get the best results. Also I would like to thank Annie my hygienist, who keeps my teeth in tip top shape :)

Fantastic experience: We finally made the move to a local dentist after three years of living here. Glad we found Alliance Dentistry - it cam highly recommended from neighbours. It has clean modern facilities, lots of parking, very friendly staff and the dental team took time to explain what they were doing, discuss options and ensure we felt comfortable and in control of decisions. It offers Denplan as well which we previously had. We should have moved earlier!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sheldon is beyond knowledgeable and dedicated; options for tooth replacement, cavity treatments, whitening and post appointment care is thorough and fully explained in layman’s terms. Reception is friendly and organised - the foyer fitted with comfortable seating. Steps for new patients are clearly explained and easy to follow in the clean, calm environment. Pricing is transparent and budget oriented care is available without judgment. Payments are straightforward, without hidden features nor a push for extra products, although they are available to buy if you’re in need. I’m very grateful for this service, thank you all staff. x

Fantastic experience: The front-of-house staff are professional, friendly and accommodating to fit appointments around work. Dr Sheldon has been reassuring and clear throughout treatment, taking care to ensure I am comfortable every step and to check if there have been problems since last treatments (there haven't); his assistants have also been alert to my comfort and dignity, quick to respond to his instructions and helped keep me at ease.

Positive experience: Very friendly at reception and in the treatment room. Dental work - and care - explained in full and in understandable fashion. I’ve been to a dental practice in several towns in several parts of the country and this one is the best.

Fantastic experience: I recently had treatment to replace two bridges plus a crown. This was completed over two separate appointments lasting 5 and a half hours in total. The surgery was necessary due to a fall which had caused the damage. At every stage of the treatment David Hotchen and his team were simply amazing. They gave me confidence that all would be well. The result was even better than I'd expected;so after nearly two years of being embarrassed about smiling I'm now more than happy to do so. I recently had another tooth crowned.Once again the process was professionally done and painless.I have no hesitation in recommending Alliance.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Ludlow last year, had to join Alliance waiting list and have just returned home from my first appointment with the delightful Har Singh! Although I have never been nervous about visiting the dentist, this first check up was the most thorough, professional and reassuring I have ever had. Har has the most calming and gentle approach, I felt totally relaxed. His voice has a lovely soporific effect, I would highly recommend Har to anyone suffering from dentistry phobia ! Fantastic experience: I’m very happy with my recent experience. David extracted a couple of teeth and I can honestly say it was painless; uncomfortable sure, but then what tooth extraction isn’t. They also noticed one of my medications could be a potential problem and rescheduled my appointment, after checking with my consultant.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been attending Alliance Dentistry since we moved here 11 years ago. I cannot recommend the practice too highly. Everyone is very kind, caring and helpful. I was originally seeing David but because of my gum problems he recommended I switch to Michael. Michael has been a star in the 5 years I’ve been going to see him. I’m really sorry to see him leave the area but wish him well in the future. He will be missed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely superb experience. Needed some involved procedures and treatment. I am severe sight impaired (blind) and they more than took my needs on board in respect of this, and my anxiety at visiting the dentist. I felt I was treated like an individual and not ‘just another patient’ by both Michael Teft, and his chair-side nurse and assistant, Lisa Crook. Superb experience, and the after-care and telephone calls from them to be sure all was going well have to also come in for praise and due recognition. I’ve never known a dentist practise like it and wish I’d found them 8 years ago when I first moved here.

Fantastic experience: I don’t ever write reviews, until today!! I’m not a big fan of going to the hygienist purely because I don’t like being poked, and prodded, and nervous . But today was a really good experience both Annie, and the nurse ( sorry didn’t see her name) put me at ease, very professional explaining everything as they went about their work! I’d definitely recommend anyone who is a bit nervous to book up an appointment with these two!! Won’t think twice about going again next time!

Fantastic experience: I tried for months to find a dentist and then came across this one. Fantastic customer service, a professional and friendly practice. From the receptionist, to the dentist I saw Michael, and hygienist Honor with her great playlist, plus the fabulous nurses. I have to travel half an hour in the car from Wales when I have one 2 minutes walk from my house. It's worth the mileage. I can't tell you how much better my teeth and gums feel finally!! Thoroughly recommend.
