Fantastic experience: Care in with a badly broken back tooth. I'm usually abit scared of dentists but Marwa, Shay and meg really helped put me at ease and Marwa asked how I was multiple times to make sure I was ok. I was seen and had the work done inside of 40 minutes.cannot reccomend them enough

Positive experience: Visited this dentist last Saturday when I had dreadful toothache and came home with the same dreadful toothache that I went with. Other than X-rays, nothing was done; I was given a private prescription for metronidazole but when I took it to the chemist to get it made up, it needed to be taken with food and I had already told the dentist I could not eat due ti the pain. I spent Sunday in agony and then Monday managed to see my own dentist who recommended either a root canal or extraction, I decided on the extraction. She said there was no infection or evidence of any and couldn’t understand why I’d been given the metronidazole. It took 4 vials of numbing injection to numb the tooth and it was a complex extraction. I could have been out of pain Saturday had the dentist pulled the tooth but suffered another 36 hours and paid £100 for the privilege. I still can’t understand why the emergency dentist couldn’t see what my own dentist did, ie a degraded filling that had left a hole at the back of the tooth, and offered to extract it. I travelled over two hours to get to the emergency dentist and it did me no good; maybe I was unlucky but I would not recommend them after the service I received.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here, I booked at very short notice online but they were super accommodating and got me in for an appointment the same day. Dr Shakir was AMAZING, the most gentle anaesthetic injection I've ever had in my life and he was so calming and reassuring. I loved the atmosphere like they had the TV on in the background and it didn't make me feel like I was in such a clinical place. Megan was also really lovely! All in all, it was a very positive dentist experience and they would be my first choice for dental work in the future. My new filling is looking and feeling great. Thanks so much to the team for being so welcoming, patient and professional throughout the whole thing but especially Dr Shakir who was absolutely fab.

Fantastic experience: Night and Day gave me the quickest response during a dental emergency, had appointment within hours of my request despite it being late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. The dentist explained the options clearly following consultation and then immediately began treatment which was pain free and fast, huge relief! Follow up was also super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I went in today for what I knew would end up being an extraction, the receptionist was so lovely and friendly. The dentist and assistants were all very friendly too, I'm very nervous, was panicking admittedly, but they made me feel at ease and the offending tooth was out in no time. Thankyou to all of you.

Negative experience: Paid £50 consultation fee that was meant to include X-ray and examination, when I asked for this at the clinic, I was told emergency services don’t require X-rays, then paid £295 for a basic dental cleaning that lasted less than 20minutes- can still see the plaque in my mouth. I Do not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I called in with severe throbbing pain, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely brilliant. Areeba at reception was kind, helpful, and got me booked in straight away without any hassle. Dr Zain was amazing — he carried out a thorough consultation, took an X-ray, explained the costs clearly, and proceeded with the treatment, all within about 30 minutes. I was genuinely amazed at how efficient, professional, and reassuring he was throughout. The whole team were friendly and made me feel well looked after. I left feeling so much better. I would definitely return if I needed anything else and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you all for your amazing work.

Fantastic experience: Great service rang in the morning got in at 1230pm had a tooth out with twisted root which was infected and in pain. My dentist wanted me to wait until august for a specialist in pain. So all credit to Night and Day dentist for getting this out. Only negative was quoted 295 on the phone when I got there charged me 395 bit exspensive if prices was cheaper be a cracking place

Fantastic experience: Staff at reception along with practitioners were really polite and accommodating. Helped during an anxious time (it’s the emergency dental practice when isn’t it an anxious time). Dentist was supportive and accommodated me by giving me breaks between the treatment when I got over whelmed. All in all considering I hadn’t gone to a dentist in many years the experience went as good as it could’ve thank you!

Fantastic experience: Contacted these dentists as I had possibly the WORST pain I had ever felt in my life with an exposed nerve on my wisdom tooth. All my face was swollen and hurt like hell. I text the WhatsApp number, got an appointment for the same day and Abbie was extremely helpful, very kind and supportive when I mentioned I was terrified of the dentist. So thank you Abbie as that level of care goes a long way for an anxious wreck like me! Girls in reception were lovely. I sat down and was called in, the dentist who saw me was absolutely fantastic. He did my x-ray which showed decay had exposed a nerve. I then filled out a consent form and had the area numbed which as someone who's covered in tattoos the needle is the scariest part. I did not feel a thing. Within 5/10 mins of being numbed the tooth was out AND they let me keep it since then, absolutely NO pain at all. Very slight swelling but I could jump for JOY with how much better I feel. Please do not be scared, I was crying in reception as I was so scared due to past dentist trauma but honestly what a wuss I was because the experience was next to none. Absolutely fantastic go get that tooth pulled OUT you will not regret it. Thanks Abbie, thanks Dentist oh and they also followed up with me the next day to see if I was alright ☺️ Ps this is all two weeks before my hen do and a week before my birthday so you can imagine my panic!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience here today after being up all night with excruciating pain in a tooth my NHS dentist dealt with 2 weeks prior. They were able to get me an appointment within the hour and discussed all treatment options as well as payment options. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not cheap but I guess that’s what you pay for when it’s an emergency and a 24/7 365 days a year service. I was dealt with within 45 minutes and on my way home with no pain at all. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: The care is five star. Really good dentist and dental staff. They did a great job. Only took off one start for the additional time I waited past my appointment and you will pay a premium for the service, it was very much out or hours for me, but worth it for myself.

Negative experience: Do not go to this dentist! Bodged root canal! I am writing this review on behalf of my partner. He had severe tooth pain and went here for emergency treatment. The dentist asked just TWO questions and told him he needed a root canal, and so charged him £500 for the 1st part of the treatment. The procedure was rushed and done haphazardly, only lasting about 5-10 minutes. Over the next few weeks, he experienced bad pain in the tooth. He returned to this dental surgery multiple times, saying there was clearly a problem. The dentists fobbed him off, refusing to perform an x-ray, saying it's "just normal pain". Eventually, he decided to just give up and go back to his regular dentist. They did an x-ray no questions asked, and IMMEDIATELY found HALF the nerves still left in the roots of his tooth, all infected! The dentist couldn't believe how bad the treatment he received was. All I can say is we are furious and will not under any circumstances go to this dentist again

Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to say that my experience with Night and Day Emergency Dentist Nottingham was entirely positive. I was due to have an extraction of a wisdom tooth at my dentist but, through unfortunate circumstances, he had had to cancel all appointments, including mine, for a couple of weeks. The pain from the tooth was such that I couldn’t wait so I contacted Night and Day Emergency Dentist. They arranged an immediate appointment and my problem was solved. The entire process was first class and highly professional. The initial consultation included an x-Ray and the dentist showed me why the problem I was having had occurred and that extraction was necessary. Once the local anaesthetic had taken effect this was done straight away and in a matter of minutes. Post op action was clearly explained and printed instructions given to take away. It was also explained that any aftercare treatment would be on a same day basis which I found very reassuring. They also contacted me the day after my treatment to ask how I was progressing. All in all I can unreservedly recommend Night and Day Emergency Dentist.

Fantastic experience: 100% recommend this dentist. The staff are so lovely and reassuring, I was petrified of dentists and that put off going, when I arrived I was greeted and then seen pretty much straight away, I did not feel judged one bit and I was able to ask millions of questions. Fantastic experience: I felt very comfortable in the dentist hands, I did not feel any pain at all and he explained everything he was doing. The only downside was the price, but they offered a great service.

Positive experience: A very useful service for urgent appointments if you are unable to get treatment from your own dentist. However, the initial fee to secure your booking does not indicate that the fee will be much more. It is unfair not to give patients an idea of the total treatment cost prior to the treatment being carried out after the initial assessment. My treatment was expensive for such a quick and easy fix although I was able to afford the additional cost. However some patients I was aware of in the waiting area were clearly shocked and distressed and unable to afford very high fees. This should have been outlined to them prior to the onset of the treatment, after the initial assessment. This is a really useful service but please consider your approach to your pricing and communicating this to patients.

Positive experience: I had my front tooth's filling fell off and it was looking horrible. I was nervous as I had to go back to my work on Monday. Someone recommended me to go this dental clinic on Saturday or Sunday as they operate 24/7. To my surprise I got booked straight away in matter of minutes with 50£ booking fee. Then I got my filling done right away by a competent doctor Abid. On top of my 50£ booking fee I paid additional 295£. Now I can smile back again The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they are expensive compared to some other dental clinics but it makes sense as you get immediate treatment without sitting in long queues and waiting for days. So all good and thank you !

Negative experience: Paid 50 for a time slot consultation fee between 13:30 - 14:00 didn't get seen until 14:30 at least. I was only recommended to go to an emergency dentist by the NHS 111 due to how severe my pain was. When I was seen I informed them I think its a wisdom tooth coming through due to being it being partially out of my gum I could hardly open my jaw due to the pain so didn't get an x-ray to check if the wisdom tooth was doing okay. He said either extraction or a clean and didn't really give me a choice to understand my options and figure out what would be beneficial for me as a person and pushed to just do a clean as that was causing an infection etc maybe it's his professional opinion as a dentist but I didn't really understand it all and wish he explained it better then in the rushful manner he did due to having way too many patients waiting. I had to phone family to help me cover the cost of just the clean which was 345 of the one singular tooth causing the problem that took 5-10 mins at most and prescribed me antibiotics which I also had to pay around 10 for at a local pharmacy. I am still in pain taking ibuprofen and paracetamol interchangeably as he recommended but still hasn't changed much still swollen and can hardly talk or feel comfortable that u had to phone work that I cannot come in and due to the delayed appointment I couldn't phone them and let them know in time I couldn't come in so I have an unauthorised absence at work which means I can face disciplinary action. So overall a huge disappointment for me in more ways than one I understand private practices can charge what they want but this is daylight robbery for some people especially if they are in immense pain and it doesn't get properly alleviated whatsoever so still sat in pain cant properly swallow and have no clue what to do but hope the antibiotics work which will only kick in after 24-48 hours so I pray it was worth over 400 not including my bus fare to go there and fix this very painful problem.

Fantastic experience: I am absolutely petrified of going to the dentist but couldn’t avoid a visit here today due to a severely infected tooth. I was immediately given a warm welcome by the receptionist and subsequently felt at ease with the Dentist. He talked me through my X-ray and what my options were when it came to treatment. He let me express my concerns without judgement and really took the time to make me feel comfortable and answer my questions thoroughly. I ended up having a root canal and a long overdue extraction of another tooth during the same session. What once would have been nightmare fuel for me, became the dentist appointment that made me overcome my lifelong fear. One of my biggest concerns was that I would not be numbed correctly during treatment and I would somehow feel the pain. I felt no pain whatsoever and the team allowed me to take a pause when I felt overwhelmed. A truly professional and skilful team that made the experience straightforward and easy for a very nervous patient. Bonus points that they offer payment plans and I was able to spread the cost over 12 months

Fantastic experience: I visited Night and Day in utter agony did not know where to go. I had been to my own dentist and paid private to be told there was nothing showing on my xray so could not understand why I was in so much pain so I left not knowing where to go next. Saturday evening I was in so much pain I could not take it any longer so I rang the emergency number and they could get me in within half n hour of me calling. My experience was nothing but positive if anything one of the best experiences from seeing a dentist. Within 5 mins he straight away found the problem it was my very back wisdom tooth which I had out there and then even down to the way I was numbed it may sound silly but I didn’t feel like I couldn’t talk normally I hate it I couldn’t really tell and as for the pain after I honestly have no pain what so ever I can’t thank these guys enough the pain I was in I honestly would of rather given birth to my children again so thank you for relieving me. Negative experience: Rubbish practice that lies about the services they provide. We enquired over the phone, and confirmed via text they could provide sedation for a toddler but when we arrived were told they couldn't on the day - the same day we had called and booked for? Happily took our money and offered no refund. Would not recommend it here.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with pain in my gums, agonising ear pain and sensitive wisdom tooth I contacted Netherfield Night and Day Emergency Dentist. I managed to get an emergency appointment online , paid for my consultation and then arrived 30 mins later. I'm an extremely nervous patient due to past trauma and my dentist (Dr Mustafa Shakir) and dental nurse were understanding, calm and patient. They were both really friendly and made me feel at ease. After x-rays they explained fully my options and discussed a plan. The procedure although unpleasant was not painful in the slightest due to the dentist ensuring I was fully numb. They checked on me regularly to ensure I was coping which helped my anxiety. I would very much recommend this place to anybody in need of an emergency dentist. Thanks

Negative experience: I made an appointment, due to an infection I paid 50 f, I needed antibiotics and paid another 50 pounds for a prescription, it's awful. In addition, when I asked twice in disbelief how much the prescription was, the lady at the reception replied not nicely that if I don't want the prescription I don't have to take it. Prices are out of this world

Fantastic experience: Right then where do l start with review as l don't normally wright reviews but l feel l need to explain my experience with the Night & Day dental clinic I'll start saying l was in total distress with the immense pain l was feeling and couldn't of gone though another day feeling this way so l made a booking schedule for 12.00 and this was a bank holiday Monday my gums was swelled up to the point of rupture so anyway l made my way to the clinic and waited for my 12.00 appointment so when they called me l was in floods of tears with pain and distress the physician could see l was in distress and made me feel carm and comfortable and reasured me that everything would be fine and not to worry so then put me in the chairs did the x ray and explained the two options l had which was route canal or full extraction l opted for full extraction so he then ( calming me all the time ) gave me the injection to numb the gum and mouth then l waited in the waiting room for 10 mins untill everything was totally numb then called me back in surgery and started the extraction procedure with a further 2 needles which the physician told me I'll be honest this one might feel a bit uncomfortable but I'd rather be told the truth so you sort of understand it could be quite painful which for me wasn't that bad so that was all the main bits done so then l was ready for the extraction process which was done quite quickly l to be honest l didn't feel anything and that's it it was all done so all l can say is the professional manner of the physician and his dental assistant was absolutely so professional and the fact the physician made me feel at ease and relaxed was worth every penny and l wouldn't hesitate to book there again should l suffer another fatal dental condition so thanks for helping me though a realy traumatic time

Positive experience: Bank holiday weekend, couldn’t get appointment anywhere else. Couldn’t wait for the appointment 111 referred me to. Found this place online, booked appointment for same day. Waited almost an hour after the appointment time to be seen. Advised I needed a tooth extraction, carried out shortly after. Came out pain free in my mouth, just with a painful bill - Beware the treatment is expensive. Are they taking advantage of the fact that you’re in pain and can charge £495 for an extraction? (Looking after, their website says from £195) Hopefully I won’t need to return.

Negative experience: I rang Night and Day and was given an appointment, Paid the £50 consultation fee (Which is a bit of of cost) had 2x x-ray done and was told had infection on my Wisdom tooth and would cost £600 to remove the tooth , informed the dentist that I could not afford £600 but Instead could I have some Antibiotics until I could see my own Dentist (As I was seen on a bank holiday weekend) the dentist said yes, when I took the prescription to reception i was informed that the prescription would cost an extra £50! (£50 for a prescription of antibiotics....just day light robbery and taking advantage of people who are in pain and feeling desperate)! This place should be investigated for their prices absolute joke and talking advantage of people. Stay away at all costs!! Don't let them take advantage of your desperate situation!!!! I know it's classed as a "Private dentist" but what they are charging is just day light robbery!!

Fantastic experience: Really easy to book in and get an appointment. I have been experiencing very bad toothache. It's a very welcoming and very friendly practice and i was seen to in a good and timely manner. The dentist explained what he was going to do and the cost. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Hassan and Nurse Roisin and they were both absolutely WONDERFUL! I have had a fear of dentists all my life and they were so kind, with lots of calming strategies for me to use, constant reassurance, and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic experience: I'd called 111 with severe toothache, and they gave me a few numbers to call. After calling the second number and being told the same thing, I tried Google, found Night and Day, called, and got an appointment for 2 hours later. By then, I was in absolute agony, and after paying the £50 consultation fee to the very polite receptionist, I was seen within 5 minutes. Marwa & Meg couldn't have been any nicer. Marwa examined, took an x-ray, told me I needed my wisdom tooth removing, injected, and removed the tooth all within about 5 minutes. It was amazing and more so as there was little pain involved (nothing compared to the toothache). I can honestly say that that was the best tooth pulling experience ever! It's expensive but totally worth it! Oh, and the next day, I had no pain or discomfort at all as I followed the after care instructions to the letter. I also received a text asking how I'm feeling and if I needed anything. How good is that! I hope to never need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return!

Fantastic experience: Needed a emergency appointment whilst on holiday in the area. Found this place was faultless. I'm a nervous patient when it comes to dentists and the worst bit was having the local anaesthetic injected. But having the teeth removed was far simpler than I expected. Marwa and Ganin were great, quick and effortless.

Fantastic experience: Abid (Dentist) and Gina (Nurse) saw my mum for emergency treatment. She's a nervous patient when it comes to dentists so they were very friendly and accommodating. They explained what had happened and what they were going to do clearly to make sure she felt comfortable at every step. They knew my mum was conscientious about her appearance due to what had happened so ensured the follow up appointment for fitting was made as soon as possible. She's really happy and confident with the work carried out and I won't be afraid to take her back there back if anything needs adjusting. Stoo

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible tooth infection on the Easter bank Holiday. I have driven past but never thought I would need it some day. They are fast ,explain everything and there is a lovely reception area. The young receptionist girl helped with my phone as it was playing up. Sorry I didn't get her name. She was patient with me while taking phone calls. The dentist man showed me the Xray Of a bad infection in two teeth which needed abstraction. The only pain I felt was when he had to inject the infected area. When he took my tooth out ,I didn't feel a thing. Yes ,I had to pay private prices but they were cheaper than some. I would go there every time, If i can't get a NHS dentist. Also they offer a payment plan and explain what they can put in place of the missing teeth. Thank you soooo much, especially it being so painful and a bank holiday. You saved me !!! Highly recommend .

Fantastic experience: Ive always been frightened of dentist , from a very early age. This is why me teeth are rotten, but i had a ache and after all the cures online, i realised i had to visit a dentist. I was frightened to death. But the minute i walked through the door, the lad on the desk made me feel welcome. Then the gals that did the business on me 2 bad teeth, explained everything to me, calmed me nerves, and the whole process of having 2 extractions was pain free, anybody who has a phobia of dentist, these dentist will sort you, i highly, 100 per cent recommend this place. I know ill have problems in the future because of my own negligence, but the first call ill make for help is to this place.

Fantastic experience: I'm not scared of the dentist, my dear old mum made sure of that. You still get a little bit anxious though, don't you. You have that 'ooh, please just hurry up and get it over with and let me get home to feed the cat' feeling, dont you. Well, I went in because my filling had fallen out, but my tooth was beyond saving. It's not the first tooth I've had to have out (at my age, it happens ) so I wasn't nervous about it. But Marwa and Shay were so, so calm, considerate and just down right lovely and professional, even if I had have been nervous they would easily have put me at ease. So thank you ladies for being so good and whipping my tooth out in less than a minute. And I mean that quite literally You were awesome. And so was I. Big brave girl haha (57)

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting! scammed me £550 just to have a root canal unhygienic staff and do not know what their doing dentist didn’t know where half the stuff was and told me to just pull my tooth out absolutely gob smacked do not recommend lucky u got one star

Negative experience: Pointless booking system as it's literally just show up and wait, you might be lucky and get straight in but we weren't. Also pointless taking late night appointments for children as I was informed they cannot do any fillings/extractions that late, they tried for an x-ray but the clamp was too big so that was aborted too. £85 for nothing, oh except the £50 prescription which you can get from a GP or normal dentist for a fraction of the price. I'm sure others have had better experiences and it certainly pays to review all options first, seems like a cynical business preying on peoples desperation and stress in order to rip them off for as much as they can. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Today I went to my usual dentist for an extraction of a lower molar that I had been in pain with for a few weeks, unfortunately during extraction the tooth snapped, the dentist stopped the extraction and I was told that I would be put on a referrals list for a dental surgeon to remove the rest, I was left with an exposed nerve and half a tooth which was very sharp. I couldn’t bite, eat, drink the pain was unbearable. I rang night & day at 8pm on a Friday evening and explained my situation, they told me to come down. Within two hours of the phone call I was on my way home with the tooth fully removed and pain free (just a little numb). The practise is lovely and clean and the staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble. My dentist was Dr Hamzah Naeem he was so professional and knew exactly what to do to fix this problem to make me pain free. Nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything from start to finish he is a really credit to night and day. Thank you again so much!

Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency appointment and was seen with in a couple of hours of phoning. Very happy with the treatment I received and they went above and beyond to look after me as I suffer with trauma related fainting. Would definatly recommend!

I am dreadful at the dentist and always hate it but the dentist was incredibly friendly and made me feel very at ease. Fantastic experience: Amazing place. I phoned up and they got me in straight away. The receptionist was lovely and polite and the dentist was so lovely and understanding. I had a tooth pulled and I was extremely nervous, but the dentist walked me through everything and let me know every step of what she was doing. Despite getting a tooth out she was extremely gentle. Fantastic experience: Excellent as always! Used night and day for over 5 years now and always there when I need them the most. I was in so much pain with an infected tooth. Called them up and got seen within an hour. Excellent service! Fair prices also to say it’s 10pm at night. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!
