Fantastic experience: I have been to so many dentists over the past few years and I am so incredibly happy to have found Katie and the team. I had high anxiety and pain, they were all so reassuring and understanding. The hygienists, receptionists, dental nurses… all amazing and incredibly knowledgeable, with a holistic understanding. There is such a high level of care and love within the staff team, that the whole experience is like no other. My daughter has just had some work carried out with Katie and they were utterly incredible with her. Explained absolutely everything to her without adding fear. Let her look at all of the tools and really took their time with everything. I am so happy we found Katie and her team.

Fantastic experience: I joined Woodhill last week (Feb 26) as I needed a filling before going into hospital. The practice is beautifully clean and inviting and their receptionist was knowledgeable and quite delightful. Katie and her team were fantastic - I was a little nervous but they full examined me - explained everything beautifully, gave advice and options. Also, they gave me a clear and priced plan going forward. I joined their dental plan which gave 10% off and more importantly peace of mind. So, I left with my shiny white filling, very happy with my decision to join and a little giggle along the way with these most lovely people - highly recommended. Thank you all x

Fantastic experience: I had a filling today completed by Georgina and Arabella. They both were everything you could want, kind, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. Together they worked really well in reassuring me and I felt very comfortable in their hands. Even the little things such as making sure I was happy with the work they had completed. Both are a Credit to Katie’s surgery and I highly recommend the practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately my Tunbridge Wells dentist (I'd been with for over 25 years retired). I had no choice but to find a new dentist. As it was obviously going to be a stranger, I thought I might as well find a 'stranger' closer to home. After a lot of research, I joined Woodhill. I'm really pleased with my decision. I started with a repair to a broken tooth. It was a very professional job that went well. After a general check-up, it was established that I needed another tooth extracted. Again, a very professional job. No pain experienced during the procedure. No after affects or discomfort, excellent job. I had a follow up call several days later to check that everything verything was OK. It was and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dentist. I'm 80 and very fussy about my teeth. So, if I say they are good, you can be assured they are.

Dr K Chapman has been brilliant since visiting the practice, always honest and certainly has my best interest at heart. Fantastic experience: Katie is fantastic, she saved my smile about 8 years ago, and I'd recommend anyone to visit her, for the very highest standard of treatment. I've been having my regular check ups ever since. Being severely phobic of visiting the dentist I needed lots of work done, after years of neglect. If you are in the least bit scared of the dentist she is the person to help. I'll never go anywhere else, happy to travel the extra distance to Mayfield.....or beyond! (Please don't move to Melbourne next )

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Katie for facial aesthetics for a few years as it's very important to me to see someone highly qualified and professional rather than a beautician. She is so patient, knowledgeable, professional and really knows what she is doing. She's also SO good at injecting in the least painful way! I'm getting married next year so I'm currently trialing some different botox areas (gummy smile) as well as a little bit of lip filler to make sure that I look like the best version of my natural self on the day. I've been hesitant about getting it as I really didn't want to look un-natural, but my natural lips had lost a lot of their natural fullness as I'm getting older. I am THRILLED with my results. I've had so many compliments on how full but natural they look and I feel more confident that I have in years. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my face! I can't recommend Katie highly enough!

However following Woodhill online, you could immediately tell that Katie had created a space that was calm and extremely friendly. From booking my first appointment I felt so comfortable. Fantastic experience: I recently had my first consultation with Dr Katie Chapman and was very impressed. She was very gentle and informative. I was given a full treatment plan, with a detailed breakdown of costs and appointments needed. I am not the best dental patient but Katie and her team were kind and understanding, which made me relax and feel at ease. I needed an extraction and was booked in with Dr Murshid Salman. There were no long waiting lists for appointments and the extraction itself was pain free! I have been over joyed with my treatment so far. Fantastic experience: Katie Chapman is an extremely talented, professional, and wonderfully caring dentist! After using an awful NHS dentist throughout my childhood, I developed a genuine phobia of the dentist, the thought of going alone was enough to make me feel sick and anxious. As a result, I stopped going to the dentist all together and didn’t really care about my oral hygiene. As I grew up, I began to appreciate the importance of looking after my teeth, but knew how much work I would need doing so put it off once again. Then I met Katie and she made me feel at ease right from the start. Knowing how nervous I was, she took the time to explain everything to me and paid attention to my body language throughout the process, making sure I was okay. 1 root canal, 7 fillings, and 9 hours later, I can honestly say that I didn’t feel any pain and will definitely be going to the dentist as regularly as I should, with no fear or second thoughts. All of the fillings have been completed to the highest standard, and I have not had a single problem with any of them following the treatment. I am extremely happy with the results (you wouldn’t even be able to tell that there are fillings there at all!). A massive thanks to Katie and the rest of the team at Woodhill dental centre. They are all super friendly, caring, and professional. I would recommend this dental practice to my friends, family, and just about anybody that asks.
