Fantastic experience: I went to a bad dentist in Peterborough who didn’t numb my mouth properly for a tooth extraction, and left me with the tooth still in my mouth and agony. I called Night and day and they saw me at 10:30PM tonight, numbed my mouth properly, talked me through the entire procedure, and got the tooth out, the examination, numbing, and extraction took only an hour, and I am so relieved and the pain is pretty much gone now. I am so happy with their service, Zain and Emma are fantastic, I cannot rate them highly enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff there. Very welcoming. Talked through most of my treatment telling me what they were doing. They made sure I was comfortable. And when they were finished and I wanted just an extra little touch up they were very polite to do so. Definitely recommend this place.

Negative experience: I had a lot of pain in two of my teeth. After I told her about it, the dentist said they needed to be filled and the pain would go away and I agreed, after she filled them she said one of the teeth hole is deep might be the feeling doesn’t affect while she should said that before she start feeling them.then she said if I will have pain go back to her to sorte it after couple of days pain started again and went back to her and told her but she asked me to repay her while she should sorted as she said but unfortunately she didn’t do it…

Fantastic experience: I had toothache for a few days and decided to call Night & Day Dentist at the weekend. They booked me in within an hour of my call and the treatment required was completed within literally 30mins of me getting there! They sorted out the pain I was experiencing via a tooth extraction. All treatment was completed in a professional manner by the dentist and the friendly and professional staff who work there. Many thanks for such a fab service!

Fantastic experience: Amazing service and although I have an infection which is fairly common the follow up has been fantastic I’ve been back a few times and had teeth removed and although I’ve been in hell for the last 8 weeks I have to say each visit has been a step toward being pain free. Positive experience: I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and so came to see if there was anything a dentist could do. I cannot fault the staff as they were incredibly informative and helpful answering my questions and booking me in, however the prices are very very steep! I completely understand that they are private and open out of hours which is great, but as expected it soon adds up very quickly. As a student away from home, I unfortunately had no choice but to go to an emergency dentist. It definitely isn’t cheap but my situation also wasn’t ideal and needed to be sorted. If it’s an absolute emergency and you have a good amount to spare (basically not a student) then this place is great as they do offer great service just be mindful of this!

Negative experience: Although he did a good job. Let me honest the price is bullshit. Tooth extraction doesn't cost £394 Reality is they jack up the pice because I was poor and a low income member of the public.even after repeated attempts telling them I don't have a lot of money. To remove bone. It costs nothing. Literally. But... Anaesthesia or numbing injections coats £95-£124 depending on the brand. So counting all of the cost I should had be charged. £145 as fair rate. They Changed me a 172% above market rate. If your a low income individual. Avoid this place at all costs. #Secretshopper

Negative experience: Great service by my dentist seen quickly only a 40min (post scheduled appointment) wait once arrived in clinic. Truly happy with service but pricing is not forth comming for NHS or private pantients which is against GDC policy and after finding out pricing it is considerably more expensive than london. I would of returned if pricing was reasonable but £450 for a simple and small chipped tooth is ridiclous (even when considering a quick/emergency appointment). Other clinics in leicester are £200 to £300 so this clinic is more than a 30% uplift despite long opening hours I would only return in an emergency or if they had set pricing. Also they only offer a 6 months guarantee when I as a standard have always had a 12 month guarantee included at a more afforable price. They did offer a GWG for pricing miscommunication which was a free consultation within 4 weeks. But anyways I have reported the pactice to the GDC for lack of transparency in pricing and again great service but awful awful pricing.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely experience with this dentist today! I called them this morning (after a week of sleepless nights in pain from a tooth I’d broken about a year ago) and they couldn’t have been more lovely. They managed to get me an appointment same day! When I arrived, the reception staff were lovely, and I was seen within 5 mins! Paid £50 for the consultation and was given the news that I expected: I needed to have the broken tooth removed. The Dr had me all numbed up within a few minutes and the actual extraction also only took a few minutes! The dentist was really friendly, and really took the time to hear my issue and reassure me. His dental assistant kept us chatting happily the whole time too! I’m really sorry that I didn’t catch the names of the lovely people who helped me but everyone was lovely! The costs are private rates and quite expensive, but you get what you pay for! And 4 weeks of aftercare included is reassuring for me!

The treatment plan was clearly explained, with no hidden costs. The service was impeccable, and we will continue using their private practice for her ongoing dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I urgently needed a tooth removed, as it was broken and infected. I was able to get in for a consultation VERY quickly. Everyone was brilliant, and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. The bad tooth was extracted with no problems, and I was out and back to work within an hour. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from all the surgery. From Sufaira calling to check how I was to Rami being so understanding when I visited. I was treated by Lama assisted by Emma and they explained everything clearly and carried out a tooth extraction within an hour with minimal discomfort. 3 hours later and I’m completely pain free. Cannot recommend Night and Day Emergency Leicester highly enough and will be using them in future.

Negative experience: Ok changing this from 5 star to 1 star. Have surgery booked for 2 weeks time. Attended and paid close to £300. Abscess found and given antibiotics which I thought was strange but they seemed to be working first day. Had an NHS appointment on Thursday and the shock of my usual dentist that the tooth was not removed at that point immediately as the infection was in the tooth and noted by the NHS dentist straight away. Extraction done immediately yesterday. Had told night and day I had no real reason to keep an infected tooth as I needed to be cleared for surgery with no infection. NHS dentist who is clearly not price gouging couldn't believe they had left the tooth and I'd paid £300 for basically some anti biotics. Really angry about this. Infection cleared as soon as the tooth was removed. Was put off removal by night and day probably so I would need to return for an extraction at extra cost. Many dentists in Leicester are taking NHS patients so find one and ask for an emergency appointment they will fit you in and avoid these guys. I can't believe how much money and time wasted. Now keep phoning me for what I assume is some sort of refund to remove my review. Lol

Fantastic experience: I stupidly put off getting a cracked wisdom tooth removed for months. I've never needed any dental work before and was embarrassed that I'd let it get bad and nervous. Adam and Emma were brilliant, there was no judgement, just practical advice. For anyone that is scared... it was very quick and painless. I was told I was going to be moved to sit up, thinking it was to change the angle, only to realise it was because the tooth was already out. Thank you!

Negative experience: In October 2024 my husband went in for a an emergency root canal treatment which failed because the dentist had drilled a whole side way not straight into the tooth to take out the nerves which then resulted in infection, multiple appointments with different dentist and now the tooth is beyond saving. Not worth the money! The pain was relieved but the issue not sorted. Do not recommend having a root canal with this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Extremely positive experience. Called up that morning to explain that I had broken two of my teeth, by the afternoon i was seen by the dentist. First impressions when I walk through the door was a clean and friendly environment, the front of house reception team were extremely helpful and very friendly, they were very accommodating and even asked if I wanted something on TV while I was waiting. The dentist called me in after only waiting 10 minutes, again, I'm very professional and put me at ease. After carrying out an initial x-ray he was able to give me a couple of options of what I could do to rectify the issue I had. The whole time through the procedure the communication was excellent and even though I had a tricky procedure Which was uncomfortable they were happy to stop whenever I needed to take a break. Aftercare. I have received several communications since my procedure to check that I am doing okay and healing well which is much appreciated it's nice to know that I am backed up if I need to go in again due to pain or infection I would quite happily give this dentist a five-star rating. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly, and they managed to book me in straight away. Fantastic experience: I visited Night and Day Emergency Dentist on a Friday evening with severe tooth pain. During the consultation, it turned out the pain was caused by a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. I was offered immediate help, but I wasn’t prepared at the time and decided to come back the next day. On Saturday, I returned for the extraction, and although I was really nervous, the staff were incredibly kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. The procedure itself took just a few minutes and was completely painless – I was honestly surprised at how smoothly it went. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a great dentist, I can’t recommend Night & Day enough and their team are absolutely amazing—super professional, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. You never feel rushed, and they take the time to explain everything so you know exactly what’s going on. I used to get really anxious about going to the dentist, but they make the whole experience so much easier. The office is clean, welcoming, and has a really comfortable vibe. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or something more involved, you’re in great hands here. Definitely the best dental care around!

Fantastic experience: Myself and the wife have used this emergency dentist on numerous occasions, with either a cracked tooth, or serious pain this Dentist was a god send, they provided relief and a resolution to the issue within minutes of arriving, whether it's a filling, tooth extraction or even something more cosmetic this dentist can do it all, but for an emergency this place is an absolute must. It is a private service, but one if I needed to use again I wouldn't hesitate

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience fast and quick. Had a loose wisdom upper tooth but had fear going dentist was worried and scared from past appointments. I called at 8.10 pm got a appointment 9.30pm and had xray checkup done within 10 minutes and advice me 2 option. I took the best option to have the tooth removed on the stop. Had to injection put into the gums for numbness then was called again and within 5 minutes the tooth was out. Cleaned the gum and wash put the wound and was given after care service. Everything including waiting time, xray, checkup, and removing the tooth was done within 45 minutes All staff were amazing, friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend them all my friends and family. And if needed will visit them again. Great Job and really appreciate all the care and looking after your patients.

Fantastic experience: I went in 2 days ago with excruciating pain and they fixed it , I had my wisdom tooth removed so quick and so painlessly I didn’t even realise he was done, I’m sure it only took about 2 min , honestly I was soo scared at first but the dentist reassured me alott and helped me feel very comfortable, 10/10 , my cheek is a little swollen but that is all normal .
